of
the
worst
customer
service
experiences
i
have
ever
had.
the
day
before
checkout
we
received
a
late
notice
(3pm)
via
a
note
under
our
door,
that
water
would
be
shut
off
in
our
building
the
next
day.
My
wife
and
I
were
staying
with
our
infant
son
and
needed
the
water
to
bath
him
and
mix
formula
so
i
requested
that
we
terminate
our
stay
a
night
early
so
we
could
move
to
another
residence
inn
in
weehawken.
The
property
manager
refused
to
let
us
out
of
the
night
stay
despite
the
disruption
in
services
because
it
was
"after
cleaning
services
were
gone
for
the
day"
despite
this
being
ILLEGAL
according
to
NJ
A6246
/
S4295
which
mandates
that
hotels
communicate
information
about
service
disruptions
"in
all
modifiable
mediums
in
which
the
hotel
advertises,
solicits
customers,
or
through
which
customers
can
book
or
reserve
rooms
or
services,"
and
that
upon
doing
so,
guests
are
permitted
to
terminate
reservations
without
fee
or
penalty.
The
corporate
response
was
also
horrific.
I
brought
this
to
the
attention
of
the
hotel
and
the
corporate
office
and
was
basically
sent
on
a
wild
goose
chase
and
the
case
remains
unresolved.
i
will
be
contacting
their
corporate
office,
dming
them
on
linkedin,
and
posting
to
this
to
their
social
feeds.
also,
in
addition
to
the
management
team
being
utterly
incompetent,
this
hotel
is
dated
and
gross
and
smells
like
dog
urine.
