If
I
could
give
Mason's
no
stars,
I
would.
Ordered
online
and
it
forces
you
to
use
an
app
called
Slice.
Ordered
at
3:16pm.
Told
Ordered
would
be
ready
between
3:31-4:45pm.
Upon
arrival,
provided
my
name.
Handed
someone
else's
order.
Told
the
hostess
it
was
not
my
order
and
she
went
to
the
kitchen.
She
was
very
sweet,
but
told
me
they
had
not
even
started
my
order
yet.
Told
me
it
would
be
ready
in
5
minutes,
which
I
knew
was
unlikely.
Told
her
I'd
wait
in
my
car
and
come
back
in
10
min.
Came
back
in.
Order
still
not
started.
Nearly
1
hr
and
25
minutes
later,
order
not
yet
done.
I
finally
told
her
they
can
keep
my
money
and
the
order,
then
walked
out.
No
sign
of
a
manager
anywhere.
This
is
not
a
staff
issue.
This
is
a
management
issue.
They
could
have
easily
said...
your
order
won't
be
ready
for
2
hours.
Or
at
least
walked
around
the
restaurant
to
see
if
customers
were
OK.
Funny
thing
is...
one
year
ago,
I
tried
ordering
from
Mason's.
Same
thing
happened.
Stupidly
thought
a
year
later,
the
management
would
have
improved.
Won't
ever
be
back
again.
Ended
up
going
to
Cheddars
and
my
food
was
ready
ontime.
Wasted
$42
at
Mason's.
Never
again.
