I came to Noah after having several bad experiences of not getting the blonde I always wanted. My roots were not even and the color and cut was not blended at all. NOAH saved the day! Not only did he listen to what I wanted, but he also put his magic touch to it so that we could get it to a good place. He almost created a brand new canvas to work with. He was highly professional and fun to watch. Thankful to have found this salon and him. 10/10 recommend.

Stopped by as a walk-in from out of town. Upon entering I was greeted by a smiling, sharp-dressed receptionist. The shop was a buzz, the boutique called to me, and the receptionist found me an appointment. Within 5 minutes I was sitting in a chair having a conversation with my stylist (Law) about my needs. The outcome was perfect, the service impeccable and the environment inviting. I definitely would return and I highly recommend Douglas Carroll Salon.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this salon, and especially about Jordan. His talent and skill with hair is unmatched, especially when it comes to my red hair. I used to see him a few years ago and now I fly in from another state just to see him as he is the only person I trust with my hair (with both cut & color). Jordan truly understands what his clients want and always delivers beyond my expectations. His team is just as impressive--his assistants Chloe & Lae were attentive and efficient. Noah is another stylist who does exceptional work and still comes and says hi to me whenever I am at the salon. I cannot recommend Douglas Carroll enough!

Wishing I could give this salon more than 5 stars! Noah has truly transformed my hair! I tried a lot of salons and gave up because of disappointment. 3 years of box dye later and I decided to try Noah at Douglas Carrol and he has made it completely transform! He is the absolute best. So friendly, so patient and very willing to work with you and/or just fix what you don’t know needs fixing. 100/100 recommend

Just had my first experience with Douglas Carroll Salon in Raleigh. Despite the fact I have lived in North Ridge 45 years, I have never gone to this salon, what I have been missing!! Molli, the Operation Manager who answered the phone was sharp! She recommended a Senior Stylist named, Evan. WOW!! Evan was great!!! I have a LOT of thick, salt & pepper hair. He deftly shaped my old lady hair into a very stylish, chic, soft feminine hairdo with a RAZOR. OMG!!! Fabulous!!! As though his talent wasn’t enough, he was so intelligent and very interesting!!! What a delightful experience. Well Happy 76th Birthday to me!!! I’m thrilled I found Douglas Carroll and EVAN!

I had my first haircut here with Evan, and it was a great experience. He is an outstanding stylist who not only understood the type of hair I wanted, he also worked hard to make it exactly how I wanted it. Everyone here is courteous, kind, and professional. Bentley, Evan, Jacob, and Christina are phenomenal!! My kids have over three feet of hair, and one of them has allodynia on his scalp. Each stylist handles each child with so much patience and care, they are incredibly kind!! I love booking here because I know my. Kids are safe and listened to.

I can say at first I was having a hard time finding a good stylist but I did Evan is a super nice guy and listened to my concerns. After my color services I was extremely impressed with his work and talent. I will continue to go back to Douglas Carol for all me hair needs! Way to go!Evan and Thank you ! 😊
