Joe and Laura are absolutely amazing!! I had my grandmother’s engagement ring reset and they brought my vision to life. They also helped pair it with an anniversary band upgrade that make the whole look more modern and more me. They are very knowledgeable in their craft and the work they do is phenomenal. I’m already working on getting another piece of jewelry redone! They also have beautiful pieces on display. The customer service is the best and I can’t wait for my next J Vincent piece!

I absolutely love and trust getting my jewelry from them. I’ve had custom pieces as well as pieces that were in store ready to go. They have a wide selection in various price ranges! I absolutely love my little heart necklace from my little boys, and I love my more expensive custom pieces from my husband! You won’t be disappointed when you step into the shop, and you won’t be overwhelmed by pushy sales people (which is usually my main complaint when jewelry shopping). Everyone that works there is so friendly and easy going, I can actually enjoy shopping and trying things on without feeling rushed or pushed into a sale!

The reason that I write this review is to share a delightful experience at J.Vincent Jewelers. Few days ago, I visited the place to shop a necklace for my birthday gift. As soon as I entered the place, I was welcomed by friendly and kind staffs. The place was very clean and well organized. As I was walking around, I was so impressed by the various kinds of necklaces, bracelets, rings etc., there were so many beautiful designs, and my eyes were wide open. When I was not sure which one to pick, the owner came close to me, and explained all the details and subtle differences of each design. He was so honest, knowledgeable, and polite. I am so appreciate for the kind staffs and owner, for their patience and friendly service. I highly recommend this place as the best jewelry shop. This place have great people, and top notch service. No doubt.

Joe and team were awesome to work with and really worked hard to find us the perfect engagement ring. Joe never put any pressure on us to make a purchase, was very responsive on whenever we needed him / had any questions, and very flexible in terms of arranging ways for us to see diamonds / ring when we were in NYC. We have been customers of Joe’s for several years and have always been impressed with the jewelry we’ve purchased. Undoubtedly, Joe and his staff are very knowledgeable experts in their craft. They are also genuinely considerate and kind people. I visited the store today to replace my father’s ring guard on his wedding band and Joe refused any payment for it. A few months ago I had my gold wedding band stretched, and they wouldn’t accept a payment for that service either.
