Incredible barbecue spot within a walkable distance from the airport. While looking for some good food during my layover, I found this amazing place next to terminal A. Although I had to wait about 30 minutes to get seated, the wait was absolutely worth it. I got the custom cut prime rib and their signature bourbon drinks, and both were phenomenal. The slow-roasted prime ribs were perfectly juicy and tender, and I really enjoyed the mashed potatoes on the side. However, the true highlight of the meal was the corn bread. Served on a small cast iron skillet, the corn bread was extremely fluffy and its crust was cooked to perfection. It wasn’t exactly a traditional corn bread but undoubtedly the best I’ve had in my life. Service was also great, and I would definitely come back whenever I’m in Seattle.

Had a couple of beers here during MNF. The bar staff were very friendly. There is a spinning wheel soun every half hour resulting in drink specials. The bar dining area walls are decoded with beer taps. All the different beers over the decades. If you like comics, then the men's restroom should give you a few good chuckles. I didn't order food, but the menu and aroma were impressive. A Kool place!

I had always gone to the other popular restaurant near here, but it was too busy so I decided to try Sharps. What a nice surprise! Nice decor, upbeat mood, and crowded even on a Wednesday evening. Everybody enjoyed their meals, from the Kansas City pulled pork to the mac and cheese with brisket. I had the prime rib dip - a little too grisly and fatty for me. The fries and drinks were excellent.

THANK YOU to the "owner" for acknowledging our review, we will return as promised!! (Initial review): Our mid-afternoon lunch was good, but not great! Nothing said “wow”. My Walla Walla burger was tasty and the fries were nice, but again nothing mind blowing. My wife’s Classic Prime Rib Dip sandwich was ok but seeing that their true “Prime Rib” is not served until AFTER 5 p.m. (we arrived @ 3:30 p.m.) I think you could guess the meat in the sandwich was most likely from yesterday. Don’t get me wrong, I Love Leftovers, just not at a restaurant. Next time we’ll either wait until after 5 or order something else before 5. Our server Chelsea was exceptional, and her pleasant demeanor was refreshing! We will return no doubt, hopefully we can experience a 5 Star meal next go round.

Simply put, we had an awesome meal. The hosteesses were friendly and our waitee was engaging and efficient. Each of our four meals was excellent. The meal started with commentary cornbread that was amazing. Our non-alcoholic drinks were bottomless. We tried both pork sandwiches. While we didn't taste the advertised sourdough, the buns were good. My son stated that the billionaire burger may have been the best burger he has ever had. I would order it for the bacon, alone. My other son had the pork nachos. They were also good. I don't have a single negative comment, which is rare.

The food was delicious. It was a little crowded, even for a Thursday night. I was worried that it wasn't going to be family-friendly, but it was fine for our kids. The food came out pretty quickly. Everything was amazing. Hot, fresh, and even better than you imagine from the pictures. The pasta is hand made in house which I thought was so neat. The complimentary cornbread was phenomenal- and this is coming from someone who doesn't eat cornbread. Everything about this place was great. We will definitely be returning.

Nachos were incredibly yummy. The fish tacos are beyond awesome. The chicken sandwich was good but not really that special. The mac and cheese is delicious. I thought the rotisserie chicken was a bit dry and bland, and the ribs were decent. The food is quite pricey but the service and atmosphere is good.

Excellent food, they specialize in BBQ. Been there lots of times when near the Seattle Airport for business. Very popular bar there too. Today I ordered the pulled pork salad and it was great. French fries super good too. And they include a honey cornbread that's worth your while. Go here if you're in the area. They have takeout too.

I had the pleasure of dining at Sharps RoastHouse, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The ambiance was cozy yet upscale, setting the stage for an unforgettable meal. The highlight of the evening was, of course, the food. Sharps RoastHouse truly lives up to its name with the most succulent, perfectly cooked pasta salmon. The flavors were divine, and the portion sizes were generous, ensuring that no one leaves hungry. The menu offered a diverse selection to cater to every palate, and the quality of ingredients was evident in each dish. From the fresh seafood options to the delectable sides, every element of the meal was a masterpiece. To complement the fantastic food, the beer list was extensive and well-curated, providing the perfect pairings for my meal. The knowledgeable staff was more than willing to assist in selecting the ideal beverage to enhance the dining experience. Sharps RoastHouse also excelled in attention to detail. The presentation of the dishes was artful, and the staff's attentiveness made me feel truly special. It's evident that the team at Sharps RoastHouse is passionate about providing an outstanding dining experience especially Hailey and Monica. Job well done.

This was very surprisingly delicious. We were really wanting some flavorful food and this place delivered. The ambiance was great and I was able to get the pineapple pulled pork on a gluten free bun. We also got the Buffalo chicken wings that had nice crisp edges and the burnt ends on corn bread was flavorful as well. The slaw on the burnt ends matched so well. Well worth a try. Also Josh was a great bartender and recommended a few drinks.

This was a tough review for me. On the positive, the food was outstanding!! The Burnt Ends appetizer was a huge hit at the table. My prime rib sandwich was very good and my wife said that her burger might have been the best she’s ever eaten. The service, though, was not strong. It took nearly 10 minutes for someone to take our drink orders after we were seated. We started to talk about leaving. When we were served, we had a several errors with the order; a burger that was undercooked, ketchup delivered with the fries instead of ranch dressing…. Our wait staff were very friendly and helpful when they did check in on us. The 4-star review was 100% based on the quality of the food. I would be a regular here if I lived in the area but would make sure to only go when I had plenty of time.

A typical American-style restaurant, characterized by its elegant interior design featuring a blend of classic and modern elements. The ambiance is enhanced with sophisticated lighting and plush seating arrangements. The staff, known for their exceptional service, are professionally attired and attentive to guests. While the menu offers a variety of exquisite dishes, humorously, the prices are as noteworthy as the food quality:-)

We decided to try Sharps RoastHouse for my wife's birthday and it did not disappoint! The staff was fast and friendly. There were many fun things to look at in the restaurant. Cornbread: The complimentary cornbread was delicious! I highly recommend trying it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sourdough Bacon Mac n Cheese: The sourdough noodles were awesome, their ridges really captured the delicious creamy cheese sauce. Throwing some thick cut bacon into the mix didn't hurt either. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kansas City Pulled Pork Sandwich: Our least favorite dish of the two. I didn't catch that the coleslaw came in the sandwich, but for the most part it was pretty good. Just calling out that the fries were a bit greasy. ⭐⭐⭐ If we were to go back, we would probably try some of their pastas since they make their own noodles in house.

Phenomenal! Amazing food, spectacular service (from Rocky), and overall a great experience. Everything is made in house. Definitely try their bourbon ice cream, it unbelievably heavenly! How have we lived here for so long and never tried this spot out? We'll definitely be back!

Nice menu with a variety of selections from sandwiches and burgers to salads to meat and seafood, as well as pasta. Large portions on our brisket and bacon sandwich (it was easily 4" thick) and cod and chips (3 nice pieces of cod and ample fries). We had reservations and we were seated immediately. Even without reservations we would have been seated quickly. Casual to business casual seemed appropriate dress. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Parking is shared with a hotel and while we managed to snag a spot when we arrived there weren't any spots available when we left and people were waiting for a spot.

Hit the spot for dinner when we were looking for somewhere to eat after getting back from hiking at Mt. Rainier. We had a flight the next morning and were staying at a nearby hotel. I had the original mac and 4 cheeses. It had some nice toasted crumbs on top to give it some texture. I normally avoid ordering pasta at restaurants because the quality of the ingredients and sauces aren't always greatest quality. But,, I was curious about the scratch sourdough pasta and it was a pleasant surprise in my book.

In from Ohio just out here visiting family. We stopped into Sharps honestly because it was one of few places open after 6pm on a Sunday and it was one of the best decisions we made. The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the Carolina BBQ sandwich, ribs, the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese, and a smash burger. Everything was perfect! All the staff was very friendly but our waiter Joshua was so funny and just gave great service despite being busy. It's a bit pricey but well worth it for the quality. If we ever find ourselves out here again this is one spot we'll 100% come back to. Definitely recommend.

Great place to hang out with friends. The waiter was cool, you could tell he actually enjoyed the food too. The appetizers were good portions and the mac and cheese I had was delicious, topped with brisket that was melt-in-your-mouth soft. The burgers and fries my friends had were also tasty. The meats are all around properly done

I was in the area for work and went to Sharps RoastHouse. The absolute best overall experience in my life. From the moment of walking through the doors and being seated to being served exceptionally well by Chris K the first night and Pat the second night, thats right I went back the next night. Unbelievable how friendly and welcoming the staff are and waited on with the utmost care and timely all night both times. Out of this world food and Gin! Cant wait to visit again. Also excited to order The Boss, when available. Highly recommend this place. 👌

Sharps is a quick shuttle ride from most of the airport hotels, and the food and service were excellent. It's a nice place with a lot of seating, and great menu options. Portions sizes are quite large, so you may not have room for dessert.

What a great gem by the airport. It is open late and you can get the food to go to eat in your room. They have a huge selection of whiskey. The creamy potatoes were a great appetizer and the house-made, sourdough noodles that serve as the base for the mac-n-cheese are thick and delicious. Great decor, wonderful atmosphere, friendly wait staff, and fast service. They also give 5% of all food sales to the chefs. I love that!

Sharps RoastHouse did not disappoint us. Their food was amazing. We tried their tacos for starters (not pictured), delicious burger, Louisiana Ribs, their warm complimentary corn bread, and kids organic chicken and fries. Everything was cooked to perfection and our server Antonio was great. Sharps keep serving delicious food in Seattle. Until next time soon 😋😋😋😋

Also recommended by the lady at the Country Inn. Some of the best barbecue flavor I’ve ever tried. I ordered a sampler plate and everything was delicious. I loved their Mac and cheese. I was too hungry so I forgot to take a picture of the food. They had the most delicious root beer too 😅 this is definitely a place to go when around the airport!

So our Care Facilitators, Savanna and Jasmine were great! Gave us a tour and history about the restaurant and services! The food was top notch and so very awesome priced! They have a wheel that they spin every 30 minutes for specials and discounts! Honestly I was a bit apprehensive about the BBQ part until I (2 part) saw the prices and food! Blown away because I haven't had BBQ like this since Texas! The house bourbon, which I can't remember at the moment, was exceptionally good. I'm pretty sure if you can think of a whiskey or bourbon they have it! Stopped in because I wanted to try a different whiskey I haven't had and stayed for the food as well!!! The fact that they also tip their kitchen was by far very impressive to me because no matter what goes on in the front of the house (dining area for guests) it's make it or break it from the kitchen with food and presentation. Oh yeah everything is made scratch!! This is definitely a keeper and absolutely worth any amount of driving for what I can stamp as the best BBQ and whiskey joint in this state by far. 100 out of 5 🌟

A good BBQ joint with very friendly service and lots of booth for watching sports on TV s. They have a nice Happy Hour menu which we took advantage of this Sat afternoon, $6 martinis !! We ordered their beef brisket tacos, burnt ends and pulled pork sanwich. The tacos were delicious but a bit on greasy side, the burnt ends were flavorful and great combo with the corn bread it's served on top of. The pulled pork was our favorite of the 3, flavorful, juicy and lots of meat 🍖 😋!! If only the fries that came with weren't so soggy and over salted, we barely ate any of them. Also, no complimentary corn bread or ice cream.... 🤔... Overall, nice service and great ambience with pub food BBQ, worth another visit in future.

Very good food. My son had the bacon and brisket sandwich and said it was delicious. He also ordered the hula hula punch cocktail and to our surprise it also came with a sparkler! I had the rotisserie half chicken. The chicken was moist and the mashed potatoes and broccoli were both well seasoned. 👍👍 The location was close to our hotel and the airport. Recommended.

Very good! Tucked into a hotel parking lot, but still visible from the street. You will need to be vaccinated to dine in and they also have an outdoor seating but I would not feel comfortable on this weather. The soup(bisque) was out of this world. It is really worth the $21! We picked this place based on the menu and reviews on the soup. Good variety on beers as well. I would recommend!

We were driving to SeaTac on July 4 to stay for a flight the next morning & randomly chose Sharps. Great decision! There was about a 20-minute wait, not too bad. Our waiter was very good. Now the food. They serve a complimentary bread - honey cornbread that was perfect. The fried creamer potatoes, essentially deep dried mashed potato balls, were a great appetizer. My wife ordered the appetizer boneless wings & they tasted great. My billionaires bacon avocado burger was the best burger I've had in years. The strawberry lemonades definitely hit the spot. The verdict = we'll definitely return next time we stay in the area.

We arrived late at the hotel from SAE. The hotel arranged for their shuttle at Country Inn & Suites to have the shuttle take us there. Great place with great service and a wonderful atmosphere. The smoked BBQ ribs dinner was more than we could imagine. We loved it. Even with sharing it, it was more than enough food. itTender and delicious and especially using their special BBQ sauce with lots of meat on the bone. Happy day for us with lemon drops to start. The cocktail had a lot of vodka in it. The corn bread was so good. I love corn bread. It was in its own skillet. It was hot. And with some butter, it can't be beat. We ordered kids Mac and cheese which tasted different. They used sour dough bread. The service was right there and there was no need to call the waiter over. We loved the atmosphere and lighting and the six panel window dividers worked very well. Great reflections and all! We were told they make their own Vodka, gin and bourbin. I would recommend this place to eat. Try it sometime when you're in town!

Best restaurant/bar next to SeaTac Airport. Cool bar. Outdoor seating. Delicious food. Fresh made pasta cooked to order. Their pasta was the best we have ever had. You can taste the quality of ingredients they use here. And the burger is massive. Come down here and kick back.

Our hotel recommended Sharp's for lunch. Wow! Cannot say enough about the staff, the food and the beers! We both chose the Cascade Blonde beer. My husband had the Carolina Gold BBQ Sandwich, He loved the slaw on top of the bbq, and the roll was super fresh and tasty. There was no problem switching the accompanying fries for a yummy salad. I had the Vegan Avocado Sourdough toast, They did not skimp on the avocado, plenty of greens, and there was a hint of sweetness from the corn and tomatoes. Fabulous! We split the Fried Creamer Potatoes, and I will say that if you dine at Sharp's, regardless of what your main course is, be sure to order these Potatoes! Unbelievable good! I wish we didn't live 2,700 miles away. I would be eating here all the time! Well done, Sharps!

Had chicken &fries bbq! Big size if you’re hungry! This place is just a walking distance from the airport and hotels around! Atmosphere inside is great! Lighting is awesome and crowd keeps it low and that makes it enjoyable! Depending on where you sit, you have a few to the outside through glass window! The other side has a bar and decoration will just tell you everything about this restaurant! As Soon as you get in, you’re welcome and they show you the table/booth without delay or wait time! Upon entering the place, You will see porks spinning on slow motion on med fire for slow roast/burn! Try local IPA if you’re beer person - their taste is good on decent price! Their salad is epic also! I liked how they check on you to ensure you’re enjoying the meal ordered! I personally don’t have any negative comment for Sharps RoastHouse! You will see extra charge on your bill called 5%cooks commission but it is explained on the menu where that charge go - to pay chef, cooks, dish washing services, etc. I would say- if you don’t want super fancy dish, $40 can get you through! And you will be completely satisfied! I recommend this place!!

Wow, what a great lunch was had. I had roast prime rib sandwich and my wife had burger melt. Large portions and delicious food. Service was excellent by our waiter Tony. He provided the kind of attentive service you don’t see to often. The food was so good that I ordered a hamburger to go for Joanna at the Residence Inn SeaTac who recommended it!

This place was such a pleasant surprise. We had to get dinner before going to the airport and decided to come here. They make their BBQ, their booze and their sourdough pasta by themselves, so naturally we tried it all. It's all really good. We had their flight and the 5 year bourbon and the gin was my favorite. We also had the "burnt ends", tacos, pulled pork fries, and the sour dough pasta with brisket. I think you can't go wrong with any of those. They serve some free cornbread at the beginning and it's pretty good, too. Great service complemented the experience. Well done !

I used to work a lot in Washington spent about 80% of my time here, and I never miss the opportunity to eat at Sharps. This time around I skipped their wonderful meats and went with the pasta and salmon. I started with the Smokey old fashioned followed by a Caesar salad and then hmm that house made sourdough pasta! Edit: had the cod and fries with a burnt pork ends appetizer - CRAZY it was served on a bed of slaw in a cornbread on that had the BEST cornbread I’ve ever had!

We got the Prime Rib, Mac and Cheese, Prime Rib sandwich and the Boneless chicken platter. Along with the pork nachos! Food was 10/10. Service was 100/10! Patrick was phenomenal! Food came out really fast. Twas a good place to eat. 🤙 Also hostess, Rowen and Tony were all amazing.

This place was recommended to my coworkers and I by the hotel staff where we stayed. It was really good! I had the Northwest Applewood Smoked Salmon Pasta- delicious! I would totally have it again! Our waiter had an awesome personality and was prompt with our food and drinks.

Absolutely fabulous little restaurant with homebrewed spirits and incredible barbecue. I was lucky enough to get Sam as my server and she gave me some of the best service I’ve ever had in a restaurant. She anticipated my needs and had everything I needed as soon as I asked for it. She recommended the brisket tacos and I loved them. I tried their house Martini and their house Manhattan and I would give a five star recommendation to both drinks. They use their own alcohol for both of them and they were seriously five stars. I wish I wasn’t traveling to the area, if I lived here I would come here two or three times a week. I want to try everything! Thanks Sam!!

Loved our beers (African Amber ale) and the food, husband got a burger and I had the salmon chowder which was great. Close location to the airport helped, along with very timely service. Our server (can’t remember his name, young man maybe called Quinauld?) was very kind and helpful without being too much in our space.

Food was fabulous! Rocky was a great server!! We had the salmon chowder, although technically it's not a chowder, it was amazing. I would eat it every time I come here. We also had fish n chips and the pork fries, both great as well.
