Ordered three cheeseburgers for my kids and they were raw inside. When I brought them back and showed the manager on duty he said they were not raw and that I should ask for them to be cooked well done next time. I’ve never had to ask for a THIN Culver patty to be cooked well done in order for it to be cooked completely! Horrible customer service coming from a supposed to be manager. Whoever was on the grill can’t cook. Will never eat here again. Pictures of the raw insides of burgers attached.

This franchise well exceeded our expectations of a hamburger place. Service was great. Food was delicious and quality. The ice cream custard stands alone. Good value with lots of food choices I wish there were Culver’s on the West Coast.

I was there with my client who is in an electric chair. Our first impression was that the cashier wasn't the kindest. She seemed annoyed at my handicapped client who was having a hard time reading the menu. The handicapped accessibility is not great....the doors are not automatic so unless someone is with you, or a stranger is kind enough to hold the door, you're not getting in. The walkway for a wheelchair is very narrow plus the swinging doors don't give you much room. Inside the restaurant, there's plenty of room and it's beautiful, but getting inside with a wheelchair isn't easy. Every employee at the restaurant seemed a little worn out. 😕 I'm used to Culver's employees being friendly- too bad Waukegan can't ever catch up in this manner. Beautiful city, strange people.

This is by far the cleanest and most superior service I've ever received in fast food. The restaurant was clean, the staff was professional and kind, and every single staff member was beyond welcoming. Not just that, it was all genuine. Management has assembled a fantastic team. To top that off, the food was great, as is to be expected at any Culver's. This should be the flagship Culver's restaurant. If I could, I'd give more than just 5 stars!

This was our first time in Waukegan & we decided to stop by Culver's before going to the airport. Wish I had noticed it earlier. The food was so, so good, and the establishment was clean. The employees were friendly. I would highly recommend it. Wish there was one in Virginia.

Love this location. They provide quick and accurate service. I’ve had maybe one error in 10 orders and I’m not completely convinced it wasn’t my mistake.

We were just at Culver's and Jesus helped us, very nice, respectful and polite young man,even held the door for the elderly people, the service was above and beyond.

Is ok, but take about 20 minutes or more to wait my pork lions sandwich no fries and drink. I asked everything on but nothing 😡😡😡

I ordered the fish and chips and it was disgusting. Chips was okay nothing special but concrete was fantastic. Drive thru worker was difficult.

So I'm finally leaving my very first review for a Culver's venue and after all these years, definitely comes out on top over some of the most popular mass franchise burger joints with the likes of McD's, BK, Wendy's, etc. Culver's is possibly the fastest growing of any popular fast food chain, dining areas are always clean/sanitized, menu is extensive with still reasonable prices & better than the 3 burger joints I mentioned and customer service reigns supreme over just about any fast food chain out there. Burgers + frozen custard are a statewide tradition in WI and I'm glad this awesome franchise is spreading across the rest of the country. Food is always delivered hot & fresh to you with a smile and truly Culver's is at the forefront of customer service.

I normally don’t review fast food places. I have to say I was odd drawn to for some reason. The food at this Culver’s was very good. I have tried other Culver’s, I did feel compelled to say that I thought the quality was really fresh and when the food was bought out to me it just seemed like the cooks and staff really cared. The service was great! I did make it harder since I had a gift card and the cashier needed assistance from another member. I did that person really was helpful in how he showed our cashier. The ambiance was great like all other Culver’s. Can’t go wrong. Overall, this Culver’s was great and anyone who wants to try fresh food and amazing service, you won’t be disappointed!

The butterburger is pretty good value, just expect it to live up to its name because it sure has a lot of butter. The cheese curds are also quite good, very salty but tasty. The custard is the highlight, the mini is a perfect size and is very flavorful.

I tried the CurderBurger and holy smokes, was it good! It's my favorite thing I've had at Culver's and everything I've had there is good.

The burn there food and I always have issues at this location now it’s just sad and I love Culver’s guess I won’t be back at this location anymore
