Wow. Never coming back here again. Let me explain: My wife and our friend went here tonight for dinner. We were all starving and ordered a few appetizers (pan fried dumplings and boneless spare ribs). While the portions were small for the price, we all appreciated the quality and were still quite content... then the main courses came out. I ordered the Mongolian beef, which as you can see from the picture was really more like $11 Mongolian onions and scallions... okay, so not that big of a deal and not worth a one star right? Well around the time of the picture, the manager (?) came over to ask how our meal was. I voiced my displeasure of my dish, and he just frowned and walked away. No apology. No explanation of why there was barely any meat. Not a single word. He simply just walked away. Great way to treat your customers. Avoid this place like the plague.

Delicious. The take out line was out the door and now I know why. The drinks were big, cool glasses and I'm told, a perfect way to end the day. Or start the night, whatever tickles your fancy. Sushi was outstanding, Singapore noodles hot and tasty.

This is the best pork fried rice I have ever experienced in my nearly 30 years on Earth. The freshness and quality of this rice was as if I had a private chef in my own kitchen. If I had to choose any meal to eat for the rest of my life, it would be this rice

The House of Fortune will always be a relaxing and pleasurable experience enjoyed by me and my family. Everytime I go I always have lots of fun chatting it up and eating some well quality food. I dont understand the hate honestly, this place is AMAZING and not pricey at all! I absolutely ADORE the Chicken and Cashew meal and typically always get it. and the Teriyaki beef sticks are to die for!! My only suggestion for anyone looking at this comment is that it is a little chilly inside, so maybe bring a sweater? Its not too cold though! Looking at these 1 star 2 star comments and lol... you would think its common sense. Yes Susan, of COURSE its not authentic chinese cuisine.... You people need to use your heads. Of course I understand comments saying they found chicken in their veggie roll..thats a perfectly good reason to be upset... but PLEASE Karens...The employees are not mind readers!!! they arent going to read your mind and see that you want money off your dish because you do not like it! Some of you people need to speak up instead of leaving these nasty reviews of not liking your dish and whining over it when you literally communicated none of that info to your waiter.

Excellent flavor on food and the lightest freshest crab rangoon I've ever had. Son got a really flat soda but they happily replaced it with a fresh can. I finally found my favorite in this neighborhood!

Best food and service. You want a unique experience go here. I highly recommend the ginger chicken and string beans.

We are regular customers & dine here quite often. Lately the food quality has declined. Tonite my husbands combo dinner came out at least 10 minutes before my meal was even served. When it finally arrived it was stone cold. When I complained to the waitress the owner came right over no apology etc, only offered to reheat my food. Neither one of them came back except to drop off our check. Restaurant wasnt even busy this isnt how you should treat your regular customers!

Good food. Portion is confusing for a person like me. I'm a rice lover and I couldn't understand the huge portion of beef and vegetables for the 2 cups rice 😅 It was delicious tho. Parking was very busy at 6pm on a Sunday but was able to find a good spot.

We went here for the first time before a special occasion. We will definitely be going there again. The food was good, the service was excellent.

Food is very good, but they consistently mess up the takeout orders, it’s been more than once that they gave us the wrong thing. They really need an online ordering system as their phone is often busy and it takes multiple tries to get someone. Would be easier to not mess up orders this way too.

My husband and I frequently go on Thursdays and always enjoy trying an array of sensational entrees- getting something different off the menu always proves delightful; personal favorite, the Spicy wings! The staff is friendly making you feel special at every visit. I enjoy watching the owners welcoming regulars back as though they were family! The atmosphere is welcoming in every facet. An exemplary experience, one that is highly recommended!!!!!!

I like the place, but coming from a place where they have 3-4 better places to this a d being only 20-30 minutes from food that is better and better priced. I just can't go higher than 3-3.5 it's good for when I don't want to go to another town. Service is very good atmosphere is good just food and it's consistency is meh.

Very modern and extremely fresh food. The chicken is beyond what you would expect. Fresh white meat, very decent portions. Everything was perfect from the atmosphere, to the server, to the moment we walked out the door. Prices are definitely reasonable for the quality. Would highly recommend!

I got the salt and pepper calamari appetizer. To make it be enough food, I ordered 2 of them with an order of rice. Now this is a different take than what I’m used to on salt and paper calamari; the vegetables and calamari pieces were bigger and very flavorful. I think I like this take on it. I recommend it!

The sushi selection was excellent, the drinks were not Impressive and the salmon was on the warm side, other than that - easy to get to, plenty of parking and seemed to be kid friendly, I'd visit again.

Always a great experience at House of Fortune! Love the ambiance inside and the food is so fresh and delicious whether you dine in or get take out. Everything is so reasonably priced as well. Will always recommend House of Fortune!

Busy but it's worth the wait. Food ( orange chicken) was deeelicious and once the order was in came out quickly. As usual for Chinese restaurants the "exotic" drinks were also good - don't drink too many! 🙂 I had great company to enjoy the meal with make sure u do 2!

We were regulars when we used to live in Plainville but since moving to Franklin we have never come to this place and not intentionally either but it was great to celebrate with our friends here and happy to say that this place hasn’t lost its charm or brilliance. Same great owners, same great food prepared exactly the way we requested them to. Egg drop soup, sweet and sour soup, salmon teriyaki, beef teriyaki, steamed chicken with broccoli and mixed vegetables were all equally great. Can’t wait to go back and more frequently from now on.

Best Chinese food and one of the better sushi locations in the area. Order take out a few times a month and food is always on point. Highly recommend!

We got three rolls: Queens Special, Rainbow, and Yellowtail and Escolar Roll. I really liked the yellowtail with the jalapeños and siracha. Service was really fast and it was a good choice for dinner for four after going to Wrentham Outlet!

This is the best Chinese food 🍲 and sushi 🍣 I have had in a long time. I have been here 3 times and tried many different items on the menu with pleasurable results. Alway fresh and cooked to perfection. I travel over an hour to eat here. The dinning area and bathrooms are spotless and clean. The staff is attentive and friendly. Prices are reasonable and they have some specialties that I haven’t seen elsewhere. I found this place when I was in the area at The Outlet stores and looking for a good Asia food restaurant near by. Enjoyable experience and I won’t mind taking the drive just for the food.
