The entire experience was unforgettable! Kari and the team outdid expectations. We had a retirement party for 120+ guests and every person walked away saying it was an incredible event that was well planned and organized. The service was impeccable, multiple guests told me how nice the staff was to them. They accommodated screens, mics, a card table, and beautiful center piece of seafood. The food was incredible and kept coming. All our guests felt full and said the quality was amazing. Give these guys a raise!! Thanks again for all the hard work and terrific service - it definitely showed!

Made reservation at 5:15 PM and had to wait in the line. I was in the line for another 20 minutes and random Afroamerican lady cut the line in front of me and when she was asked to go back in line hostess did not do anything. When we were seated we set in the tent, where is super cold and you have to keep your winter jacket on at all times. Salad bar is still inside but now it’s twice-triple longer than it was before. Food is great but service is more important than a great dish. Completely ruined my mood and desire to come back. Do not recommend until COVID restrictions are going to be cancelled at this place OR make sure you get table inside the building.

The service staff at this location are amazing! They are all about teamwork and making sure you as a customer are happy. Carlos, the host, was a pleasure and made a great first impression! Our server Gordon was extremely professional and just overall a great server. This location in particular is my favorite! The establishment has a few private spaces for hosting events. It is also wheelchair ♿️ accessible. They also have Braille menus available.

Very tasty foods both on the salad/feijoada bar and the meats. Meat cooking wasn't consistent though so despite asking for medium, many pieces were well done. Upon trying rare, it was cooked to medium. Food seemed worth the lunch price. Lamb chops were larger than expected. Lunch environment was quiet and only a fraction of the tables were occupied. If meat cooking were more consistent, I'd give 5 stars. Parking was confusing but the lunch parking was included in the garage across the street after validation.

By far, this is the best place to have steak. I was fortunate enough to experience this restaurant this weekend and was extremely satisfied with the presentation. The staff worked as a team, provided excellent customer service, and distributed exceptional food. Our server, Jeffrey, was amazing and I hope his employer/manager realizes the value Jeffrey provides. He was engaging and thoughtful. I highly recommend this business here in Rosemont.

We had our first experience here on my husband's birthday. Everything was just perfect. From the welcoming to serving, the whole experience was exemplary. It definitely became a night to remember and we will be returning again with children and make more beautiful memories. Not just a meat eaters delight! My brother and I stopped on the way to Ohare and decided to get the market table with none of the tableside meat because we wanted to feel light. Boy was that salad bar an extravaganza of flavor! Excellent charcuterie, delicious asparagus, hummus, quinoa salad, chicken salad, potato salad, pineapple, mashed potatoes, and a host of other foods it would take too long to list. Went back twice and my brother went back three times. Also had a mango habenero caiprinha which was out of this world. The service was excellent too. Definitely recommended going to or from the airport

Ashley and Freddy were wonderful. The server team worked well together. Food was great! These people never stop working. Very attentive and polite. A wonderful experience. Only thing I would change is color coded cards to signal the type of meat desired.

Service was wonderful I believe Richard was his name he was Top Notch. The bread that they brought out with the olive oil was terrific was you really great the bread. The stuffed artichoke was one of the best ones I've had the stuffing was great it was cooked just proper stuff just right. My grandson had the thin pizza he loved it so did we. I had the eggplant parmesan that was also terrific very good and my wife she had the chicken dish I just can't remember what it was named but everything was top-notch I recommend this restaurant.

We went on a Friday evening to have a family dinner. Everything was just PERFECTION!! The waiting staff was so caring and so kind and so attentive to our family’s needs. We have a son with autism and he had an amazing evening!! The Guachos where just on point with offering our meats and the waiting staff NEVER made us wait on the potatoes or anything else. They where so polite to us as well when the meats where not brought out to us as we liked them they where quick to move on and brought us what we wanted when they could. The manager Christi made our evening even more special by asking us what cuts we wanted and how we wanted them. We told her our top 3 cuts for our party of 7 and within a small window everything was brought out just like we asked!! Christi made of a regular dinner an amazing celebration for my family and gave us the gift of the most amazing family dinner. Everything was perfection thanks to Christi and the amazing waiting staff that night!! The restaurant is always clean and calm and the waiting staff is just WOW!! Totally recommend taking your family here and we will be going again soon!

Delicious food, excellent service, and beautiful décor. Dinner is always a wonderful experience but the private rooms are beyond anyone's expectations. The staff works together like a rehearsed ballet with food and drinks flowing as if magic. Can't wait to try their weekend Brunch.

Fruit and salad bar amazing. The guy help us at the buffet bar is very friendly. Meat are great too, my personal favourite is garlic beef. Pork chop is slightly dry but good seasoning. They restaurant is busy at dinner time, it’s better to make reservations with big party.

My boyfriend took me here for the first time to celebrate my job promotion. The food and service was phenomenal. Juan was very personable and attentive. He kept the drinks coming and made sure to offer us more sides/ clear our plates before we even needed to call anyone. Juan also gave us a dessert to congratulate me on my promotion! He really went above and beyond as our server and he made our first experience at Fogo extremely pleasant. We will be back and will be telling all our family and friends to visit this location! ☺️

Great experience. We were there for lunch 2/23/21. The manager was attentive. Our server was a great. Everyone was helpful. Joey was very nice and talkative. Although, we felt very uncomfortable when a lady sitting by us was coughing and clearing her throat throughout her dinner. She could of been congested with covid and coughing without mask was unacceptable. Management should of done something more appropriate.

Our last few visits to this location have been less than satisfactory. We really enjoy the food but the service was nonexistent. It will be a long time before we try again. Antonio was amazing, though. He wasn't our waiter but kept noticing how there was no one coming to our table and did his best during the busy Friday night to assist us as much as he could. Their attentive to service could have been a bit better. When we did receive service, it was outstanding. The market table options were decent, they probably cut back options due to the pandemic. The meat selection felt limited, probably because we got seated in a corner table in the far back area. The restaurant ambiance was a bit too hectic and way too overcrowded and I’m sure exceeded the guidelines for COVID-19.

My girlfriend and I went about a month ago over the weekend. The food was phenomenal, the service was great, ambiance was comfortable & pleasing. Fogo was great about spacing out and keeping things safe for everyone. They made us feel special ,welcomed from the moment we entered the restaurant... NEVER AGAIN! Horrible service. Servers touching their face mask and handling food. Sat for 20 minutes waiting on a server for refills. Waited another twenty minutes for our check. Bad experience for someone who quarantined the past year and finally ventured out to lunch and do some shopping only to be disappointed by a uninterested, inattentive staff. Don’t blame the staff. I blame the management or lack there of. I would never give them $150+ dollars again to probably be treated better at McDonald’s.

My experience here is always great and what makes it so great is the staff. Yeah the food is wonderful but what it really comes down to is customer service. I came in without and reservation and was told the wait would be about 45 minutes or less. Which I was totally okay with me due to the time I decided to come in. I was seated in no less than 15 minutes and was being served a variety of meat seconds afterwards. The staff members the stood out to me the most would have to be this handsome young man named Adis who made sure I was being served the finest cuts of meat they had to offer and made sure everything was being cooked to my ideal temperature. Nothing was over or under cooked and I couldn’t be any happier with my experience. Can’t wait to visit again.

Food was good and service was good.. The tables however were not socially distanced and didn't appear spaced at all and both tables around mine were filled. Some employees also didn't wear masks over their noses and the lack of a temperature check also worries me.

Horrible service, absolutely no social distancing, took forever to bring the meat. The only thing that kept coming was the sausage. The bar on wheels charged us for an extra drink that we did not order. The place was so full that social distancing was impossible. Definitely at full capacity. We made reservations 2 weeks in advance expecting that they would have 25 percent capacity. Not the case at all. I would totally go to.Texas de brazil before I go here. Very very disappointed.

Baked clams 1 out of 6 was cooked thoroughly. Cold pop wasn't even cold. Should of just made some frozen pizza...yes im upset. If I could share a pic of the food I would.

I order both pizza and entrees regularly...the pizza is top quality and the entrees are as good as any home made meal. Great food! Prices are reasonable. The pizza crust is crunchy but not like hard crunchy its prefect. We had the calamari and it was pretty dam good. Even the butter for the bread was good. We also had the lobster ravioli with Alfredo sauce. The sauce was my favorite I could of just had the sauce by itself the raviolis were good could of had more flavor but the sauce gave it the flavor I guess. Overall great experience great food definitely coming back!

Pizza was great and beers were good but it took 30 minutes for our pizza to come out and place was very slow. Other than that I would stop back again and explore other options on the menu.

This place has the besttttt baked pasta but the reason this place is getting one star from me is because i strongly believe that no matter how great the food is,customer service should be just as great. Unfortunately that wasn't the case here. As soon as i walked inside to pick up my order the cashier didn't ask for my name nor did she ask if i was picking up or ordering in. I just wanted to pick up my food, pay and go! The attitude was unnecessary and they weren't busy at all. I refuse to give my service to a place where employees don't understand how important it is to treat people right even if they are having a bad day. Maybe she was just to young and ignorant to understand this but hopefully she can learn to treat EVERYONE WITH RESPECT!

Stopped in tonight for drinks and appetizers as our children were at soccer training nearby. We were rudely "greeted" by a bartender/host who was irritated that we were there interrupting her doing nothing. She ushered us to a doorway in which she badgered us about having a reservation, then showed her irritation once again because the doorway in which she ushered us through was for servers only. It was early on in the evening, prior to any dinner rush, plenty of open seating both inside and out...not very much going on there at the time. Plenty of other places for us to go and be welcomed.

We called for reservation for our family of 28 people two weeks before time. We have received a very fast response and helpful information from KARI the sale manager. Even though she was out of town but still helped us arrange response quickly to accommodate our requests. Nate and Joshua were excellent, nice and very friendly. Thank you for making everything so easy for us.

Not the best version of Fogo, the meat servers were very kind. But it took forever to get well done meat of choice, they brought it after 1 hours, and I was no longer interested. I asked multiple times...people including all the servers were nice. For some reason , took forever to get my choice...

Miguel was very attentive and very fast with the service. He made sure our water glasses were full at all times and they weren’t full he’d come over and fill up the glasses. He also made sure we had clean plates if we wanted a new one and he’d go and get us new ones. The food was absolutely delicious. This is my third time celebrating my birthday at Fogo de Chao and their quality of food, as well as exemplary service, never fails to amaze me. Tonight our host was Mitchell (I hope I spelled his name right) and he made us feel truly special by making sure we have everything we need when we need them. He was very pleasant, very friendly, very accommodating, very patient, and very professional. I will definitely be coming back, not just for future birthdays but for other special occasions in my life.

Fogo de Chão This was a To Go delivered order where we ordered the churrasco combinations of picanha and fraldinha meats as well as the chicken legs and thighs (even though there weren’t any thighs included in the order). The meat was cooked medium was good but the frango chicken was even better. The quinoa tabbouleh wasn’t the best as it was a different type from what I’m accustomed to but the feijoada bean and rice stew was nice. I also had a delicious complimentary slice of the chocolate brigadeiro cake for my special day; very rich and supper good (thanks guys). Looking forward to the next order.

Overall, my experience was quite pleasant. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I especially enjoyed the wonderful variety at the veggie bar. However, one aspect needs clarification: while the concept of food were served non-stop until the card flipped red, it wasn't explicitly communicated that some items served were not included in the meal plan. It was a bit surprising to find additional items added to the bill without prior notice. It might be helpful for the establishment to ensure better transparency about what is covered in the meal plan. Despite this, the overall visit was enjoyable.

This a great place for a fancy family environment. All of the waitstaff ensured our needs were met and Jenny and jasmine were amazing!!! Ashley stopped by our table when she saw it was time for us to provide a review and stated she was helping our server Frankie but when we told her he wasn't our server she said to place her in here anyway. Our server Jenny was absolutely above and beyond and made sure we taken care of and included a birthday surprise for my husband's celebration. Jasmine did a great job helping us pick a delicious wine pairing for our food.

Nick was very stylish, helpful, attentive, fast, and provided excellent customer service. The food was amazing. This establishment never disappoints.
