The facility is nice. It has 4 full courts for basketball and a walking track up above. The place itself is super cold so bring a blanket. The staff made me walk back out of the building and go in a different door. That wouldn’t be a big deal but I am an amputee and on crutches and the way they made me walk was snow covered and icy. I could have just walked across the lobby but they didn’t give me that option. It’s also $8 to get in to watch 2 games.

Swimming pool was nasty honestly it should be senior swim because most of the people in the pool are over 50 but the worst part is they charge 10 dollars to watch children play basketball. well at least that’s what they told me. I’m not saying it’s a race thing there but I believe some fishy is going on. Mostly young staff who look like they just graduated middle school are working there. Bad service and prices are constantly changed by the day. Swimming pool area is very nasty and needs to be cleaned Up.Get some better and older staff and stop changing prices everytime a unfamiliar face walks in.

Overall great gym. The staff is really nice. They are updating the equipment right now and have pretty much everything you need. The only thing I really wish they would add is a dedicated yoga/quiet room.

Let’s start off by saying that I love how clean this place is. Everyone that works here is super nice and and sweet, the lady that’s at the front desk every morning with long hair it’s very sweet she’s always doing her job and whenever I have a question she always has a answer for me. There’s also Omar, every time he’s at the gym he’s always cheering everyone up giving us motivation. He’s always cleaning even when he’s off the clock. He really does make a difference when he’s there. I’ve been coming here for over a year and I love it.❤️

I don't leave poor reviews but The FieldHouse is definitely doing some false advertising. Went to sign up as a new member with the bronze membership. The flyer and online said that includes batting cages, asked to use them and front desk said "oh its actually $55 per hour". Front desk told us it was free while signing us up So why is it listed as free, and why didnt you advertise as free? Also, says that you get an orientation with a personal trainer and the front desk asked for someone to come up multile times but they never did. Didn't bother asking about any of the other amenities listed and canceled the membership. They have free walking for waukegan residents but only certain times so that's something.

Floor just waxed and employees are breathing strong smell. Early evening still. Only one door left open. Come on, really? I would complain!!!!!

The programing makes it feel personalized and is as if you pay for a personal trainer. During the pandemic I have been able to achieve three new things I never did before. It is a culture of work hard, see results, get healthy.

Lots of things to do, huge gym, several pools, open early morning till 10pm, indoor track mostly for walking, outdoor 3 laps per mile track at times very busy however nice community feeling. I like the lap swimming available almost any time facility is open. Pictures of well organized gymnastics competition.

I've been a member for a year-and-a-half. I do enjoy going when I can. Some of the staff seems very friendly. I do believe the front desk could be a little bit Friendlier to the people walking in the front door ..

Once you scan your card to enter the facility your membership card should no longer be needed to get into other sections of the gym like the pool, yoga rooms, sauna, weight room etc. it’s a nuisance to carry a it

Well priced, friendly staff and a lot of choice workouts for all ages. Today, I seen a great improvement. Staff on the ball, great cleanliness and a great visit for my active toddlers!

Place is nice. Lap lanes were pretty chilly felt under the 80° temp it’s suppose to be. Family rooms were spacious and they offer towels for the pool you can check out. We were thinking of getting a membership here as it starts at 29$ and up and for a family of 4+ would be 69$ BUT we found out once we arrived they no longer do childcare, so if your looking for a family gym this isn’t the place unless there older then 12+

This place is a new beautiful place! Perfect customer service! I joined this place and love their pools! They have a very nice locker room! If you visit this place you will want to sign up! Waukegan is moving up in the world! It's much nicer there with all the Parks and the field house!

Super friendly, Family oriented, Facility is extremely clean. There are so many activities for everyone of all ages. The price for a family membership is well worth it. I appreciate all who participated in building this field house for our community.

There is so much to enjoy in this two level field house! Tons of equipment and free weights, fitness classes, therapy pool, full-size pool, kids indoor water park, rock climbing wall, walking track, multiple basketball courts, sauna, library, friendly staff, and super clean!!

Very new and updated inside. Large courts for basketball and the consessions are nice.

I love it here. We have been coming for about two months taking classes and using aquatic center. Staff are super friendly. Cleanliness needs to be priority but I clean if I need to to feel more comfortable. It's a huge place and many people coming in and out I get it that it can't be pristine.
