A $20 pretzel? I had to try it. I was glad the other three people I was with were game, I needed their help. It's served on a pizza platter. A solid pub menu with all sorts of choices and a good beer selection. The brisket and a burger was a treat and big enough it fed me for two nights. Before you judge me, did you see the picture of that pretzel? Looking forward to the next trip to the area to try some other dishes.

Been here a lot in last 2 years of finding out about them. I’ve had almost everything on the menu. Legit so freaking good. Apple Bees and Red Robin’s and anything else near this place can’t beat it! When I did have an error in one my meals they were awesome on fixing it. The staff are great and friendly. All around good place and great food. Also chef kisses to the cooks back there! 🤌🏻😎

Our service was perfect Ed our server was knowledgeable. The manager Jenny was very hands on and let us know about your seasonal dishes. We will definitely be back.

Came here for a quick bite and drink, the starter dishes are big enough for 2, the drinks were nicely strong and tasty. It’s not the absolute best but Masons is a good place to stop in and wind down. There’s a lot of room in the restaurant as well.

We've been here twice now, and I must say, I'm impressed. Both times have been at about 2pm, so right at the start of buy one get one Happy Hour specials on drinks (that never hurts!). We've ordered the chicken wings, which were surprisingly good! I got them dry, and tried a number of their sauces. They were all quite good! The wings were crispy and meaty and juicy. We've also ordered the Mussels appetizer. I ate these ALL over Scotland, and the description of theirs was the closest I've seen to Scotland, so I tried them. The sauce wasn't quite right, and a little heavier than I've had, but still delicious. I'll order them again, for sure. We have also had the Cuban, which is one of the best we've ever had. Stellar. Also, we tried the Prime Rib Sandwich. Not as good as the Cuban, but good. Finally, the first time I was there, I ordered the Award Winning Fish N Chips. They were award winning for a reason. Top notch (and I've had them all over Ireland and Scotland). Those weird, crispy "waffle chips" that come with it were SO GOOD! All in all....NEW FAVORITE PLACE!!

OMG, what can I not say about their food! Everything was absolutely delicious! I ended up ordering the fish and potatoes and a side of macaroni and cheese and goodness was my tummy happy! 🤣 I had enough for leftovers and everything. Definitely would recommend.

Meatloaf & Chicken wings. The Meatloaf was fantastic. The server suggested the sandwich with garlic fries, and they were on point. The chicken wings were ok. I also enjoyed the variety of beers and great service.

I was skeptical about breakfast here. However, Great breakfast, amazing wait staff, reasonable price for the amount of food you get. Will return! I enjoyed the Large Biscuits and Gravy

Made the decision to finally go, after church! This place didn't disappoint, the food was delicious, the service was on point, and even got cotton candy for dessert for my son. The inside looks nice kinda a back in the day feeling too it. Old century feel, loved it.

This used to be a great place...now the food is mediocre and the tap list is pretty stale and awful for a craft beer bar. Untappd menu doesn't match the actual menu. If you want a good craft beer selection you are better off going to Milwaukee Burger Bar. The food is definitely better there too. I used to highly recommend this place now it has become a hard pass....and nothing special in the way of service either....save your time and money

It's not often that restaurants read the instructions put on a door dash order but I asked for extra aiolia and they gave it to me :D Their burgers are always a hit. Update - 8/23/22 Ordered a few times since my original review and this place is still great and consistent with their food!

I enjoyed the variety of the menu. All of the food we got was quite tasty....the portions were huge (we actually took home a lot of food). The atmosphere was low key but it was a Sunday. Overall, it was better than average.

Came for dinner and got a beer at the bar. 22oz Smithwicks…..$9. I thought they made a mistake, but…. The beer was $9. Wow. The food overall promising in taste, sadly most of it came out luke warm. Service was good, wait wasn’t bad for a weekend. I just can’t get over the price of the beer here. I’ll stick to Ashling downtown.

Best steak salad ever and my picky kiddo loves the BLT (Club sandwich minus ham). Practiced perfect social distancing during our visit. Booths and booth tables need repair because they are not comfortable and scratch arms but hey, we can deal for the tasty food and reasonable prices. Not to mention the huge selection of beers in tap.

Terrible! We were served in paper cupped dishes like you put fresh fries in at a drive in. Hard to in in a paper dish like that. I asked for crispy Hash Browns...got soggy none crispy H. Browns. Toast was cold. I had to ask for butter & jelly. They brought me frozen butter squares that wouldn't spread especially on cold toast. I would definitely not recommend them for brunch. On a good note, husband's food was good but hard to eat in paper bowl type dishes. The server was good though & very nice. Don't recall a name tag on her or I would give her credit.

Nice to find something that feels local in the area. Great beer list but actually didn't like the list of beers they will have available without a date. I get the salesy reason but still felt like I was missing something as a visitor. Side salad was ok. Lettuce a little rubbery, croutons were crispy and had a fun swirl in them. Boneless wings were definitely the star as they were very meaty. Didn't care for the sweet and spicy sauce. Steak sandwich was actually really good when the order was made right. Steak cooked to medium rare as asked and i liked the butteryness of the bread. However, I asked for no blue cheese and it came with it. When the original server heard there was a mistake she reacted like it wasnt a big thing. The issue was fixed ( second sandwich had less meat) but when I asked for a side of BBQ sauce they still charged me for it. Poor form and service when an order was made incorrectly...especially over a side of sauce.

Terrible service, average food at best , and the place was dead , maybe 6 or 7 tables being used , 3 people at the bar . Second time we were there, service was bad then too , but they were busy then .

The atmosphere and fast service , our waiter was exelente he suggested our appetizer and it was delicious pulled pork nachos and I order fish tacos very delicious and their whole staff is young friendly and efficient ... we will definitely comeback!

Great food and service in person, That Said, when ordering online it costs *extra* for cheese on a patty melt (!!!!!) and for the expected side of fries for any burger. Beware!

Excellent food and service.

I expected that the fish and chips would be fish with fries like 99.9% of restaurants. I expected too much...they were actually potato chips. Disappointed. My wife said the fish was ok. My tenderloin lacked...tenderness. The toughest tenderloin I've had EVER in a restaurant. The flavor wasn't bad, it was just tough. Doubt we'll go back... I knew I should've had the shepherd's pie.

Food was delicious had the huge chicken sandwich spicy barbecue whiskey mango dressing on it. Beers and drinks were good . staff very friendly would definitely recommend it. meatball sandwich was delicious should have had it toasted on garlic bread. Can't wait to get back and try something different a lot of beer choices.

This is a bar and grill. Had a sense for larger gatherings, watching games, more than anything. Strange place to sit and eat. The lighting is not welcoming, and the space has a sense of Greyhound bus station about it. Drinks were excellent. Beers and cocktails hit the spot. The burger was okay. Definitely at that price, expected higher quality. Looked, tasted, and felt like one of those frozen patty packs you buy at the store for bottom dollar. Just not what I expected from a bar and grill. Could have gone to a famous WI fast food chain for a cheaper, better burger down the street. When I went here, I expected a juicy, fresh, beefy patty. Maybe even handmade. This was not the case. Underwhelmed. Not unhappy. The tacos seemed to be a much better option.

Outstanding service. The food was above average along with the environment. I will be coming out again. Try the Cajun potatoes they were a highlight for me.

Never had a bad experience, and I am there weekly. Best place to catch a game on one of their (at least) 50 tvs. The bar staff is fun and seems to know their customer base rather well. Like beer? I'd say they have the largest selection around, from domestics to craft beer....and some liquor. Stop by, I have nothing bad to say about this place, not even a hint of a complaint. Love it here!

I rarely give negative critiques. Typically only review if excellent. If I could give Mason's no stars, I would. Ordered online and it forces you to use an app called Slice. Ordered at 3:16pm. Told Ordered would be ready between 3:31-4:45pm. Upon arrival, provided my name. Handed someone else's order. Told the hostess it was not my order and she went to the kitchen. She was very sweet, but told me they had not even started my order yet. Told me it would be ready in 5 minutes, which I knew was unlikely. Told her I'd wait in my car and come back in 10 min. Came back in. Order still not started. Nearly 1 hr and 25 minutes later, order not yet done. I finally told her they can keep my money and the order, then walked out. No sign of a manager anywhere. This is not a staff issue. This is a management issue. They could have easily said... your order won't be ready for 2 hours. Or at least walked around the restaurant to see if customers were OK. Funny thing is... one year ago, I tried ordering from Mason's. Same thing happened. Stupidly thought a year later, the management would have improved. Won't ever be back again. Ended up going to Cheddars and my food was ready ontime. Wasted $42 at Mason's. Never again.

Great place to just sit and hang out. We came with guest from out of town and just sat at a table behind the bar and talked for hours. Went to the bar for our drinks so as not to hold up a server. Great beer selection. Very hospitable staff.

Our server was amazing! He gave us excellent service and was very personable. Food was on the better side of average, and although the few beers we ordered were warm, the bloody mary was good. Fun place to watch Sunday football!

Good food plenty of seating for the whole family

I was there tonight when it was super busy with only 1 waitress for the whole place. She was super busy and was still amazing and friendly. Her name was Rachel and she was great! I highly recommend this restaurant especially when she is working!! ??

Excellent food and service. Sweet potatoes fried were very tasty and crisp. Onion strings were very good.

Came in earlier in the evening which we had a good choice of where to sit. The decor is nice, place is clean with some nice decor ambient lighting. There are claw machines for entertainment. Have a good selection of food with a variety of choices. I got the filet, my husband got the tacos. Salad plate has quite a bit and the good variety greens compared to other places. My filet was cooked perfectly and the veggies cooked perfectly with a hint of crisp. Everything was flavorful. My husbands taco plate had fresh cooked tortilla chips. The service was good, drinks refilled promptly, our food came out in good time nice and hot. Would come back again!

Treats delivery drivers like doordash, grubhub, and ubereats like trash. When in fact those delivery drivers are also customers, maybe not when they’re doing delivery, but what about some other days when they’re eating there? Imagine if you’re a customer and treat you like that. If I could add negative stars, I would.

This spot provides awesome service as well as delicious meals. One of my favourite places around here. The food and drinks came out quickly and the rates were affordable. Recommended.

Masons is a great place to eat! Its an enjoyable experience to sit down for once with everything going on, they've got really friendly staff and their food is really good!! I had the Surfer Burger, and while i cant say that i was absolutely a fan.. It never hurts to try. Also I didnt have mushrooms or the horseradish sauce on it so- probably me, not them. If you go here- get the beef quesadillas with Beef. SOOO good. Will be coming back here soon!

I said to our server, "I'm in love with my burger!" She said she was happy I was enjoying it... I had my favorite Surfin' burger w pepper jack instead of Swiss, and requested crispy garlic fries... yummm ? Jeff had the Brisked burger, he too was extremelt satisfied!

Customer service is great. Food is great. But what I really want to share is that I ordered delivery through GrubHub and the driver left part of my order. Mason's went out of their way to send someone with the rest of my order and Fast. That kind of service seems to be dying out this day and age. Below is a picture of my steak, veggies and potatoes.

Beer selection cannot be beat - plenty to choose from and they’re constantly rotating in new beers. The bartenders are really friendly and quickly learn your name and what you like to drink. Be sure to sign up for their loyalty/rewards program.
