Good service but prices here are higher than other McDonald’s around the area

There's no one day that they don't mess up my order and they still got the nerve to give attitude like I'm the one that has a problem. If you love your peace please don't go there we all have a choice where to spend our money and this shouldn't be one.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. This places staff was complaining about me wanted my order fixed. As if it was not okay for me to complain about missing items in my bag. Made me feel really uncomfortable and I just left because they where making jokes about it. Needless to say they gave me a reason to not go to this places Mc Donald's ever again. Super rachet.

Food was great I would recommend the mc double with mac sauce.

This location has been the best service and food out of many lately. Service of McDonald's has been going down, but not here! Thank you- I told you, you were faster and better than one in Antioch you replied -"better than anywhere else" and you are CORRECT. Thank you for good old customer service and hospitality God Bless

If I could give them no stars I would first I was given drinks with no straw don’t give you what they charge you for and get upset because you ask them to provide you what you paid for the employees are very rude well I can’t say all because I didn’t deal with every employee but the lady from the drive through was really rude. I was over charged, I informed them of that they said they would refund me but instead recharged me and informed me to provide my bank statement. Not to mention, they are very racist. Who do I need to provide my statement to and what is the info to do so because I’m not paying for food I didn’t receive and it sucks I have to even go through this because of a person operating the cash register doesn’t know the difference between a refund and charging someone.

This location cares about customer satisfaction. Whenever I have a special request for my order, the staff hits the mark... As with all McDonald's, there is consistent taste and quality from one location to another....

Good folks, nice clean place, but somehow the orders turn up wrong. Although are always immediately replaced.

The drive thru was busy so I expected the food to be nice and hot...even if it WASN'T busy, but it was cold. Never goin back. Gonna stick to the one on Belvidere Rd. Also, they dunno how to say "you're welcome" when you say thank you....smh

Always better quality than other McDonald’s. Idk why. Have gone about 10 times and I think it’s because the staff has more integrity (food has better preparation)

Never have i been to a McDonald's that was so dirty, bathrooms were filthy. The cashier was not friendly at all. Manager was the only nice person in the whole place.

Went through the drive through and they forgot my fry, then we get home and my husband opened his first cheeseburger and there was no beef patty!! Just cheese and condiments. Then his next cheeseburger had only one small pickle on it.

One of the better McDonald's in the area --- staff is super caring and welcoming. Once I ordered via the app and instead of Libertyville, it mistakenly ended up at this branch. I noticed the error late and so made it 15-minutes late to this branch --- they completely re-did the order, without even me asking for that, to ensure that I get it fresh.

Kind staff, open fairly early, food was hot and fresh.

Apparently they are not 24 hours tried to get a meal after my shift at around 1 at night sat at the drive through for about 5 minutes and nothing so I tried to go inside to order and the doors were locked. Maybe they could consider closing earlier if they can’t support 24 hour

Ordered take out so I didn't go in. It was fast and the food was fresh, particularly the fries.

First I ordered a number 7 and they forgot to give me my burgers and than I got #2B they didn’t put my bacon on my stuff and now this BURGER IS PINK

The facility is clean in all areas. The staf is friendly and bring your food to the table. New bacon fries are better than expected as wes the jalapeno chicken.

They have made the best looking and tasting Big Mac ever. Super fast during the lunch rush and order was correct.
