Very good ice cream but not a good customer service. Rude lady this afternoon. Don't yell anyone especially kids!!! I get very very sensitive about my kids, other people too, I don't want say anything after you yelled my boy and we left..they come your store to get ice cream maybe for 5 mints long...there is no reason to yell kids, they're not your kids...

Nice, clean ice cream shop. They offer much more than just ice cream! Very busy while I was there, which I always consider a good sign.

I have not been here for a couple years so it is super nice to see this old place back up and running. The staff here are super nice and helpful and I always enjoy really delicious ice cream.

I’m not from the area. Decided to stop at this small ice cream shop. I’m more than happy that I did . The Spumoni, cotton candy , and chocolate brownie ice cream are one of the best ice creams I’ve had ever. I promise you that. It may not look appealing but I promise anyone visiting this place will truly enjoy. Also , the lady helping us was making home made waffle cones, not store bought and she was extremely polite. I will come here again when I visit

I’ll straight up have a “cream dream” just thinking about going to Cream Dream. So many flavors to choose from and toppings from sprinkles to various nuts. So many toppings that I’ll almost “nut” while they put it all together in front of me. It’s a blast coming here and I usually “blast” once I finally get to eating my tasty treat. I’ll make such a creamy mess on myself that I have to change my pants!

The service we got there it was just great unfortunately the four different flavors of ice cream that our family had were all not very good. When ice cream had nuts in it that were completely stale. The other ice cream was so full of air that there really wasn't much of anything they're in the other two were just kind of blah. In their defense, the ice cream was very reasonably priced. I enjoy ice cream but next time we'll probably go someplace else here in Burien.

Oddly located but worth the visit. Plenty of ice cream to choose from and *amazing* smoothies. Highly recommend the mango smoothie with a cone of mint chocolate chip 😉

pretty good icream... really rude lady this afternoon bad customer service... it seems like this place just got new owners and it probably would not last too long.. they r not give the correct portions on what you order.. used to love this place. I don't really do reviews but this is the 2nd time I have come here within the last 2 weeks and it still bad service and rude staff..

They use Umpqua ice cream (that you can buy at the grocery store). They only had sprinkles and no other toppings.

The ice cream is just bargain brand quality. Overpriced for what you get.😒Just go to the grocery store and buy some.

This unique place was unlike any other, so be sure to purchase all of the fancy ice cream, bubble tea, and a bit of coffee down there the next time you visit Seattle in the summertime. On my last visit, it was very empty and no customers came due to the holidays. I am looking forward to this place again if I feel like it. If you enjoy sweet treats, then this location is for you.
