I have moved into the Ava High line building from the Flat Iron district and happy with the decision. The building and the units are new and have new appliances with in-unit washer/dryers which is a huge plus! The gym has professional machines, weights, and equipment and isn't the usually apartment one. I'm an avid runner and being next to the Hudson River makes it very convenient for me. The 7 line is about a 10 min walk with 1 stop to Times Square for access to most MTA lines. All the concierges are friendly and doesn't feel like the typical guarded NYC vibe. I enjoy interacting with Joe when he's working as he has a positive vibe and has great recommendations on what do in the city especially the latest Broadway shows to check out. Overall a good community to live at.

I moved in to the AVA a few months ago and since then everyone in the building has made my time living here a great experience. Not only is the AVA in a premiere location in Chelsea, the building is well maintained with modern upgrades and top of the line amenities. What truly sets it apart though is the staff that work here. The move in process was seamless thanks to Susi and her team in the leasing office. Chris especially and the rest of the concierge staff go above and beyond to help out the residents with anything they need, and are always there to greet you with a smile. They truly have made this place feel like home!

Ive lived in Ava now for 3 years and it’s been an amazing experience. Gustavo, Chris, Gerald, Darrel, Matthew, and the rest of staff have been super friendly and helpful at all times. They help create such a warm atmosphere, and I’m very happy to be part of this community. Can’t recommend this place enough to anyone who is interested!

Living at Ava High Line has been an amazing experience.The management/leasing team are friendly, communicative, quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and always working hard. The building is kept clean and well cared for. The maintenance staff is great about responding quickly and arranging a time that works best with your schedule. The concierge staff are amazing. Gustavo, Josh, and Chris all go above and beyond to greet residents by name and help create such a warm and inviting environment. They’re just awesome. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking. You won’t regret it, you will love it here.

The hospitality at AVA High Line is truly unmatched! Gustavo Vargas is an exceptional lead concierge. He provides outstanding service with kindness and friendliness, making me feel at home. He also does an excellent job facilitating the team to ensure everything is always perfect. I've made an effort to get to know all the team members, and I can say firsthand that each is incredibly kind-hearted and always happy to help. I cannot say enough good things about the hardworking and dedicated team at AVA Highline. They go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and comfortable. It's clear that they genuinely care about providing an exceptional resident experience, and I'm very grateful to have them here. Thank you, Gustavo, and the rest of the team, for making AVA High Line such a wonderful place to live. New York can be a tough city to live in, so it really means the world to all of us that we can rest assured our home will always be a place of peace and kindness and that the AVA team will always be there if we need them. From the start, she set the tone that made me trust this would be a great place to live, and she has continually been there to help and gracefully answer all my questions.

I’ve lived at Ava High Line for almost a year now and it has been such a positive experience. The building is beautiful and clean, and the best part is the tremendous staff. I want to give a special shout-out to Josh who stepped in when something was wrong with my apartment and handled it with professionalism and efficiency. Avalon High Line is better because of him.

I can't recommend AVA High Line enough! From the beginning, Susi has been so helpful and making sure the adjustment to the new apartment has been amazing. I want to thank all the people in the front desk for being such a friendly face every morning and night, especially Chris, Josh, and Darrell. I am also grateful for how prompt and nice Carlos is whenever there is a maintenance request. Living here has been great and wanted to shoutout the whole team for making it feel like home.

I have lived at the AVA High Line for six years and there is a reason my husband & I have never left! From the leasing staff (Jasmine and Susi!!), the front desk staff and maintenance crew, everyone is so kind, hard working and really makes sure this place feels like a community and home. We are well taken care of here and we feel So lucky to have this community in NYC! Shout out to front desk staff Chris G-he is such a wonderful presence at the AVA and he makes us feel safe and welcome when we come and go!!
