Amazing food. Customer service and everything in between was amazing. We ate here 3 times while we visited NY. Our last day, we tried the hibachi and it was also amazing. Worth every penny. And also try the sake‼️ We will definitely come back and I recommend it to everyone to eat here. Just amazing food. I gave it a 10/10.

This was our first night in New York after a long day of travel. We went out to walk around a bit and explore and have a couple local craft beers. My wife wanted soup and it looked like DD had some good options and great reviews so we decided to give it a try. We had a great experience. The staff was VERY friendly and attentive. The ordering process was relatively simple using a tablet. My wife’s request to have her soup dish without the spicy Chile’s was accommodated. The food was all fresh, hot and delicious. We had soup dumpling, some other pot sticker type won tons, won ton soup and my wife’s beef and noodle soup. Would go back in a heartbeat! It’s kind of a small joint and not fancy, but clean and nice.

The food was good and I only ordered the crab and pork soup dumplings, shrimp dumplings, and stir fried bok choy. This place is more of a hibachi place and didn't have a very large dim sum menu. The gratuity is built into your bill, which I didn't like, and I probably would've tipped just as much or more. But I suppose this way helps the servers more, which, in the end, I support. Service was fast, kind, and attentive. I probably will try out other restaurants in the future for soup dumplings.

This place is absolutely fantastic with really friendly people working, they were very fast to bring our the food. You can order one thing at a time and it comes out in like a few minutes so that was fun to pick and choose as a I went. Had the pork soup dumplings, spring rolls and general tsos chicken with Orion beer. Everything was rad. The beer is from Okinawa highly recommend trying it. Awesome

DD Soup Dumpling & Fuji Hibachi is an affordable Asian restaurant in the heart of Times Square. The staff are very friendly and service was quick when we put in our order. Food was made to order, it was served nice and hot. The dumplings were well made and tasted good. The udon noodles were delicious and had the smokey wok flavours.

Went in on a weekday night, was quiet and less busy. Got a bunch of items. Scallion pancakes and Veg spring rolls - good but oily Sesame chicken - great taste, good quantity Vegetable Fried rice - amazing, simple and flavorful Chicken Udon - good quantity and taste, slightly oily Overall this is an amazing place with good food options.

Chicken noodle soup was exactly what I needed on a cold day- Great location and service. There are a lot of competition out there, so I don't have a good comparison against the other restaurants. Enjoyed the way I ordered- via a tablet that the server connects to the kitchen-, and the atmosphere was very comfortable, I didn't feel rushed. I did eat after regular lunch time hours, so I'm not sure how it feels to eat during. The soup was good- the chicken was tender, the noodles had a nice bite to them, and it wasn't overcooked. I liked the ribbon texture. There was a decent amount of veggies, chicken, and noodles. I didn't have to order some veggie spring rolls but I did. Very glad I walked from Central Park to this place, it was comfortable to eat at.

I had higher expectations based on the reviews. The food were OK. I had noodles and soup dumplings. Noodles were OK, but I had better for less money. My first time trying Chinese soup dumplings and I’m highly disappointed. Broth inside was not nice at all. You could mask it with soya the provide. Go for Georgian khinkali - they taste about 1000 times better. Service is minimal. You are given iPad, the next time you see waiting staff is when they bring food and than the bill. For that they force tip on the bill and additional charge to pay with the card. I was waiting for a while to ask a question about some items on the menu, but no one came to me. As I was dining alone, I would have appreciated if they didn’t bring both dishes at the same time. Would I return? Maybe for take-away noodles - maybe. In general I can’t recommend this place.

It was a delightful experience! Went there three times during my trip. Nice and fast service, reasonable prices and wonderful food! Loved the Pork soup dumplings and Miso soup :)
