So many showrooms to choose from in this mall. Levi’s was one of our fav brands 10 years ago in India. All my Jean was Levi’s . Now .. I don’t use it much. It kinda doesn’t suit me much . I still love the t shirts and fits really good. Sometimes they have really good sale. Last time when we went , there wasn’t much. Service and billing can improve . Overall a good experience…

My brother and I came to this mall to check out what they had at the Levi's store. We did not find anything but rude customer service from one of the employees. We came in and right off the bat she asked if we needed help and we said we were just looking. Then my brother looked at some jeans and asked the same question again and my brother said no he was just looking and she threw a fit and scoffed and said the nerve of people. They should get some education and learn more about customer service. This was by far one of the most horrible experiences in a clothing store.

I shop there a lot, love the jeans and the quality of the 👖 they are great and last long.

Bought jeans about 1 year ago, they do not last! The clothes are made especially for outlet stores meaning less quality. I bought them anyways to see how long they lasted but it was a waste of money. The inner leg is breaking as well as the pockets. The jeans from H&M last me a whole lot longer! Don’t buy from their outlet, actually don’t buy from any outlet. This has happened to me with many stores from this mall. Buy on sale instead.

Today I went to Jersey garden mall. I went to the Levi's outlet and brought 501 black jeans. I tried then on, and they fit official. I paid like $60.00 for one pair. I was on a budget today. Next time I go back, I will get a more bang for my bucks and get 3 pair of 501 for $39.00 each.

Went there about 15 minutes before closing. My son was already inside struggling to get items. He's high functioning autistic ( but the lady didn't know ) the representative was so SUPER SWEET AND HELPFUL. I told her he didn't know what he was doing. And she immediately asked his size and what style he liked. This was the DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS EVE. Still super sweet. Unproblematic. Proceeded to get more people on the register to clear out who was in the store. Kept a smile on her face and suggested I give my email address for a discount. Overall best holiday shopping experience. They are lucky to have someone like her ❤️

Would give them 0 but that's not option. Was looking a specific size and store workers were little to no help. And even rude. Two worker were actually flirting instead of working. Unorganized pants folded were sizes werent visible. Tied helping myself using a ladder was scolded by a worker that wasnt helping. They lost a sale.

Online shop. I have placed a large order of clothes. For some reason, the store decided to cancel the order. I am sure that I entered all the data correctly. The store apparently did not want to sell things at a discount. I did it as an advertisement. By the way, the order was not canceled in the personal account.When I found out that my order was canceled altogether, I was offered to buy a product with a 20% discount, which turns out to be more expensive than I originally ordered. Then they told me that I could pick up my order again and they would give me a discount on which I bought. But it turned out that this is not true! I have to buy things at a price 2 times higher, and the store allegedly THEN will return the rest to me. This is arrogance! Why should I spend my money? I don't want to wait for a refund! I want to buy at the price you had! First, for unknown reasons, they canceled my order, then it turned out that they didn’t give me a discount, but they counted and returned the excess .. which I already doubt. Lots of wasted time, mood, pointless shop

Retail store employees were very helpful at all times. Asking if you need help and helpful finding what we where looking for the also inform us of the promotions they have and I even saw some of the new training crew learned all the different products wich is nice to see they do get quiz on Levi's different cuts.

What can l say ? It's levis...find what you need - try it on and if it fits...buy it! They had what I was shopping for and I was happy. Only complaint is 66 bucks for a pair of levis is getting outrageous - so buy 2 for 100 bucks

Store have decent selection but Spanish lady on the cash register is very rude.
