I just started coming to phountain after becoming obsessed with alkaline water. I liked it so much I bought the unlimited package. Barbie is amazing! She goes out of her way to explain everything and takes amazing care to details. She is friendly and answered all of my million questions. The commack location is a bit of a drive for me but Barbie and her accommodating approach Makes it worth the trip. Def recommend this place and to splurge on the unlimited cause you will feel super relaxed and nourished after.

My experience has been great at pHountain Commack. This location and services always neat and clean. Anna and Barbie are great and very friendly, and knowledgeable about all products and services they provide in the shop. Barbie is amazing and informative and has made my experience great every time. She is very friendly and provides me with excellent services, and goes out of her way to make sure I am satisfied with the services there. I enjoy the Lipo melt, sauna, and foot baths, they are excellent. I also referred a friend to come here and told her how amazing this place is.

Wow I can’t say enough about the services here! And Barbie all I got to say is just wowwww . I’am so happy I found this place it makes such a difference in my healthy lifestyle that I am starting . Sauna experience was lacking. No shower, no couch or chairs to sit on for body to adjust after heat. If I were to judge this place based on it being a spa, I’d give it a 1. Since it is a detox center, I give it a 3. The layout/design of the building pressures you to leave. There’s no room to change clothes and no where to get comfortable. It is a gray and barren environment.

Barbie and Anna have taken care of me for years! The sauna is my meditation place. I feel secure in the fact the water is filtered and I'm not poisoning me or my family with Long Island's toxic situation. The products are a little gimmicky, but the service is great, provided the right people are behind the counter! Barbie's attention to detail is unsurpassed! It's the little things that matter- remembering my pH preference, water temperature in the foot bath, leaving extra towels. Nothing extraordinary, but extraordinary that she takes the care to do these things! Get an annual membership. You won't regret it!

Ever since pHountain in islip closed down, I started going to pHountain in commack, the place is so nice and clean and Barbie is so nice and knowledgeable. I enjoy going there and enjoy seeing Barbie

Went for for the infrared lipo. Place us small but well kept. Would go again. Needs at least 2 staff members.

This location is very convenient. I was greeted by super friendly and knowledgeable Felisa. I was offered a glass of PHountain water and she guided me to the quiet clean sauna where I would experience 45 mins of infrared detox. Amazon Alexa provided sounds of my choosing to complete my relaxing therapy. On my way out I happily filled my glass gallon from the PHOUNTAIN. See you in 2 weeks💕

I was here on a weekend and Chloe was the associate on duty. I felt like I was bothering her and she had a very nasty demeanor. I was afraid to even talk to her . She needs to learn how to be more friendly with the customers.
