Long lines with NYC pricing. Just your typical Dunkin Donuts with double the price. Only the big corporations can afford the rent in this mega mall.

First, my coffee was served cold. Second, the food had a horrible bitter after taste and was just thrown into a bag. Also, most items from the menu were unavailable. No bacon, no turkey, no pesto sandwich. Close the store if nothing is available.

We order hot chai latte, but we got light warm Chai latte which is not good. They didn't give any receipt.when I ask receipt, they said that machine is not working.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I went to order a hot tea with lemon sweet, they gave me black tea with no lemon unsweetened. When I told the girl working I asked for it to be sweet she told me to put my own sugar in it to make it sweet.... where's the customer service?!?!?! Dunkin do better!

Every time I go to this location, I always have problems. - Ordered a Decaf Iced Latte and they didn't even ring it in as Decaf and tastes nothing like it. - Their kitchen was closed at 4pm which is nothing close to when they're closed - My gift card wasn't scanning and the female cashier was getting visibly more and more frustrated because it wasn't working - I couldn't afford the entire order so I told her I had to take something off and she got visibly upset smacking the computer with aggression trying to redo the transaction The fact that this is in a heavy traffic hallway in a mall and they treat people with attitude and distain is abysmal. The amount of complaints this location gets is justified.

Don't expect to be served real meat at this Dunkin'. OH BUT THERE MUST BE ANOTHER OPTION RIGHT? NO!! There is no option if your hungry you better gobble down some dog treats.

A Dunkin is a Dunkin, no matter where you go. Stale munchkins, gross coffee, and rude teenagers at the register.

My family and I visited this Dunkin Donuts location inside the mall. After a long wait on the line, when I went up to the cashier to place an order, we were cut by someone else who had some kind of a giftcard and then after waiting even longer, as soon as we made our order, we were told that there was no cream available for our coffees. After which we then asked if we can request oat milk and were informed that we would still be charged additional for the oat milk even though there was no cream, we said ok fine; the cashier then made the 6 cups of coffee we ordered, but the oat milk was very light. We then had to request more oat milk. The cashier was extremely rude and it seem like she didn't want to work there at all. The coffee was horrible, one of our kids got sick from the hot choc and threw up a few times last night, and none of could finish our coffee. There were no signs stating that cream is no longer available, the customer service was rude and the experience was horrible - would not recommend!!

Asked for tap water for my 3 year old AFTER purchasing a donut. She was thirsty. They Charge $1.75 for tap water. Enough said.

Sold out for the day among the popular choices before 5 pm. We asked but no more replenish. She gave me a small paper bag for holding 5 donuts, I should have asked for a small box, the paper ate all the chocolate glaze and others were not in a good shape when we got home. The plastic drink cups with straws displaying at the counter were mostly dirty.

I bought an Iced caramel macchiato and it didn't taste like water at all without sugar without anything 😡
