I’ve been a customer since I moved to MA three years ago but I hadn’t ordered online until yesterday. I was so easy and my pick up time was on point. My order was exact and everybody loved the food and the portion sizes! I highly recommend Santa Fe in Franklin. The service, the food, and the cleanliness are all top notch!!

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. I had an Al Pastor burrito and a carnitas nacho. The large amount of food was very filling and even better was extremely tasty. And it wasn't just filters, there was plenty of meat. Great flavor throughout and many friendly, helpful people behind the counter. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 8.3.

Placed an online order and it was ready as soon as I arrived. There was a line out the door so I was a little concerned. Sign at the door said to go in and look for your order. The cashier recognized the order name and was smiling even though he must have been stressed. We will visit again!

There was some sort of problem with their on-line ordering this evening. The orders were backed way up and there were far more than usual people waiting to pick up their orders. Everyone waited patiently because this place is consistently excellent week after week with their Monday $5.00 burrito deal. No one dares complain. These people are busting their butts and doing it witt a smile. You can't beat this deal. I highly recommend.

I love this spot. It is so good! The food is fresh and they are very generous. The staff is friendly and they are always playing good music. Oh, and they have $5 burritos on Mondays!!!

Santa Fe never disappoints. The food is delicious and the service never disappoints. I’ve ordered take out many times and they have ALWAYS had my order correct, they have never forgot something and it’s timely. It’s the one restaurant/takeout that my family of 5 can all agree on.

Delicious food priced well. Great staff. I'm happy to pick up dinner every week or two there.

Love this place for a quick grab and go burrito. There's also seating inside but I've always just ordered for pick up to bring home to the family. Good deals on Monday. A local college staple

Pickup is our preferred method. They are always accurate and quick. Mondays are a super price too! I highly recommend their carnitas. Kid friendly food and atmosphere too

Sadly I took one bite out of my burrito and had to throw it away. The first piece of steak was raw/uncooked. Not even trying to be rude but whoever cooked the steak should get some cooking lessons or review general food safety standards. It’s too easy to mess up, just cook it all the way through! Nobody orders burritos looking for steak to be pink or “medium rare”… it’s a burrito. Looks like it wasn’t even seared. Sorry for the rant.

Not only were they incredibly friendly upon entering the restaurant, they were super helpful, fairly inexpensive, and the food was excellent. My wife and I shared a nacho and salad meal and had about 1/3 of it the next day for lunch-portions are very good. They made sure our son had no dairy in his meal. It was just a great experience. We will be back and this place is a gem!

Over the years I’ve ordered there a handful of times and find they serve great food and Monday prices are a good deal. My only gripe is that the vegetables, specifically the onions, are usually not cooked enough and are too raw, which does not taste good. Also, on two separate occasions I’ve had the meat and got food poisoning type symptoms. Again I think because the food was not cooked enough.

Ordered in a group through doordash and my food was awful. My chicken bowl contained a mountain of peppers and onions, which I did not order lol. More peppers and onions than beans! Also got some corn salsa which was even less corn than beans, so it wound up as a tasteless mash of almost entirely peopers and onions. Had to toss the entire thing, its not like a burger where you can just take them off. Will not be coming back.

Great food, ate a barbacoa burrito and it was delicious, one thing I’m going to point out tho is how the burrito was formed inside, which I really didn’t like having all the cheese to one side but other than that it was delicious! Would definitely recommend it to my friends and family and got a job near there so I’ll be in soon again to get another great experience!
