Loved the place and the ambience. Service was top notch super attentive and personable. We had the porterhouse, 2 filler mingnos, the artichoke and octopus. Everything was cooked to perfection except the octopus that I like a bit more charred (personal taste). Drinks - do try the dirty blue olive Martini. The best I have ever had!!!

My date had been talking up this restaurant when deciding where to take me, and he was right to do so. This place was perfect in every way, from the ambiance to the service and through to the last bite of our tiramisu. Our server Christine was awesome and her recommendations on what to order did not disappoint (although I doubt anything on the menu would). They had my favorite wine (Montepelucci) which made me very happy. Salads to start (wedge for me arugula for him) set the meal off right. The blue cheese was spot on. We ordered streaks (filet and ribeye) of courses cooked perfectly. Our sides were roasted potatoes and grilled asparagus. Dessert was a shared tiramisu with tea, double espresso & port. I'm still thinking about this night 3 days later...not only cause it was a great date, but it was a great place to have the date.

Love this place. Found out about Primi from an event a family member had that was perfectly executed. Great event spot! Been here a few times since then for dinner and can’t get enough. The food, service and atmosphere can’t be beat. The food is so fresh and delicious. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Great atmosphere and vibe. Highly recommend!

Me and my girlfriend went to Primi for our 5th anniversary and I was slightly disappointed. For the prices you are paying, you should expect some things that weren't offered. For example, they should ask if we are celebrating anything or refill our wine when our glasses are empty. The food was pretty good, I got the dry aged Strip and my girlfriend got the filet mignon with crispy onions and whipped potatoes. The prices are too high for what this place is, the quality of the food just wasn't on par with their competitors. Overall 82/100

Wonderful cocktails! The rest of the experience was acceptable, but a disappointment for the price. Service was friendly, but sparse, not up to what one would expect for a restaurant with such a strong reputation. Food was well prepared, but not served piping hot, perhaps will have to “redo.”

Service was spectacular, the setting was very nice and are bellys were full when we left. Me and fiance both got the chicken Parmigiana, it was delicious with a little spaghetti as well. Not too saucy with the right amount of cheese. We also has to try the Mac and cheese bowl. For dessert we split the snickers pie, ahhh to die for. Perfect top off to a great dinner date. I would highly recommend coming here.

Had the best dinner for my birthday with a group of adults in an outdoor igloo during Covid. Just returned for my husband’s birthday with our 1 year old daughter and they were just amazing! Not only did I have the most delicious beef Wellington, cooked to perfection - but they were incredibly accommodating and kind. Everyone talked to my daughter and treated her like a little adult. We felt so welcome and had a wonderful dinner, even with the baby with us. So thankful for our great experiences at Primi! Will definitely continue to return over and over again as my new favorite restaurant on LI

First time here and wow. Such a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend the bone in veal parm, old fashion, and sugar brownie with vanilla gelato and whiskey caramel pecan sauce.

Came here with friends for date night/our friend's birthday and cannot say enough about how gorgeous the renovation looks! Our waitress was impeccable. She recommended the Lynchee martini for our friend who likes drinks on the sweeter side and a the vesper martini for myself. I don't eat steak and our server Jennifer recommended the Tuna and it was out of this world. It was my girlfriend's birthday and they brought out a cheesecake that was delicious along with our desert. What a nice touch. We had pasta as a starter (server recommendation) and a salad to start, everything was delicious. Food, ambiance and service was perfect, made our night! We will be coming back very soon!

Absolutely fantastic!! From start to finish a delightful meal. The special eggplant appetizer was so fresh and light! The lasagna was an explosion of flavors… not traditional but WOW!! The service was on point…Nicko is a wonderful server!

Finally tried this place after work. Great service and food. The grilled octopus is a must try. Super flavorful, perfectly cooked, and not rubbery as most restaurants tend to overcook octopus. The bartender, Alyssa, was very attentive and witty, and provided top notch service. She checked on my date and I frequently and kept the drinks coming. Atmosphere is very classy and the crowd was full of young to middle aged professionals. Great place to take a date. Def recommend 10/10!

Very expensive. Mediocre quality. $15 for a glass when the bottle normally sells for $20. Service was pretty good. And they give you American-sized portions. Oh, also extremely loud. Overall, this place is good for those nights when you want to shout at your friends across the table and don’t mind overpaying by 2x for food and drink youd rather forget.

Primi is recently renovated and the space is beautiful. The drinks and food are top notch! For appetizers we had the calamari, artichokes, arancini and grilled octopus for the table. Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. Other highlights were the rib eye, tuna and shrimp for entrees. Danielle was our server and she is outstanding! I can’t wait to return for another meal.

Great venue for birthday parties. You can book the second floor for you and all of your guests. Food was good...our kids couldn't get enough of the skirt steak! I got the sea bass with butter and capers.

Had dinner on a Tuesday night it was my first time dining here . I was greeted by valet parking right by the front door ,Score !!!! The restaurant is beautiful inside offering a cozy warm environment , beautiful decor ! Our server was Amanda. She was very attentive, The food was amazing we had 4 apps I highly recommend the fried barata , calamari, fried artichoke hearts, and the grilled octopus , they were all delicious 🤤🤤🤤 for the main course I had the special fettuccine pasta with the truffle mushroom cream sauce. It was delicious. I shared it with my brother and they were kind enough to split it in the kitchen. That portion was more than enough after all those appetizers. Lol , for dessert, I had the peanut butter pie which was amazing and a chocolate martini which was also delicious. Unfortunately that is all I was able to take a picture of as I was too busy eating the food to take pictures of it. I do recommend this place. It was delicious and I will be visiting again and taking photos of my food next time

The service was very good, the friendly wait staff was always nearby and available, including our server, who was great. The food didn't quite measure up to the upscale image the place is trying to maintain, but it was good. Not so good as to make one want to come back for the same fare, but good enough to come back and try something different. The atmosphere on the other hand was a bit disappointing. The decor is nice, tables nicely set with fresh linen, but other than that it was unremarkable. It looked like any other steakhouse. What was disappointing was the noise level, which is to be expected since the bar is just feet away from the dining area. So, if you're looking for a quiet place, this isn't it. The real annoying thing though, was the valet parking. I offered to tip the valet to let me park my car myself since the parking is just feet away from the entrance. They don't allow that, so to the valet it went. Just as I thought, when we left, instead of walking to my car just a few feet away, I had to wait 5 minutes for three other guests to get their car before having mine "delivered" when I could have just walked to it in a matter of seconds. Other than that, it was a good experience overall, and despite my meal, which was steak, not quite living up to expectations, I'd give the place another try.

Porterhouse for two was amazing! Very flavorful and cooked perfect! Highly recommended. A+

My wife and I went there for my birthday, the place looked very nice and upscale. There were 3 host a the door not 1 smile, not a good sign. The waiter was very welcoming at first and was quick to take our orders. The cocktails were very good, but waited almost 30 minutes for the appetizer. The grill octopus was prefect. Again we waited a half hour for are main courses my wife had the seabass from the main menu and I had the stuffed seabass special. Her's was underwhelming for the price and my was overcooked, dry while the stuffing was barely warm. My main meal came with toasted orzo looked great but had way to much hot pepper flakes, that it was painful to eat. Both of us were so unhappy and tired of waiting we just ask for the check and left. Will not return or recommend to anyone.

Valentines day dinner prix fix menu like all of Long Island was expensive but definitely worth it. Truffle risotto was a great first time experience with risotto and I can't imagine any other risotta topping this. Had the NY strip with cheese and asparagus and just perfectly executed. Wife loved the salmon. Dinner was the best had a chocolate mousse cake and NY cheesecake and they were legit. Ambience is great, staff was friendly, was a great dinner. Definitely will be back.

Always a great dining experience at Primi. Great fillet and trimmings. The wedge, mash, and creamed spinach here are amazing.dirty martini was prepared perfectly. It’s a bit pricey but u get what u pay for. Ask for the bar side when seated if U prefer a lively experience. The dining side is great for an intimate dinner and is much more quiet.

Very nice place. The food and cocktails were delicious. It is a bit pricey but well worth it. The place is very busy but our server was excellent and always checking in to make sure we didn't need anything. The beef Wellington was awesome.

Steak houses are my thing especially when it comes to having a great time with the guys on our monthly steak house night. The staff is super attentive when they are needed and don’t come too often to check on us to the point that is annoying. I love how they are always ready for you in case you need something but they don’t over so it. Great food and amazing service this place is a 5 star dinner every time!

Excellent food as always, the New York strip is my favorite for sure. I always start eating and never remember to take photos. Great ambiance, super friendly staff the somehow remembers what I drank last time. Very nice experience dining here, I highly recommend it.

Wow first time here after all the restaurants finally opened for dine-in. I’m glad I finally came in here to try it. The drinks: beyond Phenomenal the barista Erick made an amazing Old Fashion that blew me out of the water. The food: nothing less than amazing, I ordered the seared tuna, it was perfect. Just take a look at the pictures. The staff: Warm greeting right from the start And very professional. The service was impeccable(anyone that knows me knows I’m big on service) huge plus. I will definitely be back here real soon.

Amazing experience at Primi Italian steakhouse. First time having dinner here and I was amazed with how good the food was from the calamari to the Riggationi. The best part was the dry aged prime ribeye it was the juiciest steak I’ve had in a long time. I will definitely come back!
