They were extremely busy and I was picking up an online order. The manager I'm assuming hadn't gotten a chance to start my order yet, but was very apologetic and gave me a couple free sandwich coupons. Wasnt even complaining or upset about the wait. Very nice staff and working their butts off on a very busy day

This place has gone down 100% in the last year. Not sure what changed but it is way over priced and the food quailed has gone way down. I personally will never be back again. Go to Authentic Cheesesteak company. Way better food and better value.

Cust service was a bit low. Girls were gabbing. Dropped a small fry instead of med. Then realized mistake and dropped rest of fries. 50% of my fries were not cooked right.

The sandwiches are never toasted like all of the other locations. They are always cold and bland. I keep giving this location chances but it is terrible every time. I feel like someone from a different location needs to come in and train this location better.

The service and willingness to help was outstanding. The food was extremely fresh, bun, ingredients, everything was top-notch. Great variety of drinks.

What can't I say ABSOLUTELY Amazing. First off Shout Out To Our Firefighters the wonderful Heroes that they are. I'm from Virginia beach Virginia. I have lived in Ohio for over 30 years. These are the best subs I've had. Juicy lots of meat great bread and they are delicious and did I mention huge. You have got to try them my family and I are hooked.

My co-workers and I are very frequent with this location and for good reason. Amazing food at amazing prices! The staff is always friendly and great as well as consistent. It’s rare I write a review while sitting in the restaurant. This was just nasty the sub was was seriously a pile of inedible mush and cold. The pickle wasn’t even edible 😡 After paying $6 for just the sub thank goodness I didn’t upgrade for the combo! I’ve eaten at other locations this is by far the worst.

The male staff member was fully incompetent. I ordered a Virginia Honey Ham with special orders to it as I wanted to make my own way. And the man 4 times messed my order up trying to sell me a 7$ sub for 15$. Said mushrooms and cheese is 10$ add. All because he couldn't hear me say ham. And then proceeded to order some meatless mushroom cheese sub. After messing my entire sandwich up I gave up and let my wife try her order. He couldn't process what was being said and continued seeking help as if he had no idea what we have been telling him for last 15 mins. Online my order was 17$ but the website wasn't working. So going inside to make the SAME order turned into 34$.

THE BEST EVER!!! Fresh, delicious, perfectly customized, polite and warm service - and the BEST part... the PROCEEDS BENEFIT THE LOCAL FIRE DEPARTMENT!!! Loved it!

I went there and was super excited to eat firehouse subs for dinner i ordered a PLAIN turkey and cheese sub and made sure i repeatedly said PLAIN the lady taking my order even repeated that it was plain and when i got home it was not plain at all it had more stuff on it then a normal sub that wasnt supposed to be plain it is a good food plase but come on it so easy to not put the all that stuff on it in general.

I ordered for delivery. I specified no lettuce and onion on my sub, but they were there in full force. I could only eat the top bun of the sub because the bottom was a soggy, gloppy mess when I received it .

First time eating at this place food was on point and staff where clean very sanitary really enjoyed this place and suggest you try it

Not a good experience. Ordered my food and went to pick it up, the employee working the fries had dirty nails. I found black hair in my food mine is silver so it was an employee. I had called and let them know and they wanted to comp the food. Advised it is not necessary as I will not be eating at that location.

Okay, I ate lunch here today. I felt so bad for the cashier she was helping me just fine and the manager I think ( tall short hair lady) was screaming at her and all the other employees. I am appalled at how she treated them and at the general demeanor of this location. I LOVE penn station’s food and will never come to this location because of her. Also, no ones mask were covering their noses!

Food is always great but a few of the people working here are questionable . Simple reminder, if it was not for the guest, you would have to work some where else where you wouldn’t receive a free meal every day. But in all seriousness, please message me if you want me to train your employees and managers on how to treat guests

Wow, asked for cold Italian sub, with provolone but got a grilled sub with mozzarella. Asked for oil but got mayo. The meats were so out there I didn’t recognize their looks nor their flavors. Good point my upset stomach only lasted 1/2 hour, probably cause I tossed 2/3 of sub. And I’m from Philadelphia and they don’t serve subs like this on the East Coast.

Visit to Cleveland and on our way out stopped here since we don’t have Penn station in NC. I had fries and chicken philly. Very tasty.

Used to be a great place to eat. Seems the company doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. I’ve been to several locations in recent years and there is never a sole in there and the employees are all rude. Horrible customer service... maybe you’d have better business if you had better customer service. Location visited was Belden Village in Canton Ohio

Came in on a Saturday for lunch since we had never had fire house. The staff was nice. We got a drink and the machine was out of almost everything.I got the chicken and dumplings soup and it was very very watery and tasted like water and wasn’t warm at all.They took it back.The cookie was great. The sub was the fire steak and cheese and it was cold.We dined in and all of the tables were dirty.So we had to ask to have them clean. Again staff was very nice but I’m not sure we will be back.

First experience at this sub shop and it will truly be my last!! They were not even busy, and it took 15 minutes for my order to be done. Bun was soggy; I got the roast beef---meat was chopped up into fine pieces!! I ordered the soup--chicken and dumpling--tasted like the cardboard that it came in. Very pricey for what I received!! Best part of the meal was the pickle!

Firehouse sub's catered my daughters grad party. Everything was delicious and well made. I chose several different sub's offered on the catering menu. The staff was so friendly and helpful with all the questions I asked before placing my order. The sub's came in a display box which made set up so easy. Surprised to find the drive thru closed and the dining room open. Only two people working, so I suppose it's a staffing problem like so many other restaurants are experiencing. Went in and place an order to go. Service was quick and efficient and the sandwiches were good.

One of my favorite places to get a good sub! Usually I just get togo but I decided to sit in and enjoy my meal. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Also very clean and good prices. I’ll definitely be back.

Held off from reviewing this location to make sure what I was experiencing was a pattern and not individual incidents with no connection. To that end, I've gotten to the point where it seems this location suffers from gross negligence. At no point do I see a beverage system out of sorts so often. It's constantly either got all major flavorings/sodas out of stock, or a new one for me, no CARBONATION. My order was online so I had purchased the drinks before being aware of this issue, and the staff refused to do anything about it other than send me home with flat coke. Moving on to the food, the meatballs in their meatball sub were hard as a rock on one side which I'm sure I won't have to describe past simply "nasty".

I visited Firehouse Subs several times a couple of years ago and at that time I was very impressed by the flavor and quality of the ingredients. I went yesterday (a Wednesday afternoon around 5:30 pm) to the store near Belden Village mall but the experience was very different! Though the ingredients were still very good quality, whoever was making the sandwiches messed up by drowning everything in mayonnaise.... so much mayonnaise that it coated everything in the bun in a thick layer of slick goo. With every bite the sandwich fillings slid out and had to be put back into the bun... very messy. The taste of the very nice corned beef was completely overpowered by the taste of mayonnaise. I like mayonnaise ok, but as a minor condiment, not as the main feature (and taste) of a $10 sandwich! A very off-putting meal that I don't want to repeat. It's probably a simple training issue and a failure by management to monitor what is coming out of that kitchen.

Great place to get a sub. Wasn't sure what I wanted and got a good recommendation. Employees are kind and greet you when you enter and exit. Place is always clean.

The staff at this location was very welcoming and friendly! The subs are a little more creative than other chains, which is a nice change of pace. Will return again when we are in town.

Sub was soggy which was luke warm but freshly made, inside the building had a smell. Made it unpleasant to eat inside.

I've been here quite a few times. This previous time is unbelievable!!! Made 3 out of 4 sandwiches wrong, went back to get correct sandwiches, and still MESSED UP!!!! DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Service was slow, but they were having power issues. Food was good, but pricy. Atmosphere was pretty cool.

I really hate to leave neg reviews. But I will hoping the owner or store manager is aware. I went to wash my hands before ordering. No soap. 5 employees behind the counter. I asked for soap. Waited 8 minutes as other customers stepped up in front of me to order. I asked again for soap. The emp said there's hand sanitizer at the register. I said I prefer to wash my hands with soap. They again asked me to wait. Getting anxious, I ordered my sandwich and small drink. Just over $13. Again I asked for soap. She said go ahead and use the soap in the women's bathroom. Really? I did. Other customers just had a "wow" look on their faces. I came back to the counter and waited another 15 minutes. The sandwich was just ok. The drink machine had no ice.... I didn't even bother. Bad experience. And I do really like Firehouse Subs. This experience was bad. Sorry

The people working there did not make the sub correctly, had messed up a to go order and acted irresponsible about it, and weren’t really that friendly. The subs themselves were cold and we picked them up at 7:22, 2 minutes past the pickup time we chose. We were there for ten minutes going back and forth with the staff about the order. While my mom was talking to the two closers tonight they were locking the doors at 7:30 when online it says this establishment closes at 8. People were still trying to get their food they already ordered and they were trying to lock up everything at 7:30. Will not be back for overpriced subpar food and well below average service.

Smells like weed right before you enter. Didn’t get what I ordered. Sub was made incorrectly it had onions which I didn’t not order and no bacon - pretty bad when I even paid for extra bacon!

This location gotta be the worst I've ever been to. Staff unfriendly, doesn't say anything once they approach the register. Just stand there and wait until you order or ask how they are. Stopped here the other night for a meatball sub and was told they already put the meatballs away, 40 minutes before closing time. 😒
