😠 We ordered a Small Roll Platter through GrubHub and also received a bug. And not a fruit fly…an actual thumbnail sized insect. When I received the platter, it was sealed with a secure lid and the bag was tied closed. This bug came from the kitchen. Pictures for proof. Originally came for the All You Can Eat Lunch $15 but that is no longer the Lunch Special. Now you could have a 2 roll or 3 roll special that comes with a salad and a miso soup. Both fresh and tasty. I had the 3 roll special for under $11. Tried my go to roll, Shrimp Tempura and it was delicious. The Spicy Cali Roll was very good. And lastly, the Salmon Avocado Roll, all fresh sushi, a place I recommend.

We ordered "to-go" recently and I really want to recommend this place, even when we didn't eat at the restaurant. The food was really good, everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. Of course we recommend the dishes that we ordered: tuna sushi, volcano and shrimp tempura. I'm not an expert on the cultural roots of 🍣 but the food looked very authentic. Yes, we're not from Japan, but you know when something is carefully well-prepared, and for sure this is the case. We'd love to be there and eat at the restaurant to have a complete experience, I have big expectations about it. Another good thing is the presentation, pretty nice given it was an order "to-go".

By far the #1 restaurant for all you can eat sushi. Love this place! The sushi tastes very fresh everytime we come. We try to make it a point to try a new roll everytime; we’ve practically tried almost everything they have on the menu. The two ladies that work there are always super friendly and attentive. They have a lot of options for starters and many different special sushi rolls. To start we always get the kani salad, seaweed salad, pork & vegetable gyoza, sweet potato, chicken and shrimp tempura, and steak hibachi. Our favorite special rolls are the Angry Dragon, Hawaii, Hot Dragon, Crazy Tuna, Valentine and many more. They also have the option to have sashimi (a lot of all you can eat places don’t have this). I’ve ordered delivery twice before as well and it was great. My family, friends and I are regulars here and we will continue to come whenever we are craving sushi! Parking: They always have street parking right outside.

This is the best all you can eat sushi restaurant in the area. Special rolls are my favorite and Soo yummy ! Service is good. Restaurant can get crowded on some day but other times you come in and it’s nice and quiet. I highly recommend. Quick tip for those looking for all you can eat sushi experience: do not go to Las Vegas sushi for all you can eat sushi, tang place is not good and more expensive than this restaurant which offers many more tastier options ❤️❤️ Go check out photos !

Food and service are always usually good but tonight I ordered at 7:09 and when my boyfriend went to pick it up at 7:40 they hadn’t realized there was an order. He didn’t get the food until 8:10. And one of the sushi rolls I got was so tiny!!

my friends and i tried their all you can eat sushi menu, and got a wide selection of sashimi and rolls. we were here during lunch over the weekend and the restaurant was relatively empty, so can’t say too much regarding the atmosphere but i also didn’t mind & even appreciated having ample space and was able to hear my friends speak and properly catch up quite easily. there’s limited street parking available. additionally, for the price, this isn’t bad at all. however, coming from southern california where i typically have access to fresher seafood and even more extensive and flavorful options, the sushi here wasn’t really to my standards (even compared to other all you can eat sushi places in ca). if you’re from or familiar with los angeles, i’d say that the sushi here is similar or on par with sushi from “sushi stop” (to be clear i wasn’t expecting anything fancy anyway). that said, overall i still enjoyed the food & i think compared to other sushi spots in the area this is great ayce sushi. staff was nice and the restaurant was clean. would come again to satiate sushi cravings for a reasonable price if i’m away from socal or japan for an extended period of time and was in the area again :)

Pulling up We didn't know what we were in for as it's just a small hole in the wall. But, let me tell you this was some of the best, freshest sushi I have ever had. The atmosphere was nice everyone was friendly the price was not bad at all and it's all you can eat. Highly highly recommend stopping here if you're in Edgewater and wanting sushi!

Certainly one of the better AYCE sushi places in the area, consistently a solid menu, AND ice cream is included at the end! While the tempura and soup were good, the sushi is certainly the star of the show

First time having sushi from this spot and it was delish! I did take out but after such a positive experience, I’m definitely planning on dining in. The staff was very nice and the food was ready on time. Looking forward to going back!

Best sushi I have eaten. Prompt and attentive staff. Clean establishment. Large enough dining room for a small get-together. Dined there with 8 other people.

BQ - Before Quarantine I think FuXingMei Sushi House will always have a special place in my heart because it was the last restaurant we were able to dine at, BQ. My fiancé and I were running errands on a Friday night (aka going to BJ's and Walmart because this was when the pandemic was starting to get bad, and we figured it would be less crowded on a Friday night than on the weekend) so we decided to go somewhere for AYCE sushi afterwards. I found FXM via Yelp while searching. It was relatively new, had good reviews, $23 for AYCE, and had sashimi - we were sold. We finished late so we didn't get to the restaurant until 9:30 and there was still a good amount of people dining there at the time. Service was attentive. They immediately gave us a menu and food items came out pretty quickly. Although, we found some items were missing from time to time, maybe they were really doing us a favor. We started with some kani salad, seaweed salad, and miso salad. No complaints there. Then we ordered a bunch of rolls. We had a game plan prior to going in. Usually, when we go to these AYCE places, we're starving and tend to order a lot of rolls without even thinking about it. But this time, we looked at the menu the night before and picked the rolls we wanted. I can't remember all of the ones we ordered but there was definitely the Spider-Man (soft-shell crab tempura, avocado, crab meat, topped with spicy tuna in miso sauce & eel sauce), American Flag (spicy yellowtail japaleno inside, topped with shrimp and salmon, avocado, and spicy mayo), Edgewater (tuna, avocado, cucumber, topped with yellowtail scallion, seared salmon and jalapeño sauce), and Crazy Tuna (tuna & avocado on top with spicy tuna, seared tuna, served with creamy onion sauce). To be honest, they all tasted pretty similar. Maybe it was the sauces and avocado that covered everything up. But we ordered a load of sashimi, and honestly, that was my favorite - especially the white fish. Maybe we'll make this the first place we dine at, AQ. Tip - I usually make it a point to skip the cooked foods at these types of places but against my better judgement, I ordered the fried oyster. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Really tasty rolls 😋service was good as well 👌🏻

Good service. Fresh. Rolls have just enough rice so you're not stuffed with rice. Pieces of sashimi were good size compared to other all you can eat places. Good variety. Green tea was really good! Downside is it's ONLY all you can eat but price is good for the quality and quantity. Parking can be a challenge.

Unfortunately, the ingredients in the sushi did not taste fresh. I LOVE sushi, but this was somewhat below average. I actually did not eat more than one piece of the soft shell crab roll because it didn’t taste fresh. However, their udon noodles were excellent.

Great restaurant, high quality sushi/sashimi and a very homey ambiance. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for high quality sushi in the jersey area. The owner is very sweet and accommodating as well!

Ordered a tuna roll and it arrived sandy and dry. Same with the sweet potato roll. Called them and the woman was rude and awful to me. Do not go here.

It's fantastic. I've been here many times. The quality of food is excellent. There aren't many all you can eat sushi place that have sashimi. Never old fish here, everything is fresh. The hot foods are excellent too. They used nice cuts of steak for hibachi steaks. I highly recommend it
