    I stopped going there because they always have these ratchet young girls with attitudes working there. For example, my last time being there i simply suggested that they should have a way for people who dont have a chip on their card to swipe to pay. Then the girls started talking to each other saying "why do customers always think they know everything, just like that one guy...", etc. Is it really hard to make a sandwich AND be respectful? I was always very nice and respectful whenever i ate there. It was one of my go to spots for lunch since i work across the street. Its a shame I won't be going back. Respect and kindness go a long way.

    The girl at the register was so disrespectful and rude ! I don’t know her name but I know she has a septum piercing and a piercing near her eye with a couple strand of pink in her hair . I over heard a customer saying she had an allergy to gluten and requested the employees to change their gloves . The lady refused to and got very disrespectful to the lady . The cashier even told the customer to leave and crumbled her receipt saying you can leave now we won’t serve you . This is highly unprofessional working in a food establishment and makes me not want to return here . Not to mention her coworkers all seemed amused by her and she refused to get the lady a manager. I found her behavior Appalling and took my children and ate somewhere else. Hopefully you hire employees who have a sense of customer service . This store use to be great.

    Horrendous staff who berates and threatens costumers. Horrible hygiene too, they don't change gloves. Updating to add, social media is there to let us know when businesses aren't being run properly. Deleting this as spam? No, I'm a concerned citizen, worried about the way people are treated with celiac disease. It never once says that you must be an in-person visitor to review things on Google. This is not spam.

    Can’t tell what’s worse, the miserable employee that thought it’d be funny to take something like celiacs disease as a joke. “The manager is gonna use a pathetic excuse as to how that “didn’t happen” Or the manager trying to defend this embarrassing employee. Saying the lady cut off and interrupted the employee when it’s clear as day how difficult the employee is being. Regardless if the video started after the manager using the excuse as the incident, which was literally the customer asking her to switch gloves with her food because of her disease. Terribly pathetic all around and never going to this store. And the worse part is how the employee is bullying and trying to embarrass the customer when anyone who has worked in the food industry knows how low life and scum bag a move like that is. Food industry isn’t for everyone, you need thick skin, and it’s obvious the manager and employee have none of those skills or attributes with how she handled it and how the manager is trying to convince people something different happened. Also it appears the manager is more than a manager to this employee with how he is defending the defenseless actions. Also it would be better if I didn’t get the same copy past reply that you’ve sent to everyone else. How low effort can a manager be.

    Ummm...you may want to check the viral video on the internet regarding one of your employees and her treatment of a customer with Celiac's Disease. Absolutely disgusting and appalling!!! As someone whose Mom has Celiac's I will never EVER go to or order from your location again after seeing that. Shame on that ratchet employee of yours...she's gonna cost you alot of business.

    Saw how the employee treated the customer with celiac disease. Disgusting. The rest of her coworkers were not much better. They were laughing anytime she made comment about how this wasn't mcdonalds, among other things. The hiring and general managers are obviously jokes, and I'm sure this disgusting girl will be working the register tomorrow.

    Agree with others about unsafe food handling practices at this location. Final assembler also works cashier. Worker never changes gloves after handling Cash goes directly to touching sandwiches again. Food is good but not worth the health risk.

    Love this location. Close to my job so I usually order for pickup. They are clean, fast and efficient. Today there was a gentleman wiping down the counters and seating area when I arrived he immediately got the attention of a teammate behind the counter to grab my pickup and out I was in a matter of seconds. Great team! Thanks!

    Stopped in here to grab a bite after shopping with my mom and grandma. Manuel, the general manager greeted me when I first walked in. Most of the staff were not as engaging as the GM but were quick to respond when I asked that the table get wiped down. It was my mom’s first time so they didn’t make a huge deal about not knowing the process, or my uncommon order. Manuel was very gracious with my grandmother which I appreciated. He was also receptive to feedback when my mom mentioned the bathroom soap needing a refill. Lastly he humbly uplifted his team for the work that gets done. Only my second time at a Jersey Mike’s but just as good as my first time. We all enjoyed our sandwiches. They were fresh and delicious. Suggestion: additional sweeping intervals (that yummy fresh bread does flake) and regular bathroom refreshes (it wasn’t bad but could’ve used a solid once over). All in all, no love lost. I would recommend.

    I love coming to this Jersey Mike's! The service is great, friendly, fast, and accurate. My Philly cheesesteak was hot and delicious! The place is clean and fully stocked! I couldn't wait to get home to eat, so I ate it there! Thank you 😊💓

    This is my go to Jersey Mikes since they've opened. I don't live too far and I love their product...but this store has changed. The quality of service is different. I was in a couple of weeks ago. I app'd the order and when I arrived they were no where near ready...though the app said a designated time...I know nothing is perfect but the attitude behind the counter was off. Today I went in to order and there was a employee making a series of sandwiches for an order but the prep counter was a mess. (That order wasn't ready either when the customer arrived)Don't get me wrong their making sandwiches with alot of ingredients but you have to tidy up because it really doesn't look appetizing. You don't know how long the work area has been covered with remnants of other sandwiches. Just a tip...try to clean as you go. I'm sure you are short-handed as many companies are. This doesn't sway my loyalty...I'm still going to order from there. Just wanted to share an observation. Keep striving for customer experience. ✌️ ☮️

    The girls working the counter tonight were fine...it's just that the sandwiches are VERY stingy. Danny Devito gets much bigger sandwiches on the tv ads. Come on Jersey Mike's, you can do a lot better for the price.

    I had some points for a free sub, so I figured I'd use them to grab some lunch. I went online and ordered my food. Decided to try the Chicken Philly sub and it was delicious. Just wish I was home so I could've put some hot sauce on it lol

    Went to jersey Mikes for lunch today. The manager Manny and his crew were very professional and personable. The food was fresh and tasty. I will be going back soon especially if this crew will be working. Great job Manny. Great job day crew.

    I waited on line with my friend. I was skipped and the girl took the person after me. He ordered 3 sandwiches. I told an employee who was standing there i needed help and he walked on his phone. I left without getting food because i had to return to work. I wont be returning on any future lunch breaks.

    Went on lunch service was speedy service was great. The manager and staff were A1! And I left my Wallet at the table , nd when I went back to get it the manager had already put it away safe. Def one of my top lunch spots thanks guys!

    I want to thank this location especially the managers for all that you've done. I placed a large order of about 30 sandwiches at this store and they were able to fill that order with less then 24 hours notice. The sandwiches were amazing and perfect for the occasion.     Jersey Mike's has been my favorite place to go out to eat for a long long time and after coming to the Farmingdale location, I'm never going to another spot again. The manager Manny had outstanding customer service skills and he will definitely get to know me because I'd consider myself a regular here now. If you have to get Jersey Mike's ANYWHERE on the island, this is the spot. Driving past another location is worth it for the spectacular service!

    I just had the best meal I've ever had at a Jersey Mike's. The person making my mean was extremely pleasant, so much so I was compelled to leave a tip. When paying, I asked if he was new to the store as I don't recall seeing him before. To my surprise, he was the store manager. At that I response " That's why you're the manager ".

    Horrible......I went today for lunch ordered my sandwich, went to bathroom washed my hands and everything only to notice nothing was happening on the grill. I did mention that fact and the person taking orders stated give me a second. She then proceeded to help some one else after she put on gloves to make my sandwich. Which was very unprofessional and dismissive. I then told her to forget the sandwich, not in a nasty way. I don't think she responded at all no Apology or anything. I ended up with no lunch and have to starve until dinner. One unsatisfied customer. Dont go at lunch time!!! They need more help and also help with courtesy and professionalism. I won't return!!!

    I don't get the appeal at all of this place. Everything I've gotten has been sub par. Staff is SO SLOW. Deli food is so much better. No place on the island for this price.

    The new staff takes almost an hour just to have a small order ready, that was made online. When i came for pick up, they didnt start on it untill 10 minutes after i got there. Never again, this is the third time it's happened.

    While watching the employee make my sandwich he put a topping on I don't like. Upon questioning him he lies to me and tells me it was the correct topping. Tried it before I left and sure enough it's wrong.

    Visited today. Actually first time at jersey mikes. Well packed sandwiches. Filling for sure. Pretty pricy compared to the competition. I noticed that the person cutting the meat also rang up at the register without glove changing. I wonder how often that happens. Overall. Okay experience.

    Customer service is absolutely horrible. Don't even waste your time trying to go here for lunch, they move like sloths. You have enough time to go to the grocery store and make your own sandwich.

    The sandwiches at this fdale location have always been robust compared to other locations. They slice the meats thin which gives it a good flavor. Manager & staff there are pleasant.

    Good sliced to order subs. However the inability to customize meats and cheese in the app is a miss. They have turkey and American Cheese and can get in store but not thru the app. Also standard app pick up time is 45 minutes which is always much less so the sandwiches can be cold or soggy.

    Ordered online on my lunch break got jammed up for a moment ended up being like an hour late simply asked what was the best way to reheat it and the manager Jay stepped in and made sure I got a new one 😃 he really went above and beyond not just with the customer service but with how warm and welcoming of an environment he created and as someone who has to deal with the general public all day myself i cant tell you how much i respect and appreciate that i couldn't recommend this place enough

    Went to the one in farmingdale, the young man Jay not only did he make one of the best sangwhiches ever and his service was outstanding...meanwhile the lady he worked with was very rude and had a bad attitude no customer services skills what so ever....I recommend to see Jay he'll put the works with a smile.....

    Jersey Mikes is decent, and blows nasty Subway away. However, most Long Islanders know deli prices are high, but a good deli deserves to charge high prices. Therefore, I figured I’d try JM’s. JM has decent sandwich but far more expensive than local deli. I paid $8 for a mini 1/4 hero roast beef.. wow! Should have been a $5 sandwich. The pic here is of half RB sandwich from deli on New Hwy near Smith st. for $7. Worth every penny- tasted awesome. Not often I chose deli over other food places… but JM’s way overpriced and so so food. I do love JM balling up meats to make it appear like you get a good amount…lol
