The food came out super fast, and I watched them move through a long line. The employees work hard and are courteous. The burger was a bit salty.

Was okay. Had the Classic Double Smash, regular fries, and an Oreo milkshake. The food feels overpriced to me. The milkshake had a good flavor. Very creamy. The milkshake however was thin which I do not prefer but maybe you’re into that. The burger was okay but didn’t taste much different from other burgers in the ~$8 price range. The ingredients tasted good and fresh but this also isn’t Micky D’s valu hour. As a whole, will probably not be back except for convenience. You can get a better burger for the money elsewhere but sometimes you’re not elsewhere.

Ordered two double classic smash burgers with bacon at 12:48PM on a Saturday through their mobile app that said order would be ready in 15 minutes. They delivered on that time. Ingredients were fresh and beef was juicy. Great distribution of the ingredients! It's hard to say anything bad about my experience other than the fact that I wasn't able to finish both burgers in one sitting because it was more food than my stomach could handle. Keep it up!

Everywhere you look there is dirt, dust.. everything is broken in the bathroom. Employees make sure they are not happy you are there. ( I got loudly corrected , pretty much yelled at ) for taking napkins from the wrong pile, which was literally next to the counter ) We had OVERPRICED SUBPAR QUALITY burger. absolutely no toppings, no tomatoes or lettuce. the Swiss cheese in my burger was BURNT CRISP, that burger was not worth 9 dollars. Save your money, sanity and potentially your health and go somewhere else..

Terrible food and even worse service. I arrive 10 minutes before closing. They hemmed and hawed over whether they would even take my order. Then they gave me a cold hamburger, cheese not melted, missing toppings. When I asked for the missing toppings, they told me they were out of lettuce. Then when I sat down to eat my burger, I was told I had to leave because they were closing. Then with snark added “that’s why we packaged it to go”. Moral of the story: don’t miss the turn for 5 Guys Pictured the “burger with all the toppings” that arrive cold that I had to eat in the cold on the trunk of my car

Have never been here, probably won't try again. As soon as you walk in the door there is a sign to grab a menu, no menus in it. So I tell them at the register, because we didn't want to hold up anyone coming in behind us. We are informed there no longer are menus, we are told to look online or at the board. Then why is the sign and menu holder still there? But Ok, so we stand and look over the menu. I see scorching hot wings, I love heat so I'm excited. Nope, no scorching wings. Ok there goes my excitement. So 2 single smash burgers, fries and drinks, with tax $30 And change. NOT worth $15 a piece, burger was OK, but so is a McDonald's burger. Was very very disappointed.

Food was delicious, the mushroom Burger was one of the best that I have had since Dairy Queen in Newtown Square. The tater tots were okay. What totally turned me off was the state of the men's room. Totally unsatisfactory, if they can't clean their bathroom then I wonder what their kitchen looks like. That doesn't leave me with warm fuzzies. I hope they do something about it.

Me and my team had a very large order that came to $173. When we got back to the office, we discovered there were two orders of French fries missing and two of the burgers were not prepared according to our request (ie Mayo was missing on one, another was missing lettuce). And the salad had welted lettuce. Overall, the rest of our staff felt the food was not quite up to par. I am disappointed because the last time I went, my burger was delicious. I know sometimes it can be a bit challenging to control the quality of the food when it's a big order. However, I definitely would not use this place again for large orders.

First time coming to smash burger and I am very pleased, I got the burnt end burger and was blown away by how much flavor and taste it had. Will definitely be coming back again

First let me say, this fast food establishment provides quality food at a reasonable cost and the service was professional and welcoming. I simply love the sweet potato fries and fried Brussels with sea salt lightly drizzled. The specialty burgers are great tasting and worth the car ride. The restaurant was clean and the young lady that took our order was welcoming and provided service with a smile 😊 I would recommend stopping by for a bite to eat, you won't be sorry. And after you enjoy your meal, take a stroll into TJ Maxx to walk off some of your meal

Eh. Service at the counter felt like I was at Pop Copy. (Chappelle Fans only) Actually tipped the kid though, primarily because I couldn't find the "no tip" option. Ah well. Food was good. Tots were insane. Burger was very good too. For $20 though? Nah. Also, had to take out at 8:25. Open until 9 means 9, not whenever you feel like it.

The burger and sweet potato fries that I ordered was good, all the ingredients worked well together. Not a long wait time to order, meal was cooked well, and delivered to my table. The store was very clean and staff was friendly. The only thing I did not prefer was the music was a bit too loud for my taste.

The food was so good. I've never been to a Smashburger before so I was excited to try. My only gripe was that we slid all over the floors. Other than that the staff we interacted with was friendly. I hope the Allentown one is just as good because we drove an hour and a half here, but would absolutely make the trip again. My boyfriend pretended to ring a bell to show his appreciation.

This is our favorite burger place to go to. It's a little far but we make the trip just because it's that good! We always dine in and the staff is always very nice.

Tenders were dry and overcooked and a lot of other little things wrong with the order. Ordered smash fries, received fries without any seasoning at all (not even salt). Ordered a five piece chicken tender, but they only gave me four. It seemed like there was a lot of cutting corners when the food is already so expensive.

That might have been the best hamburger I have ever eaten. The food was ready fast and the service was excellent. Double Colorado burger with bacon.

Burger was just okay. The sweet potato fries and haystack onions were way too salty. And the ranch dressing that came with it all tasted off. Not recommended.

Friendly staff, but they were all just hanging out, my dad's burger was just sitting waiting to be picked up for a while. Husband's fries were cold (did I mention we were the only ones dining at the time? Had a out 4 people come and go while we were eating) and my chicken sandwhich was overly salty, and I LOVE salt.

My first time at this location, the food at smashburger is always good but this location is needs more workers they where so overwhelmed and backed up! The guy couldn't even give eye contact to people when he handed you your food because he was working on 12 other orders as well. I got the smashburger double and turkey smash double as well as some smash fries and a shacke. Food was 10 of 10!!

Rating of “One”, because I couldn’t rate “Zero”! When you ask for a Gluten free bun at Smashberger, my research indicates that you should get an Udi’s gluten free bun, with which most GF people are familiar. Today I went in for the first time, asked if they had GF buns. When the greeter said “yes”, I ordered a burger. I also reconfirmed with the server that the bun was gluten free, and she also said yes. I thought, wow, they found a gluten free potato roll. Wrong, the potato roll was glutinous, and I’ve spent the rest of the day sick! It takes me a day to get over these mistakes. I just researched and found that I should have gotten an Udi’s GF bun. Make me really mad. This is not just bad service, someone could die from such a mistake, and there are evidently zero controls. FYI, Udi’s buns are white, Potato buns are more yellow.
