Great sub experience. It's hard to find such great service at a "fast food" restaurant. My sandwich was made fast, fresh and most importantly, correct. Khalil is the assistant gm and he couldn't have been more professional. Hats off to this Jersey Mike's, I wish they all could be like this one.

I had to go in two separate times yesterday (August 8th). During the first visit in the morning, the young man was extremally polite and made a fantastic sub. I was absolutely thrilled with the product and customer service. However, when I went in later that evening, I had a completely different experience. The young lady was was rude, and obviously didn't want to be there. The product was sloppy and thrown together. If not for the initial experience with the young man, I would have rated 1 star. I would still recommend but be careful who you get to make your sub!

First visit as an alternative to Firehouse and Subway. We ordered the regular Big Kahuna, Jersey Mike, and bag of Sun Chips. My wife thoroughly the Big Kahuna; it was excellently prepared. My Jersey Mike was pretty good; I didn’t have “the juice” on it. I must return to try it. The two member team was quite busy with dine in mostly but also had phone and drive through orders. The prep area was untidy with excessive crumbs and veggies scattered. I observed one team member not change his gloves and begin prepping a customer’s sandwich after taking a sandwich out, going to the back room and ringing up a customer. The dining areas was unkept— floors need sweeping, tables need cleaning, and overflowing trash need dumping. There was not paper towels in the ladies’ restroom which needed additional servicing. The staff was friendly and acknowledged our leaving. A lull in customers afforded one team member the chance to begin cleaning the dining area. Although there is much improvement, I wouldn’t allow this keep me from returning to another perhaps better staffed Jesey Mike’s.

This team has been in place close to a year now and WOW. THE CONSISTENCY in food and service is amazing. TRENT, MARISSA AND ALYSSA are hands down the best. Alway a positive atmosphere and quality is great!

The food at this place is very good! My favorite location to go to is the one located on Washington Road in Augusta, Ga. The service, atmosphere and food is great! I've never had a negative experience going here at all. The employees work well together and are friendly, fast and yet personable. They have a way about them that makes a customer feel good about the experience. Customer service and food is always excellent!

I always order from here. Terrible order today. Bunch of oil on my sandwich and no vinegar at all. The bread looked like it was soaked in oil. Just one tomato on a regular size sub. There wasn’t even any seasoning on it. They didn’t even have my sandwich ready in time for pickup. I waited at the window for 7 minutes. The female who handed me the bag had dirty gloves on. I can just see the lettuce and mayonnaise on her gloves. It was pretty obvious she threw my sandwich in the bag without care. The whole thing was sloppy once I got home to eat. Very disappointing and a waste of money. I’ll stick to going on weekdays around noon. That shift makes better subs.

Jersey Mike's is a great place to go. One of the only places the whole family will agree on eating.

Very friendly service! A little pricey, but definitely worth it! First time trying their food and was impressed with the servings! Love that they slice the meat in front of you! Will be making them a regular place for great quality subs.

I travel all over for work and eat Jersey Mike's just about every day. One might say I'm somewhat of a Jersey Mike's connoisseur. This is my favorite store to visit by far. The crew here is unmatched.

Subs were delicious. A little smaller than what I expected, excluding the largest size, which was plenty big. Really great taste and decently fast service. Staff was friendly. Kids were bummed that there wasn't a meatball sub.

Marissa and Alyssa are very efficient and professional: all while making the best sub in the CSRA!!!

I had the best customer service at this Jersey Mike's. The customer service was unlike other places I've been, they showed that they truly cared about the customer. The store was clean the food was delicious. If I could I'd give 10 stars for customer service I would! 10 out of 10 experience for me!! I'm definitely gonna make this my go to Jersey Mike's!!

Extremely loud dining room even though we were the only guests. Felt like we were in a factory/hospital with all the beeping. Eating should be peaceful, but I guess thats just society these days.

I didn’t think it was possible to mess up a Jersey Mike experience because I eat at them all over, but I guess I was wrong. Was not greeted upon walking in and then when I went to stand where you’re supposed to order the girl just looked at me. So then I told her I wanted to order and she said go ahead. The ordering pad was where I was standing but I guess she was working off memory. Then while I’m ordering someone came in for their refund so they were all confused and literally stopped cooking my steak sub to try to call people and figure things out. The guy touched the telephone and went back to preparing my food. The Italian subs meat was fresh but the bread was off. Another guy was cleaning the restaurant and it needed it. Have to say the sub was very well prepared but due to the amount of meat that they put on them now, I had to subtract some stars. They are my sub of choice but lately the meat seem thinner so the nice fullness of their subs are fading

Excited to get Jersey Mike's since today is Monday double points... drive up and all 3 employees are sitting outside smoking. Ok no biggie... til all 3 walk in to start working and NONE of them washed their hands. I left and got taco bell instead. Wash your hands! That's gross!

I’VE BEEN MARISSAFIED!!! Stopped in last night to the Washington Rd location and Marissa assisted me. I got a #17 steak & cheese and asked if I could switch out the green peppers for some mushrooms. “No problem!” Marissa said enthusiastically. Now I gotta let the world know that this sandwich was OFF THE CHARTS!! I mean super delicious. I highly recommend this hot combination of goodness. I also recommend having Marissa cook it for you. Keep up the great work team Washington Rd!!!! Your putting out a FANTASTIC product!!!
