Customer service is great. Other places try pushing you onto designer frames but not this place. He tried selling me on a lower cost option because it’s more durable than designer frames. This is the place to go. I’ll go back for the durable frames.

This place is great! I had the most difficult time getting over my fear of putting contacts on and Adam + the staff took their time to make sure I felt comfortable. They were very supportive and generous with their time! The costume will turn out great thanks to their help!

Called to inquire about contact lens availability. This snake-oil salesman tries to hit me with his excessive charm, telling me that no one keeps contact lenses in stock unless they have a warehouse. I tell him that while I respect his confidence but I do point out his factual inaccuracy and tell him that I just spoke to three places nearby that have a box available of my brand in the office, and he proceeds to tell me to have a nice day. My friend, you could just told me what your store policy instead trying to paint a fictitious picture of industry standards to inflate your standard of care. Do better, dawg.
