Sat in the drive thru for 30mins and you cannot get out. Absolutely unbelievable. I would never come here again

I come here everyday the staff always remembers my order even though I have a complicated one. They are always so kind and personable. Their customer service skills are immaculate. Special shoutout to autumn, molly and tia as these girls are the ones I see on a regular basis and know my name and order by heart they make my day so much better. And deserve recognition!

I go here a lot but today I ordered a peach green tea lemonade- first no peach which is fine I’ll get over it but then I noticed there is dirt in my cup, not tea leaves but actual dirt like sesame seeds and random pink dust. I get this drink a lot and have never had this in my cup before.

Everyone there is always pleasant and patient especially when I have a hard time ordering because like an old man anything other than black coffee is to complicated for me. They recommended I try a pink drink with chocolate cold foam..... it's a chocolate covered strawberry... as a drink. I recommend highly

We come to this location often but lately service has been bad. Today we had ordered and what about order came out and 10 minutes later.We waited for the rest of the order but 20 minutes later our hot drinks still were not out. We ended up having to leave two out of three drinks there because we ran out of time to wait. Clearly not everybody working was truly working to help get orders out. When it is a time of rush you know everyone should be working including the managers.

Drive thru is a gamble depending on what time of day you order, of course. Staff is good & the coffee is hot & fresh. It's our go to because it's a convenient location & the drive thru but not my favorite Starbucks(Downtown Newark or Wilmington)

On Monday the 12th I pulled up to the window to order a mocha frappe and sat for several minutes as a man came to the window not friendly at all he then took my order and then I waited several more minutes, he returned and took my credit card where it asked for a $1 to 5 dollar tip. I chose no tip, he saw that and said he would be right back, handed me a straw from around the corner that looked an little rough. He got a big smile on his face and said "see you later alligator" I thought what a weird smile with his big mustache. The straw had been twisted and broken in half. Basically made making the drink undrinkable when I hit the road. That is the first, an employee that feels he is deserving of a 20+%tip on a $6 drink. He is so bad for business. Worst Starbucks employee I've ever seen and I go alot and always tip. Employees are usually very nice and friendly.

literally took me 20 mins to get one basic drink with no add ins or anything. cashier was super nice tho but the one lady literally kept yelling at everyone else and clearly thought she was better than everyone for no reason.
