    Jenn was great as my trainer! She was very flexible when something came up, knew how to help me get closer to my goals, and was very friendly! If you need a trainer down in Charleston, I highly recommend Jenn and the rest of the O2 Fitness trainers on Daniel Island!

    Clean facility - check! Variety of machines and equipment to suit your every want - check! Weights actually re-racked and where they're supposed to be - check! Friendly and helpful staff - DOUBLE CHECK! Highly recommend O2 - DI to get your fitness on! And, in my case, get my fitness groove back! I'll never have the perfect body (thank goodness I have a personality and tons of money... okay, fine, just a personality), but coming into O2 makes me give that perfect effort for better health. Kudos to all who work at O2 - DI!!!

    This gym is awesome! Rachel, one of the trainers is hands down the best personal trainer I have worked with. No matter your fitness goal, level, or limitations she will take a very personal approach to ensure your success. She is extremely committed to her clients! 10 out of 10 recommend this gym and Rachel.

    Both the staff and the members are extremely friendly and helpful. They maintain the equipment well and the gym is always clean. And, they offer a variety of group fitness options. (you should totally check out the barre class ;) ) Highly recommend joining O2 Fitness DI!

    I was looking for a personal trainer and while I ultimately didn't end up picking O2 fitness, I'd strongly recommend them to anyone else looking. I ended up making my decision purely off of availability. Jeremy really seemed to care about my success no matter what. He suggested some nutrition options, gave me a trial workout and wasn't putting unnecessary pressure on me to sign up - just giving me the facts and trying to help get me set up. The facilities are great with tons of nice equipment here. Although I ended up training elsewhere, I don't have a single bad thing to say about the gym, so go check them out!

    I have worked with seven (7) trainers over the years and Rach Ellison is - BY FAR - the best trainer Iโ€™ve ever worked with. She is clearly a subject matter expert and tailors each workout to meet my specific goals. She also provides a supporting diet plan that is easy to understand and follow. She is always so full of energy and enthusiasm and will challenge/motivate you each and every session. I HIGHLY recommend O2 Fitness and Rach Ellison!

    Carley is a great trainer! Sheโ€™s personable, easy to get along with, and will WORK you to help you reach YOUR goals. She understand the journey to fitness is a lifestyle with many bumps and successes along the way. The training options at O2 are affordable and fit into your schedule. The only thing I wish this gym had was a sauna, more shower stalls, and 24-hour access.

    Started up about 2 months ago at 02 Daniel island. My boyfriend and I decided why not do the two free sessions with a trainer ? Little did we know Jenn was going to crush us and not only build us up physically but mentally as well. We enjoyed this kick start to being new to DI, joining a gym here, that weโ€™ve signed up for 2 sessions a week with Jenn and it has been the greatest decision to work out with someone who tailors it to us, knows when to push, how to adjust and the best part? - checks in with us daily to see how we are doing and how else she can help. We are THRILLED and could not recommend her more ! Go see Jenn !!

    As a college athlete who has recently moved to Daniel Island, O2 Fitness and my personal trainer Jeremy Hilliard have been awesome! O2 has a clean and professional atmosphere with a large selection of workout equipment. Jeremy has been a perfect fit to help me reach my goals as a college athlete. He is very knowledgeable, driven, and personable. I would highly recommend him.

    The Daniel Island O2 Fitness Club is very well organized and clean. It includes a multitude of equipment and weights, and is a great environment to workout. The best feature is their Personal Training staff. I work with Adam Troutman who is extremely professional, attuned to my personal needs, knowledgeable about all workout regimes, and an extreme pleasure to work with. I have made incredible strides in my health and appearance with his expert training skills, knowledge about diet and nutrition and his concern for my overall health. Adam rocks!!!

    Rachel Ellison is an amazing person and trainer. She is organized and wants you to succeed even when you arenโ€™t at a session with her. Iโ€™ve never had a trainer cater to my goals and encourage me like she has. Sign up for sessions with her and see/feel results. You wonโ€™t regret it! Also the DI location is clean and brand new.

    I recently moved to Charleston and wasnโ€™t sure where I wanted to get a gym membership. I made the right choice by choosing O2 on Daniel Island. Every time I walk in Iโ€™m greeted by a friendly face. I feel very welcomed every time I walk in, and the staff is very helpful if you need something. I also started personal training there recently with Rachel and she is amazing! She has made me feel confident at the gym, showing me how to do different exercises and use different machines. Overall Iโ€™m very pleased with my decision to workout here!

    I love everything about it! Upbeat friendly staff. Superbly clean. Great classes and equipment. I adore my trainer and Iโ€™m seeing great results with her and her program for me. I have never had a hint of soreness or aches. I wish I had the same experience with all the other fitness centers Iโ€™ve joined over the years. Excellent on all points!

    The crew at O2 here on Daniel Island are really personable and knowledgeable. The facility is really nice and well maintained. Jeremy and Brandon have both done a great job at looking at my training/fitness goals and developing a workout that will be both challenging and achievable. I'm very happy with my membership here.
