Very positive experience. The staff is very friendly and the PA Sonia was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and took time to do a thorough assessment. She is a great asset to the team. I will be coming back in the future.

I went there to obtain a referral for a dermatologist. The women in the office couldn't figure out how to FAX a referral to my dermatologist. I could not be seen because this Dr. Iqbal who barely speaks English did not write the proper referral. He was very unclear. Don't waste your time with them for referrals. I got blood work done, paid my co pay, and waited for 40 minutes for nothing. The physician there is very difficult to understand.. Sorry guys but I am unsatisfied with your services. I am 6 months pregnant and do not need this stress in my life. All because nobody could provide an electronic referral? I will not be back.

The staff is very helpful and efficient. Dr Ichbol is very knowledgeable and the top of his game and very thorough. His advice and wisdom is very appreciated.

I have requested a copy of my COVID test results for almost a week. My electronic medical record was never updated with the results and both myself and my doctor have left several messages requesting the documents. No one picks up the phone and no one returns calls! What is happening over there?

Please do not use this urgent care… very unprofessional. Had all the wrong information for me for covid test… So couldn’t find my results. Dirty environment.. young people working there that don’t know what they are doing. Make you wait outside for a long period of time, even when no one is in parking lot… everyone working on 9/16 should be fired!!!!

I took my daughter here and was immediately seen be their PA who listened to my concerns and gave an extensive checkup. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend.
