Location is very convenient to the airport and that is the only redeeming value this hotel offers. Rooms are expensive. Room windows were filthy. Some bath towels had holes. Bartender at the little pub was as miserable as they come. But here's the best part, they charge $30 a night to self park in their open lot with little or no security. Our car, along with 5 or 6 others had the front windows smashed in over night. Was told this was a common occurrence. While the hotel manager was very nice and a nice maintenance guy helped us clean up all the smashed glass, they refused to accept any responsibility whatsoever and would not refund the $30 per night parking fee. The police refused to investigate or even show up! Everything you've read or heard about what's happening with crime in the Seattle area is very true and nobody seems to care! Bottom line, if you have to stay here don't park your car in their lot. If you have a rental car your parking there, buy the insurance.

Excellent service! Everybody was so helpful and friendly. Special shout-out to Alexis for being spectacular! Your warm personality set the tone for my stay here. The room service was delicious and the lady who brought me the food was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I'm traveling through Seattle.

It’s an older hotel that has been remodeled. The dinner restaurant is very good. I think they were short on staff for the food taste great just takes a little longer than normal to get. Very nice Bartender and the new front office lady was friendly. Great for a work trip, but I wouldn’t stay here for a vacation.

Paid $318 for one night. Specifically booked this hotel for the indoor pool. Pool is closed for “renovation” until July 2023, allegedly. When checking in, I found out that parking is an extra $30 per night. Not impressed. I asked that they comp the parking because the pool situation. They agreed to; however, the staff was not friendly at all (at check it or the next day). The rooms are clean and nicely appointed. The fridge was leaking water which ruined our box of leftovers that my son was hoping to eat before going to the airport at 5:30 am.

The guy at the front desk was super nice and we were able to check in a lot earlier than the checking time. This is a very convenient hotel if you're staying for one night and flying somewhere else especially if it's early in the morning. They offer free shuttles every 15 minutes to and from the airport.

I was too tired after too many hours of traveling to take a picture, but the Radisson was a top notch place to stay for the night. Fast shuttle every 15 minutes to ferry you to and from the airport- it’s right next to the airport to boot- but the insulation was so good that I barely even registered the planes coming in or taking off. My king suite was very modern and comfortable with a great shower and very comfortable bed. If I am ever stuck in Seattle overnight, I will absolutely hope I can get a room here again.

This hotel is conveniently located right across from the airport. I have only received phenomenal customer service with any of the staff I have encountered, front desk, shuttle drivers, house keeping staff and kitchen/wait staff. Beautiful, comfortable rooms with the hand held shower heads. The beds/pillows are so comfortable. Because of the location its pretty quick to get a Lyft, less than 5 minutes. This hotel has a restaurant and bar that serves great food and delicious drinks. You will not be disappointed.

The staff is friendly and professional. The room was immaculate and comfortable. I had room service for dinner and it was delicious and the person who brought it up was really nice. They also have airport shuttle service running every 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel!

There's a pretty good restaurant and bar right in the hotel. The decor is pretty nice and it's a rather large hotel with lovely rooms. I only gave it 4 stars because my front desk clerk thought it'll be a good idea to text, finally cut off his music, and even take a call while checking me in. Otherwise everything was absolutely amazing. And they have an airport shuttle but the airport is so close you can actually walk.

The employees are friendly & helpful. I have zero complaints re: the people that work here. However, the room was less than clean. The floors are all laminate & tile in the bathroom. The grout was dirty as was the main bedroom area with visible debris. No dresser in the bedroom area so no place to unpack or get organized. It was very sparse, which I understand in the days of Covid- but some open shelves perhaps? Too expensive for what this place provides.

The front desk Service was not great. The person that checked me gave me no details of the hotel services. They didn't clean my room for a three day stay. No new towels. When I checked out the shuttle service guy was rude. Called a head of time for a shuttle service and he could see me standing waiting to get on the shuttle but he didn't acknowledge us. Eventually came to ask us if we're waiting on the shuttle. The room and location was nice

We paid a premium for our stay here. Room was revolting. Chocolate smashed into the floor under the desk and chair. Brown dripping stains down the tiles in the bathrooms. Black hairs all over the bathroom floor and I have pictures of all these issues. Room service ends at 9pm which means the staff go MIA from 845 and won’t answer your calls. I had to walk down to reception with my baby to order food. It arrived sliding off the plate and looking like a dogs breakfast. There was one kind young man at reception who helped us with a baby bed. I hope he finds employment at a nice place soon as it’s such a shame to see someone so polished and polite stuck in a dive like this. Do not stay here. Would give it zero stars if I could.

Great room. Everything was clean and well organized. Great location as I was flying out first thing in the morning. The shuttle was prompt and got us to the airport with plenty of time to catch our flight.

The best thing about this property is the very, very convenient location, literally steps from the Seattle Tacoma Airport, as well as other hotels. I found the rooms and amenities to be acceptable for this price point. It is a great choice if you have a very early morning flight, turn in your rental car, etc. One thing to note is this property takes a $100 deposit for incidentals, something this business travel doesn't usually encounter.

I have stayed here twice in the last three months (current preferred hotel for the area for our company) and I have not enjoyed either experience. First stay, I was moved to three rooms before I was given a clean room without construction going on next door. This last stay the bathtub had debris in it upon arrival to the room and now it sounds like the gentleman and his wife next door to me, are sharing a room and bathroom with me. They are not yelling or anything but I am able to hear their conversations crystal clear and what they are watching. I hope we can stop making hotels so cheap and actually invest in good noise insulation.

Pet-friendly rooms are perfect for my travel-weary dog and family. Being so close to the airport is a huge convenience, so it's a short shuttle 👏👏 Clean rooms, fluffy towels, efficient fridge, tiny microwave = all that we need. Thanks Radisson!

Easy Access to Seatac. Clean comfortable rooms! Best ever staff. Kind courteous and helpful. Mark at front desk was knowledgeable and dealt with everyone in a very professional manner. Will be back again. I never have had a bad experience here but this trip was the best so far!

Over all very nice, I love staying at Radissons the room was very nice and spacious. My only complaint is that you can really hear the road at night.. it get a little better at the night goes on but you can still here it. The food at the restaurant was amazing ate there both for dinner and breakfast!

We stayed overnight at this hotel for an early morning flight and we are so happy we did! This location is directly across from the airport entrance, and they have a shuttle bus that you can schedule. This made our morning much smoother! The rooms have a modern, updated feel and the bathroom was really nice. Friendly and helpful staff. If you’re a light sleeper, you may some struggle a bit with hearing the planes all night. We hardly noticed them tbh. For the location, it was well worth!

Updated 2023.11.22 Radisson Hotel Seattle Airport has a big advantage of location, exit airport baggage claim turn right, cross the road, the hotel is on the other side, there's no need to wait for their shuttle coming here. But leaving for the airport it's walkable, but reserve a shuttle the night before if you want one. The lobby and registration is straight forward, small, on point. Short walk to the elevator, request a room close to the elevator if you don't want to walk a long way to your room. There's an indoor heated swimming pool 05:00-23:00 on the first floor with access using your card key. The restaurant is kind of pricey $4.5 for a soda, salad $5. The hotel restaurant closes 21:00. There are more affordable dining options outside the hotel such as a Denny's nearby. Our room is clean, comfortable bed, no shampoo, nor soap. Mini fridge and a microwave, power plugs by the bed. Workspace for laptop. This hotel is rather old but well maintained, using toilets that are not water savers. Their handheld shower is very nice, having a wide spray, pinpoint spray, and stop water. Breakfast was included starting at 06:00 but we had leave before that time. Total cost for one night's stay was close to two hundred dollars, not exactly a good value, but an overall pleasant stay and experience.

Positive: no nasty carpet, rooms were bright/quiet/modern, you can literally walk across the street from the airport (depending on the terminal, walking is faster than the shuttle. It was nice out so I tested this theory with my coworkers taking the shuttle). Negative: squeaky beds, all the Kleenex were damp with who knows what (found a wet spot at the bottom of the box), and the bathroom grout (Room 272? 727?) were black and splotchy (is it just dirt, or mold…because bathrooms get moisture all the time, and some hotel guest do walk barefoot on hotel bathrooms. Reasons to stay here: If you flight canceled, and it was rebooked for the next day.

The location of this hotel is awesome! Do not rely on Google maps to get there though. All you need to do is collect your bags and head out the exit to the right when you’re facing outside the airport. You just go down a short path for about eight or nine minutes and you’re right there. There’s one road to cross and there is a crosswalk. There’s also a shuttle which will come and pick you up but basically by the time you get to the shuttle place and have the shuttle arrive. You could’ve been already in your bed in the hotel.

This was the worst Radisson I have ever been. I only chose this hotel because it was so close to the airport. But everything about my stay was stressful. It felt like a motel or 1 star hotel. Restaurant and bar closed by 9, I got in just when they were making last calls by 8pm, but they still couldn’t at attend to me. They had no bathroom robes and slippers, and when I asked, they said they’ve been waiting for supply for a while. Really? For how much I was paying per night. The bed was so hard, lumpy and uncomfortable. The duvet was cheap and tearing. I stayed an extra night and had to do a totally new booking (more fees). I asked for water and they said I couldn’t get any despite me paying for a completely new booking.

I've had the opportunity to stay twice at this perfectly located hotel. For those coming in late or leaving really early it's a great spot. Overall a good reliable place to stay when you want to be close to the airport. Pros * Location - has a free shuttle bus that runs 24/7 and once you land you can call them and they'll send someone who'll be there in less than 10 min which is great. * Rooms are lovely, very spacious eith comfy beds. There's a small coffee maker, a small fridge and a little microwave as well * Most staff are super friendly and knowledgeable to help you with whatever you need *Breakfast is really nice and they have a great variety of options, all quite delicious and filling * Tender is a lovely server at the restaurant who helped my partner and I out our last stay when we couldn't figure out the train system for the life of us (I travel all around the world and Seattle's public transportation is one of the worst I've ever experienced). The receptionist that morning had no clue about the train from the airport to Seattle let alone any amtrak info but Tender went above and beyond to help me, down to searching on her own phone and was able to find exactly what we needed. She had a great attitude, amazing energy and also made one of the best bloody Mary's ever. She also saved me from a bad pastry as I'd hoped to have one but she clocked they weren't good so amfe sure not to serve me something bad and then ensured all of them were chucked so no one else would get a bad one. She definitely deserves to be recognized!! * When we had an issue with our toilet not working after arriving well past midnight they promptly switched our room and gave us voucher for breakfast when we asked which was really kind Cons * Some accessible king rooms are not meant for anyone with accessibility needs, we called and shared that info after our stay because it was ridiculous how it would've been impossible for anyone to use, even for us who are fully able. * Some staff are not knowledgeable about public transportation options at the airport or nearby so it's hit or miss with getting help with that. Which is odd given the majority of people I imagine who are there are going to or from the airport.
