Customer
service
is
outstanding.
The
jewelry
they
have
is
beautiful
and
excellent
quality.
However
my
last
experience
was
not
so
good.
I
received
my
wedding
band
and
engagement
ring
a
week
or
so
before
my
wedding.
It
was
cleaned
and
ready
to
go
except
that
it
was
missing
a
diamond.
Because
I
live
over
an
hour
away
I
was
not
able
to
get
it
over
there
to
have
it
repaired
(which
usually
takes
a
few
days)
and
then
drive
all
the
way
back
to
pick
it
up.
So
unfortunately
my
ring
was
missing
a
diamond
for
my
wedding.
Not
ideal.
Bambi
was
our
sales
associate
and
was
AWESOME!
She
was
very
helpful
and
offered
to
have
my
ring
shipped
to
the
store,
however,
I
did
not
feel
comfortable
with
that.
She
was
always
keeping
me
updated
with
the
status
of
the
ring,
etc.
Had
my
experience
not
been
with
Bambi,
and
had
I
worked
with
someone
else
who
had
less
experience
I
think
it
could
have
been
much
worse.
It
definitely
makes
a
difference
when
you’re
dealing
with
a
small
company
versus
a
large
box
store.
It’s
just
disappointing
that
the
jeweler
had
been
careless
and
did
not
double
check
the
diamonds
and
made
sure
the
settings
were
secure
before
my
ring
left
the
store.
Bambi,
you
are
a
great
representation
of
what
exceptional
customer
service
looks
like
and
we
truly
appreciate
your
service
and
help
through
the
entire
process.
Your
compassion
for
your
customers
and
jewelry
truly
shows
through
your
kindness
and
customer
service.
Martin

quality
control
over
your
products
could
use
some
improvements.
Overall
I
do
recommend
this
place
and
will
go
back
for
future
purchases
based
on
the
personalized
service.
