Chill cafe with good coffee and food! Everyone working here was super nice. Loved the bagel I ordered.

Where do I start? Only two tables inside were being used and 2 outside being used. EVERY other table inside was dirty. The cashier/cook had a hair pick stuck in his hair at the counter. YUCK! Told him the tables were all dirty so he cleaned off exactly ONE table - hardly busy but no one came out to clean or sweep (which def. needed it). Paid $32 (incl. tip beforehand thinking we would get good product) My husband's Turkey Club was dry, had one whisper thin piece of turkey you could read through and the nastiest piece of bacon-par cooked. No one bothered to ask bread preference and it wasn't toasted. My "egg", cheese and sausage bagel was burnt which gave a horrible after taste. The "egg" was rubbery. No one bothered to ask how anything was (but I know why) Have you all heard of Starbucks or Panera Bread? Because you are very far from the caliber of those two business to be charging such prices. Very Disappointing - Also when my husband went up to ask for mayo, he stood there for a few minutes while the oblivious workers ignored him. Apparently they cannot multi-task and say, "be right with you" or "how is everything?" I used to work in a similar café only MUCH more busy and way more high maintenance customers (Mequon). This lack of attention to customers, quality and service is dismissive and low priority. And that's why so many people go to other businesses - they want consistency and service. Maybe instead of making excuses for you employees, train them better and emphasize the importance of service and cleanliness. FYI no one wants to see hair picks hanging over their food.

Heard about the new cat cafe they had opened and wanted to stop by. Such a fun experience for my sister and I! I got an iced mocha which was super yummy, and she got a chocolate iced chai latte which was soooo good. (I’m definitely getting the chocolate chai next time I come!) It was super quiet since it was a Tuesday afternoon which was nice because we got the whole cat room to ourselves and chatted with the owner and employees. The cats were also way more friendly than cats at other cat cafes, which in my opinion makes it the best cat cafe in Wisconsin. It was so clear to us that the owner really cares about the cats and customers more than profiting from this. 10/10 would recommend!

I absolutely LOVE this café!! The food is always incredibly tasty, as well as many drink options. Service is prompt, genuine, and efficient. The atmosphere has a chill and joyful effect. I haven't even seen the cats yet, and I know this is a 5 star café! A plus is they play my favorite songs or ones I'm familiar with. 10/10, would recommend everytime your in the area!

A cool, veteran-owned café with great sandwiches & wraps 🥪 I recommend trying the chicken pesto sandwich and chicken salad wrap.

Ken and his team were great to work with regarding catering my sister's baby shower. Ken was easy to chat with, quick to respond to phone calls, and was willing to be creative and flexible on customizing the menu. Ken was honest and down to earth, and the food was absolutely delicious- we received so many compliments! Drop off/set up was on time and professional. They went above and beyond preparing and organizing everything so it was easy on us. I am so glad we chose Planet Perk! Thank you again for a great experience!

There are offices in a back area of the Cafe where you can sip your beverage and snuggle kitties! It's the puuurfect pairing. Bring your backpack to study or a laptop to work while you enjoy your beverage.

I absolutely LOVE Planet Perk and the attached Planet Purrrk. The staff has always been extremely friendly and it offers a chill and clean environment. The coffee tastes great and the cats are very friendly. I cannot recommend it enough and can’t wait to come back.

A great to get some work down, catch up with friends or get a nice bite to eat. The staff is always so friendly and the owner is so nice. The space itself is very cool, whether you are up front in the cafe or back with the cats. I heard they do cat yoga and I have been dying to go! Definitely a must visit overall, I am so glad a friend recommended it.

Best chai latte in town. Also recently tried the Asian chicken wrap. Sooooo good! It was incredibly filling and delicious!

As always, delicious. The baristas are nice and get my order right. I always get the sausage sunrise wrap with no onions. I've only had to take my wrap back a couple times over the last several years because there was onions on it. Love this place!

Took 50 minutes to get a sandwich. They were NOT busy. Order in at 11:59 delivered at 12:50. Free drink card, they sweetened my coffee after my son asked about artifical sweetener. Sorry you were busy in back but few customers in my view.

If I could rate it above and beyond I would. The atmosphere is so calming and a great place for homework! The staff is AMAZING and was so thoughtful and they were very quick to make the food and drink. The vanilla chai latte is the best chai i’ve ever had in my life. I ❤️ this place edit: I just saw the sign that veterans get free coffee on mondays! I LOVE THAT

The caramel, café latte coffee smoothie is a dream! Harmoniously blended with fair& direct coffee that effectively brings you to life. Add in environmentally friendly/sustainable practices and you’ve got the perfect, guilt-free beverage to sip on during your event at the Oshkosh Arena dahlings!

Nice coffee options. Limited breakfast menu but tasty. Enjoyed the breakfast burrito and side of fruit. Coffee station coffee was luke-warm. Nicely decorated. Check out the free kids books and magazines. Great idea!

I’ve tried two different smoothies and the pesto chicken sandwich. I was a little disappointed with the taste of both smoothies, and also the price seems high for the portion size. The pesto chicken sandwich was very good but a little pricey considering it doesn’t come with a side. I think $16 (approximately) for a sandwich and a small smoothie (that wasn’t great) is too high.

Surprising delightful, thoughtful. Coffee good and location OK but what sets this place apart is their thoughtfulness and surprisingly delish breakfast sandwiches, homemade spicy sauce, and fruit side dish that far outpaces most. Noticed they had new diapers available in womens restroom, all sizes and all name brands. They also kindly appeased our uniquely small size request for whole milk (toddler). Composting a bonus, thoughtfulness for the Mother Earth. If we were local, guaranteed we’d be back!

So I’ve been here a couple times, and the food/drinks aren’t bad. It’s actually pretty good. The first times I waited a decent amount of time for my food (maybe 20 minutes), but it was busy so I wasn’t too bothered by it. The most recent time I went however, it really wasn’t busy, probably less than a dozen people there (half in which we’re already eating) and my experience was pretty awful. First thing, I hold the door open for an employee running food to someone outside. I’m not acknowledged or thanked in anyway. Whatever, no big deal. We order our food and drinks. After about 20 minutes of waiting we get up and our drinks are finally finished. We see people getting food and drinks. We check in and ask when our food will be done. The person who I was with was able to tell them the name on the order and they had lost it forgotten it. About 10 minutes later, her food came out which was just a bagel with cheese. I get up to ask where my food is and I’m asked for my name for the order, I give it to the employee who leaves and comes back our serving roughly 4 other food orders of people who ordered after me. I get up again after about 10 minutes to ask where my food is and I’m told they’re going to put it on the grill next. I finally get my breakfast panini 52 minutes after ordering it. I used to work in the food industry, serving tables and whatnot, so I get that these things can happen and it sucks. What I’m really upset about, is that there was no real concern for me as a customer. Not once was I apologized to for the long wait, I wasn’t offered anything, I just wasn’t taken care of in any way. There were 4 people staffed that day (maybe more but I only saw four people), and maybe the one individual in the kitchen making my sandwich was new, but there was no real urgency either. The 2 employees out front were practically running the drinks to customers while the worker in the back slowly waddled around several orders behind, having even lost mine while the remainder tried to make up for his/her slack. But again, nobody really said “sorry for the wait” or anything to really help me out as others were being served who ordered after me. I will not be returning here. These things happen, but the customer service was really poor and upsetting.

We are so glad we found this Cafe. Super friendly staff, delicious coffee with all kinds of choices, and Gluten free bagels and bread😋 our hot sandwiches were delicious! Can't find gluten free in many places so I was very grateful. Thank you! Loved that veterans get free coffee too! Thank you❤️
