I will be completely honest, I was a bit skeptical considering the price and that it was a chain. I came in on a slow Wednesday, we selected the four pack box. We chose the peppermint cupcake, Twix,Waffle and Toffee. I did not make it home before I decided to try it, the texture on the exterior of the cookie is it like the texture of a perfectly baked artisan bread. That nice crunch that you’re looking for but the interior is so soft and practically melts in your mouth. I am now going to be a frequent customer, it will be my cheat food for the week. Hey not to mention, the customer service was outstanding, the woman there checked in with us before we left to make sure that the order was right. I highly recommend this place, and I cannot wait for my kids to get home so that they can try their cookie.

Ok so these cookies just melt in your mouth! We got the 4 pack for $20 and got it delivered all for $30! Cheesecake, double chocolate ( I think lol ) confetti & chocolate caramel! They were all good but the cheesecake was my favorite! 👍

I ordered a four pack through the Crumbl app. When I arrived at the store, I noticed that the menu screen said that one of the cookies I had ordered, Chocolate Cupcake, was sold out. The app had not said the cookie was sold out when I ordered, and no employee told me that one of my items was sold out, so I assumed that the cookie had sold out after I had placed my order. An employee gave me my order and I left. When I got home and opened the box, I saw that I had been given a plain cookie (which is clearly Chocolate Cupcake without the frosting). I am really disappointed that I was not told by an employee that one of my cookies was sold out, and that I wasn't given the chance to swap it for another flavor instead. Won't be returning to the Methuen location.

The birthday cake flavored 4th of july cookie was AMAZING, the hot fudge sundae was okay, honestly the brownie could be way better.. the oatmeal coconut was TO DIE FOR I NEED THE RECIPE & the strawberry shortcake cold was SO GOOD !! Spot on !! 😍

I love the Crumbl Store in The Loop everyone is so nice and informative! Went to get a party box for my dad's 60th birthday and they were very helpful and made the box look extra fancy! Oh and it helps that the cookies are delicious! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Cookies are great! We always grab some before going into the theater. Just wish they had soft serve

Not you average bakery. It does not smell like a bakery. You order by computer and your choices are taken out of a warmer by a very nice staff member. However, not sure these cookies are fresh baked there. I am very old school not my favorite.

Absolutely great service!! They were out of peanut butter when I came in, but told us the next batch would be ready in around 15 minutes. After they came out, the worker gave us an extra cookie for the wait. Great service, shoutout to Juju! 👍
