I was told not to go to betrivers, but I had to throw a bunch just to check. If you do hit a bonus, it is significantly lower then any other casino pays for the bet amount. IMO doesn't seem legit. Play a $20, $50, or $100 slot, pays the same as .25 - $1 cent slot. Have fun! Penny slots may be ok.

I have maintained a lvl 10 status for over six months. My reward $200 gift card. 🤯 takes a lot of money to do that. I would not recommend betrivers to anyone. I am a vip over on draftkings they do a lot better taking care of their customers.

SCAM! Don’t waste your money, they will literally take it and hold it from you. I deposited $147 then was up through a ridiculously rigorous verification process. After completing all of this, I was asked for a bank statement. I felt something was wrong, so I asked for my money back.(didn’t make 1 bet) BetRivers WILL NOT PAY ME MY MONEY!!!! I’ve done everything possible, but it’s blatantly stealing on their end. How can a company do this to clients? Unbelievable.

Terrible service. I have been a customer for a couple days and just between depositing and trying to claim bonuses I have been in contact with customer service numerous times to get funds added to my account. App is VERY buggy, odds are terrible, and withdrawal process is long and difficult.

Idiots. Worst betting app/sportsbook in the world. Bet $100 they only approve $1.67 then the rest has to go for approval that gets denied. I wish I would have checked the reviews before I joined. Now I’m trying to get my $ out. Go to DraftKings instead.

BetRivers takes your money instantly, I have found it impossible to collect my winnings. Been to my bank and twice sent different requested documentation of the account to send to, both times BetRivers still declines to authorize due to paperwork?
