absolutely
terrible!
I
joined
the
Planet
Fitness
here
in
Waukegan
during
the
pandemic.
When
I
moved
away
last
year,
I
both
called
as
well
as
went
into
the
location
to
let
employees
know
that
I
was
moving
and
I
wanted
to
cancel
my
membership.
I
am
still
being
billed
today.
When
I
called
into
the
location
to
explain
that
I'm
still
getting
withdrawals
out
of
my
account,
the
new
manager,
James
was
extremely
rude
over
the
phone
and
very
dismissive.
Denying
any
type
of
refunds
before
I
could
even
ask
the
question,
raises
red
flags
about
other
customers
possibly
experiencing
the
same
issue.
When
I
spoke
with
the
new
manager,
James,
he
was
effective
in
canceling
my
membership
immediately
but
was
extremely
rude
and
kept
over
talking
me
as
I
was
trying
to
get
my
words
out.
I
am
just
not
understanding
as
to
why
when
I
called
a
year
ago
prior
to
James
becoming
the
manager,
why
cancellation
over
the
phone
wasn't
as
easy
as
it
was
today.
Very
disappointed.
