I
don’t
usually
do
this
but
the
stay
that
we
had
with
you
guys
was
horrendous.
I
first
get
checked
in
to
a
room
on
219,
it
reeked
of
smoke.
When
I
went
to
complain
the
staff
assured
me
that
it’s
a
non
smoking
hotel.
I
had
a
8.5
month
old
with
me.
We
had
to
switch
rooms,
which
they
tried
to
accommodate
but
the
second
room
we
got
(404)
didn’t
have
a
pullout
sofa
bed
like
we
had
paid
for.
On
top
of
all
that
we
had
to
complain
that
the
TV
didn’t
work
in
that
room.
Third,
was
the
fire
alarm
at
1100pm.
We
were
on
the
4th
floor
and
had
to
leave
the
hotel
and
wait
over
a
half
hour
outside
with
my
infant,
whom
I
had
put
to
bed
earlier.
It
clearly
was
not
a
fire
when
we
waited
for
a
half
hour
outside
to
wait
for
the
fire
fighters
to
shut
off
the
alarm.
I
will
never
stay
with
Marriott
again,
I’ve
never
experienced
such
a
horrible
stay.
Your
staff
at
the
hotel
was
nice
to
say
they
were
sorry
about
the
stay
and
I
did
not
want
to
complain
to
them
because
it
is
out
of
their
control
however
I
am
extremely
disappointed
in
such
a
large
company
that
you
guys
are
in
2023
to
have
the
experience
I
had.
I
will
unfortunately
be
posting
my
review
on
google
also
as
people
should
be
warned
not
to
stay
there.
.
I
also
reached
out
and
all
they
said
to
me
was
we
apologize
for
your
experience.
