😠 I called this surgery 49 times from 8am to 4pm. When I finally got on the phone queue I was always number 24. The stress and time it take to get through is discussing. Do not use this practice the receptionist are rude and unhelpful. This is what we pay for. I have been with this practice for 35 yea... People often mention call, appointment, practice, receptionist, service, staff, surgery, good,

Do not use this practice the receptionist are rude and unhelpful. This is what we pay for. I have been with this practice for 35 years and the changes are not for the patients. I pray I never get sick.

Today, I made a telephone call to the practice. For an unknown reason the telephone became disconnected. Whilst trying to ring back, a receptionist rang, realised.she had.been talking and was not receiving a response, telephoned me. I was delighted to hear her say, 'She was returning my call so that I did not have to wait for a long time in line'. Well done and thank you for this prompt service and attention.

I went to the receptionist this morning to book an appointment for my dad and I initially explained that my dad is not at all well and that he thinks there is a possibility it may be cancer, I also mentioned that my dad has not seen a doctor for many years so this is very serious, even though I explained the urgency we were only offered a telephone consultation, I was appalled by this and said no this not acceptable and that my dad needs a face to face appointment, this should of been offered straight away. There was no empathy from the receptionist at all and both myself and my mum found quite cold. What was very good was Dr King who was very thorough and was amazing with my dad, its just unfortunate the receptionist was not very good

Whenever I call them it’s take an ages, someone to respond a call whether it’s in the morning to book appointments or in any other time in the day this Parchmore Medical centre is horrible, terrible and frustrating in giving good services over the phone . I call them today at 17:59 and it says that I am queuing at no 6 but after make me hold me in queue for 30 minutes the call was cut and it’s says.SORRY WE ARE COLSE NOW. Never go to this surgery.

Considering the pandemic and the current strain on the NHS I cannot fault this practice. The receptionist are very polite, attentive and helpful. The GPs are exceptional, they listened, asked the right questions, quick referral and showed utter care for their patients. I cannot thank then enough for their service. Thank you all

Went in the queue at number 22. 2 hours later got to number 6 and the call was disconnected. Found out I had cellulitis and needed antibiotics. Called 111 who booked me a telephone appointment for 2.30pm that day. I'm still waiting on the call a week later. This service is seriously ridiculous. I'm sure you guys can do better. 👎

This practice need to massively improve communication processes, retrain all staff to be compassionate, polite and professional. You get told everytime you call there are no appointments left (not even online) always caller 28 in the queue, even when phoning at 8am and engaged for over half an hour. We all understand things go wrong but it's how staff handle things when they go wrong. No apology, the Dr's off sick and won't call you for over another 72 hours when you have stated reasons as red flags for cancer. It's not acceptable. Avoid, avoid.

I had a great appointment with Beverley Mclntosh! She went out of way to help me understand what can benefit my health and she also advised me where to get more information regarding Health. Thank you Beverley!

Sometimes I schedule an appointment and when I call to confirm (have learned to do that) they do know nothing about it. This needs to be improved. How come you don't update in the system? This is frustrating and disrespectful to the patients. No, they don't reschedule when it happens, but tell me to call back, which is tiresome. Please do better. Otherwise, no complaints.

The receptionists are useless. They are having conversations and the patient has to wait for them to finish their conversation with colleagues. They do not answer the phones on purpose and let patients wait for hours. This GP is the worse. Please, report to NHS regarding this issue.

Love the nhs app, great way of booking appointments and to especially avoid calling and holding for an hour or so.

Receptionists could do with a dose of empathy three times a day. It's not nice to be greeted with an attitude when one is not feeling well.

Had an appointment today and was treated kindly, thoughtfully and professionally by Ms Patel. I am very grateful to receive this level of treatment and concern which also enabled my addressing issues which where not the prime reason for my consultation. Thank You.

Parchmore gets 2 stars simply because the service was good during the pandemic and possibly up until this summer, no idea what changed this summer but it's not unusual to be on hold for 40-60 mins just to speak to someone to correct an error on a repeat prescription or book an appointment for a vaccine etc. Long wait times happen regardless of the time of day you call. Once you do get through, the practice is good at getting referral done and I am fond of the nursing team. I've decided to take my care elsewhere after staying as caller number 6 for over 30mins to chase a tele-consultation that was rebooked last minute. It's now 5.04pm and I still haven't heard from a clinician. - it's stress inducing and I know the NHS is under a lot of pressure - but I can't have this in the new year.

I am disappointed in this medical centre and their health care professionals! My daughter was admitted and diagnosed with anemia and upon being told she will be prescribed medication for her anemia, she was denied at the pharmacy and was told that her details were not in the system. This is the SECOND instance as she called the GP today and was told to rebook an appointment when her life is at risk. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I had my covid vaccine here and the nurse was really lovely. As someone quite nervous with jabs I felt very comfortable.

I could not get my prescribed meds as whoever sits at the PCs claimed I am not registred with the GP. Not only I got the meds in the past, I went there in person to register and to get a health check this summer. These people are actually paid? A prescribed med is not a chewing gum...shocking.

The worst!!!! Can't get a hold of them. If by a miracle I do , the receptionist is unhelpful as possible. I don't see a doctor just a call in a week or two and nothing is done. I'm in pain at home and that's it. If you need help don't go there!

What a complete joke of a doctors surgery. My baby has a cows milk allergy and is on prescription milk. It’s meant to be on a repeat but every time I place the order with the chemist the doctor NEVER signs it off and I’m left with no milk. I order when I have just started on the second to last tin and it’s meant to be a 48 hour turn around. Hate this gp

Rude staff, many people waiting and they chatting and laughing, one hour on the queue while the staff was having fun. I've got videos of them . It's the worst service I've ever had.

My husband and I saw Nurse Beverley in July 2021 for a blood test , we were treated in a professional manor. Today August 19 we saw Nurse Gail she also treated us in a professional manor. The receptionist was very pleasant when we both enter the foyer at the back of the doctors surgery. A big thank you to Roni who helped me with my doctors letter it was very appreciated.
