    DISGUSTING! DO NOT GO HERE If y’all want your ice covered in literal gunk do not go here! An employee made the manager of this location aware of the disgusting ice and the manager refused to do anything about it, instead let that employee go. This is a sorry excuse for management. This location should not be serving ANYONE.

    The store is constantly understaffed and have their front door closed, only taking orders through the drive-thru. They sell out of donuts very early in the day and do not restock. The employees also tend to ignore customers while on their phones. Displeased with the service and very unlikely to return.

    Dunkin use to be one of my favorite places to get coffee and donuts, well today was one of the worse experience at the Fountain square location. The donuts wasn’t fresh and the cashier was giving nothing but bad customer service and attitude when I told her the donuts wasn’t fresh. I have noticed something else in this location but I wish not to say I hope the management team talk a look into this location.

    Terrible customer service, mistakes happen all the time but this location purposely made my drink wrong a second time after I spoke up & asked for the correct drink I paid for. No apology, giggling about it to other workers and bad attitudes.

    I go here almost every morning due to convenience of location. It is hit or miss the quality of the food and whether their kitchen will even be working. For a few months they would be out of bacon every monday and tuesday morning. That ordering issue seems to have been corrected though. I stopped getting iced tea from here because one time I got it and it had a yellowish tinge and tasted of chemicals.

    She was touching the trash and then gave me coffee without with the same unwashed hands. Donuts did not taste fresh at all either.

    Terrible attitude asked for a Coffee medium temperature, not hot, not cold, no options we cand do that, I have as a example Starbucks can do that, she answers different business, well how about a cube of ice, finally.. something they can do, offer customers options not attitude and maybe they come again.

    Unfortunately, this store needs to be shut down. I live a couple of minutes from this Dunkin’ Donuts, so it’s pretty convenient for me to go here. However, every time I come here they don’t have none of the items that I pay for. It’s upsetting and its a waste of time. One time, they told us that the health inspector shut them down only for them to be opened up the next day. Why? Plus, I have to call a number in order to get a refund back? Ridiculous and so so bad for business.
