Loads of fun, and shockingly not all that crowded for a June Sunday. 60 minutes wasn't quite enough, but my 9 year old was tuckered out by 90. He had a blast even though he was by himself. Huge variety of jumpy activities and the adjacent arcade is better than the one at The Cave.

We recently had our son, Jordan’s, second birthday party at Jumpz (8/28/2022). Our party host, Kevin, was AMAZING. Each time I needed anything, he was there, very accommodating with socks for each parent, paper and plastic ware for food and cake, waters, seating. Not to mention, with a genuine smile! The entire time! We are very pleased with the venue, location, staff and would highly recommend.

We had our son's 6th birthday party with his 10 best friends from school. It was my first time being there as a dad. My wife said my son wanted to have his party there. And while it was really cool. Our son loved it! The pizza was excellent. We had the best host ever. I would recommend you ask for Elijah! He literally was so easy going but structured the whole event 2 hours almost and cut the cake for us and handed all the pizza out. He did such a great job planning our son's birthday. But best of all, we did it during the week so we had the whole place to her so that was practically. And we did it in the afternoon. FYI. Definitely if you are going to have your child's birthday, ask for Elijah to be your party host. He did an excellent job really above and beyond.

I came to Jumpz today with my 3 cousin and 2 nephews, they had a blast! There is so much to do. We enjoyed going through the Ninja course, and they added a really cool Augmented Reality game. We played the soccer game and had fun jumping on the ball pit game. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend bringing your family and friends to Jumpz Danbury!!

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to the staff working yesterday on 2/10. My boyfriend lost his phone during our time there. Staff helped him look for the phone but were unsuccessful at the time because it was so busy + loud. He ended up going back at closing time and was helped by Guiliana, Isabella and Peter who assisted him until he eventually found his phone. We are very grateful they were willing to stay late and help him. THANK YOU!

Went there tonight for one of my sons friends birthday. Started out really well kids were having fun until a fight breaks out with adults. It's times like this that make me not want to go back. I don't think that the staff is prepared for a situation like this. It took them a long time to separate both parties involved. I don't know if I will go back after what happened tonight as well as my kids and his friends

I am literally blown away by the level of customer service I just received by the manager CC. We happened to get to chit chatting about their new ride that’s launching soon and I mentioned being a regular visitor and how great the employees are about being understanding and accommodating of people who require accommodations and accessibility, as this is something our family requires. I could not believe how sweet she was! She thanked us for being customers and did so genuinely. I am totally floored by her amazing customer service and the experience here! We love coming here and will make a point of coming back. 10000/10!

Had such a great experience! I recently celebrated my daughter's 8th Birthday and everything was so organized. Our host Jake was amazing!!! He made sure that all the kids felt included. I also appreciated that he made sure to count each child in the group before moving on to the next activity. I will definitely be booking more events at this location and will be requesting Jake. Thank you for a great experience!

We had the best time celebrating my daughters 5th birthday here! They had a lot of fun, they were safe at all times. It was great for both older and younger children. I recommend Michael Curry as a party host he was so wonderful with the kids!

I recently just had my son’s 5th birthday at jumpz. I got the 1.5 hr jump with 30 minute party room package. All I can say is what a party! Our party host Riley was amazing. He was extremely helpful and got all the kids going! I can’t say enough good things about Riley. The party rooms are big. With adults and children we had about 40 guests and everyone fit in the room nicely. The price was very reasonable for 10 children and the birthday child. I added the arcade cards for the children and even with that included, it was still a reasonable price. I was able to bring my own food for adults and keep it warm. Thank you so much Jumpz. My son had an unforgettable 5th birthday party.

Just had my son’s 7th birthday at Jumpz. We’ve attended many birthdays here but never hosted one before. So easy and convenient! All we did was bring a cake and balloons. Our party host, Allen, was amazing. So attentive and patient with the kids and handled all organization in the room in terms of setting up, serving pizza and cake, and cleaning up. He even helped bring all the gifts to the car. Totally worth it!

Great fun place to let your kids get their energy out! I have it 4/5 stars because I believe there should be more people in each enclosure. Also chaperones for birthday parties should be a little more attentive when the age group is (3-5). I’ve lost my 4 year old (only momentarily) at 2 separate birthday parties. He made his way to the older kids section and was stuck down there. Also - need a better system for the arcade games. Have to insert card into each machine like a cc and when you only buy one your scrambling.

My child was invited to a birthday party, it was our first time here. The young man in control of the party, Jordan, did an excellent job. His interactions with the kids made for a great experience. 5 stars for Jordan!

Our host Reilly was a pretty cool dude, he was very enthusiastic and very funny. The food here was pretty good, and the courses were really fun. The music was really fun to listen to. The place was so clean and everything was well organized. The laser tag was really fun and my favorite part was the zip line.

Excellent activities — lots of trampolines and jumping activities, great for big groups of people. The laser tag is super entertaining and easy to learn, maybe the best activity of the place. Our host Riley was super entertaining and made the experience a lot funner!

Awesome staff, made throwing a birthday party super easy and fun! From the quick, easy follow up phone calls to the front desk and the two party liaisons, every part of the experience was great for my daughter's 7th birthday. Shoutout to Riley and David who made the party high energy, fun, and organized. YOU WERE AWESOME and made the party! Thank you again!
