From the moment I walked in Brad took away my fears from past experiences from other shops that were to say the least, unpleasant. Brad makes me feel like I am the only person in the store. He is so attentive to my needs. From the time I drop my vehicle off, to the time I pick it up, Brad keeps me updated on the progress of my service. He explains the repair process in simple terms that even I can understand. The customer lounge is always clean. Complimentary coffee bar and wifi are a plus. Clean restroom. This place is what other shops should used as a model. A+

Went here for an inspection. Was going to leave and come back the next day. They were able to get it done the same day with a minimal wait. Very courteous staff and even pull your car around front for you. Thank you Tire Max. Will continue to use your services.

I had new brakes and rotors put on my 2016 Acura RDX 10 months ago. They did not return my tire key. Then, I had a chirping sound coming from the left front for the 4 months. Took the car to another mechanic and found out that Tire Max put inner brake pads on the wrong side of the car. Left was on right, right was on left. Also, they did not grease the pins properly. I will never take another vehicle to this establishment again. Buyer beware!

My total experience today was absolutely wonderful with a high level of professionalism and service. When I walked in the door the customer care person greeted me with a smile and asked how can she help me. She was very knowledgeable and all my questions were answered. As a woman who knows a bit about cars, if i come in with an issue i've never been dismissed or talked down to about it either, which sounds like a weird compliment but it's an issue i've encountered other places. This is second time I brought my car back. They did tires for me last September and this time I was having an issue with my m i l light coming on. We figured it was spark plugs and coils but they did a thorough check and determined it was a computer issue. I appreciate their honesty and Jay and Travis were exceptionally great to work with!

Amazing staff... they fixed a problem caused by another shop and also showed me and explained to me what was causing my issue. I also purchased tires from a recommendation from the staff there. His recommendation was spot on and completely changed the way my truck drove. I wish I could recommend their service more!

Went in for my annual inspection and a new battery. Setting up the appointment was easy and straight forward. Staff was friendly upon arrival and services were performed in a reasonable manner and timely. Would recommend to others.

Everyone was courteous and my wait time was not too long. I’ve had two issues since getting my “Hercules” tires (approx 900) and they have addressed both issues right away. Update Tires didn’t last long. I went to get an oil change and was shocked to hear I needed new tires. I went back there and was told these tires were discontinued and there is only one in the whole US showing remains…….. these were recommended by the front desk…the warranty will NOT be honored bc I didn’t have them rotated…

I was traveling from Illinois to NC for work when my work van had charging system issues. We pulled in Tuesday morning and I explained that I was from out of town and needed somewhere to repair my vehicle asap. Within 10 minutes they had my vehicle in the shop and diagnosed as a bad alternator. I was back on the road to the job site in a couple hours. Highly recommend!

Jay saved my day. On a second flat tire within a week and I called the nearest Car Shop that can help me out. He was able to squeeze me in last min and fixed my flat. I'm very thankful for the businesses help. Definitely recommend there services. Thank you so much!

They took care of me with only 2 hours left of business. I had major issues,,harmonic wheel came apart with other pullies and belts. Three guys got on it 4pm and finished at 4:55pm. I was so impressed I will be switching mechanic shops. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Great bunch of people even the mechanics. I would suggest them to my family and friends.

I’ve never been to a car repair business where everyone working there is extremely friendly and appears to be trustworthy. We moved to High Point in April 2022 and have already taken three of our vehicles here for different issues and have been extremely satisfied each time. We will continue to bring our cars here if it is a service that they perform and we highly recommend them.

In the middle of a very busy day the last thing I needed was a car problem. With the TPS light on and the tire pressure dropping I pulled into the Tire Max location on Eastchester in High Point and that was the best decision I could have made. Tina and David who were working the front counter were awesome! In no time my tire was repaired and now I will always choose Tire Max without hesitation for my cars needs. They ROCK!

I went for an inspection was told it was going to be done within an hour after two hours i had told them to give me my keys back so i can go else where. Lady in the front talking about how i should of told them i was waiting ? I’m sorry what ? An inspection only takes 15 minutes. Whatever the mix up was, an apology goes a long way. Everyone seemed to be upset because i was upset ? How hard is it to acknowledge and apologize for your wrongs ? Not a single person apologized except for the one mechanic who stopped me from leaving. I don’t really know why there is so many good reviews when they mediocre at best. Overcharge you for the most simplest things. So if you don’t know nothing about cars, this is the place to go because they will most definitely take advantage of you. There’s other shops out there that are more friendly and cost effective, just keep looking !

Had tires installed, oil change, and inspection performed. All work was completed on time at the quoted price. Items found that could be addressed were presented, but not pushed. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Overall a great experience.

I did NC inspection at Tire Max Tire Pros at Eastchester Dr. I was in a hurry to get it done before Holiday break and several auto shops either had a long wait time or were fully booked. I called Tire Max Tire Pros and Jen was very helpful. Normally they take appointments but Jen found they had a open slot right at the time I called. I came in 5 minutes and had inspection done in reasonable time. The whole process was very smooth and professional. This is my first auto service at this location and I plan to come back for other auto service.

The fine folks at Oak Hollow Tire quickly analyzed whether my tire, which had a nail in it, could be plugged. Their repair was equally fast which was critical, as I was in the midst of road trip to Georgia. They saved me hours of time, and for that, I am supremely grateful. I can't recommend this business enough.

The service I received from Tire Max Tire Pros - Eastchester was outstanding. They quickly diagnosed the problem, had to order parts, and immediately completed the repairs as soon as the parts arrived. The staff was courteous and respectful. They are just a pleasure to do business with. I believe I have found my auto service company for the future.

My husband and his dad recommended I go here after Firestone kept increasing the price of my oil change. These guys are great, I trust them completely with my vehicle. I went in for an oil change recently and asked about getting an alignment done. They came back and told me that the alignment was fine and didn't charge me for checking. In total it was only $50! Compared to Firestone charging me $70, I'll keep going to these guys. They haven't steered me wrong yet!

I've been to Tire Max Total Car Care - Oak Hollow several times and will continue to use them! Even had my daughter in law's car in for a quick brake service when she and my son were in from out of state. Brad & Tina are always awesome, quick to respond and provide great customer service! I'm always pleased with the work the techs do as well! I HIGHLY recommend!!!

My driver's side window has been broken for some time. I've known that if I lower it too far, it will come off the track. So I don't lower it. But 2 days ago, I accidentally leaned on the automatic button and I couldn't stop it from lowering so far that it went off track. I googled the closest auto repair store and although Tire Max didn't specifically mention windows, I thought I'd take a chance. So glad I did! I was greeted by Brad and he came out to see if he could help me himself. Unfortunately, he couldn't so I asked if he could recommend a place nearby that dealt with windows. It looked like rain and I was worried about the interior of my car. But Brad said, maybe we can still help. He said a colleague had an empty bay at the moment. He asked me to come inside and get my info. Then they took my car. It took about 30-40 minutes but the worker came out and handed my keys and said my window was back up. I asked him if it was difficult and he said it took 2 guys to do it. I figured 2 guys with 30-40 minutes of labor would cost me about $200. Sigh. Then Brad came out with an invoice for about $850 and I was startled but he quickly explained that this was a quote for if I wanted to get the window repaired for good. I thanked him for going out of his way to find that out for me and then I asked him where the other invoice was. He said, what other invoice? I said, well 2 guys and 30-40 minutes of work. He just shook his head and said it was really nice to meet me and I could go. Maybe I'd use their service if I needed them in the future. I was so grateful that a place that doesn't specialize in windows did their best to help me, succeeded and then --- didn't even charge me??? I'll be transferring all my future car service/repair work to this location.

I just wanted to say the staff was very welcoming. Really great customer service. That instantly put my mind at ease. I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Tyler and he took great care of my needs. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and went over some things that I was concerned about. My first time here and I will be returning and referring friends and family. Service was great. I really appreciate the service here. Each person I speak with is knowledgeable and can relay the information well, in layman’s terms. I typically like to speak with Brad just because I really like how he takes the time to tell me any other issues he notices. He gives me a realistic timeline of needed fixes without pressuring to have the service performed right then. I’ve been coming about 2 years now and each service is reasonably priced and performed well. I highly recommend them.
