the
1st
day
I
moved
in
I
knew
it
was
a
mistake
but
I
hate
moving
(photos
attached).

years
later
if
is
not
that
our
2nd
floor
apartment
flooded
2X
in
the
middle
of
the
night
during
heavy
rain
which
they
never
determined
the
cause
of
so
it
happened
again
11
months
later
(they
never
responded
to
calls
or
emails
with
photos
sent
the
2nd
time
it
happened)
or
the
gate
that
has
been
broken
the
entire
time
we
have
been
here
(literally
all
2
years).
Which
allowed
a
man
high
as
a
kite
to
break
into
my
grandmother’s
car
back
in
September
our
neighbor
luckily
saw
him
and
came
to
tell
us,
we
had
to
physically
remove
from
the
car.
This
place
raised
the
rent
15%
the
1st
renewal
and
is
trying
to
raise
it
30%
now.
No
way
is
a
1
bedroom
worth
2k
a
month
(does
not
include
trash/maintenance/water
~$150
additional)when
the
A/C
needs
Freon
every
month,
they
do
“quarterly”
maintenance
once
a
year
which
includes
changing
out
your
air
filter
and
that’s
it
(obviously
they
need
to
be
changed
monthly
since
they
use
the
lowest
quality
ones
so
you
will
to
do
it
yourself),
the
stairways
and
doorways
are
filthy
from
the
trash
being
dragged
and
accumulated
dust
and
debris
since
they
no
longer
pressure
wash
(come
by
and
take
a
look
anytime
the
gate
is
always
open
for
the
public).
The
only
thing
positive
about
this
place
is
all
our
neighbors
are
polite
and
keep
to
themselves.
I
could
go
on
and
on
about
all
the
other
issues
but
I
will
touch
on
those
different
issues
on
yelp
and
other
sites
so
this
one
is
not
too
long.
Maybe
management
will
read
this
and
implement
changes
for
future
residents.
Just
a
reminder
the
photos
below
are
all
from
the
first
day
of
move
in
and
the
water
coming
in
from
the
flooring
of
the
outer
wall.
