Great place with awesome employees. I went here to get my vehicle inspection to drive for Uber Eats and Dave (I believe that was his name) was professional and efficient. We were in and out in no time. I definitely recommend this location for great service!

It took over 30 mins for a tire change. That’s utterly tacky. I was the first one here at 8AM and mind you- the guy wasn’t even here ( he was at the store next door).. this was too unprofessional for me . The people on the street don’t even take that long to change ONE tire. I was nice and even told him I was just trying to make it to work but it seemed like he didn’t care ( mind you, I was the only one in here at 8AM)… 2 cars came 10 mins or so after me but nonetheless he should of gotten me in and out because this is such a minor thing.

Very friendly people but not in a hurry to get you in and out quickly. I specifically asked "is this the QUICK oil change?" They said "yes" I was there almost 30 minutes in the bay. They moved very slow and with no haste. I had the basic oil change. Very nice but made me late for my meeting. They didn't ask or show me my dipstick either. Only go if you have 45 minutes and an online coupon.

When I 1st took my vehicle in, there were no lights eliminated on the dashboard; but after the service, the wrench light was on! That light is an indication that the vehicle is in need of an oil change and that's the very reason why we were there in the first place!!!

The staff was friendly and attentive. After a brief wait (less than 5 minutes) they worked on my car. The actually kept me informed on what was being done and did nothing I did not approve of. The cost was reasonable based on what I had done which included replacing all filters. Overall I was satisfied with the service I received.

The staff was rude, it wasn't made clear as to the final price of services and I felt taken advantage of once services were complete. I will never return to this location again.

Extremely long wait. This is my first visit after almost two years and noticed two things- higher prices of oil change and minimized service. It seems that 20+ Point fluid check/ fill up/chassis lube and the other value added services that used to be included in the oil change price are done away with. Noticed little Better Customer service that seems to be trying to compensate for the lack of the value. I liked the wait in the car tho. Hadiyah was very attentive and pleasant.

Very attentive and great customer service skills, especially right when they opened. Now a days people don't show that they have good customer relations. I am Greatful for my experience with this team!!!

I went in to have my oil changed before a big trip. I was the last person to be serviced before closing. My car was running just fine with no issues before I arrived at this facility. after I left, I noticed that my car was very loud. I noticed that it was after hours and the facility was closed. I thought that maybe the noise would cease the further I drove it. Not so, the noise increased as I arrived home. This is the 2nd time at two separate facilities that I have had a problem. I will not be back. I want compensation for the damages that was done to my car. I will not recommend ANY Jiffy Lube facility. Somethings up there.

Awesome customer service! Norm was a 1 man show. He was working solo, but managed to take care of every customer in a friendly, efficient and professional way even with nearly unbearable temperatures. I took 1 star away because of the cost. I just felt 80 bucks for an oil change is excessive, especially because I have a compact somewhat dated car. With that said I will return because it's so difficult finding good customer service...even with the little things.

I always go to the Jiffy Lube in Homewood, Il. Troy and Jeff B were fast and very courteous.

Just paid close to $100 for a synthetic oil change that I usually get at my dealership for half that price. Unfortunately there is a long wait at my dealership for an oil change so I had to bite it. Please management, provide PPE for your employees whom at this critical time we are grateful for, but if you’re approaching my window, without mask/gloves, this is not safe practice. Thankfully I had my mask.

Of you don't mind the workers playing rap music really loud in there cars its ok .

Due to the Covid19 lockdown I had to stay in my car for the whole thing. But it was nice for most of my oil change I was the only car in the shop so all the employees that were working were helping the young man work on my car. I felt like Royality. They were also very nice & explained everything they were doing & if something extra needed to be done they explained what that service was & why it would benefit the running of my engine. Also they told the extra cost & would I like like them to proceed w/that service. This is the 3rd time I've used them & each time gets better & better. Then as he was handing me my receipt he told me that as a Jiffy Lube customer you can stop by any of our locations & have us check your oil, fluids tire pressure, wiper blades. at no charge. Now thats what I call a place that appreciates it's customers!!!

I brought 2 cars in and they did a great job. They actually check all fluids and found my transmission was low. There is a woman with rainbow hair who is awesome. She is professional, explains everything, and is mindful of your time.

The service I received here was excellent I was in and out in minutes, Darnell was show me what needed to be replaced and I feel really good about it, I highly recommend Jiffy Lube on 183rd Halsted. This is my place I will be going to for an oil change for now on, no more going to dealer ship for me!!!

Will never return. Damaged my hood ornament so now I have to replace it entirely as it won't go back on. Explicitly told them I did not want coolant and they charged me anyways. Service was ok and wait time about 30 minutes.

This was my first time visiting this location because I always go close to home. Well today really showed me sometimes you have to drive the distance to get the best service you want and deserve. The experience from the time I pulled up was what a business should look like inside and outside. The customer service was top notch!!! Hadiyah and David went above and beyond to make sure my experience was top notch!! They have gained a new customer!!!

Being a new mother, it is difficult to find time to get things done. When I pulled into this Jiffy Lube, almost at the time of their closing, I was very appreciative of the work they did on my car! Not only did they take care of my car, but they gave the best customer service I’ve ever had at any of the sites and I have been to many! Stopped by to get my tires check because the pressure light came on. Three gentlemen were working and all three were very nice and professional. They were happy to help, check my tires and fill them. I stopped at another Jiffy Lube in Oak Lawn (95th Street)and they were completely different in the way they treated me and wouldn't help me. The Homewood location and their employees here beyond kind and helpful. Thank you again!

I went to this location yesterday. I waited an hour and 15 minutes for a full synthetic oil change in a hot car and in a bay where the door did not work so I could get a breeze. The staff worked on my car and put the wrong air filter in my car and also put my gasket in the wrong place. I was given no explanation on why I was waiting that long and after my wait I looked at my receipt and realized they put a blended synthetic oil in my 2009 Audi Q7. Shortly after I left my car started leaking oil heavily and smoking. My steering also started having problems and my acceleration was having problems. I had to go to another location to be informed of all the mistakes that was made on my car. I am now unable to get in contact with this location and I also have a Audi Q7 that is no longer drive able.

Sent one of our teenage daughters here to get oil changed and they didn't tighten her oil screw and all the oil came out unbeknownst to us she had been driving around like that a few day and now we have to replace the whole damn engine!

His fellow team member, Tim, Helped Antoine by preparing my order invoice while he finished my oil change. I love how their great sense of teamwork reflects time management. Fast, courteous service. I especially like that during Covid19, Jiffy Lube is having customers stay in their cars while the service the car. I got what I needed. An oil change. I'm.used to my husband changing my oil and felt paying almost a hundred was a bit much. But the staff was definitely jiffy. In and out in about 20 minutes. If you dont have a husband who changed your oil and you need it done quick. This is the place to go

I almost always come here for my oil changes. Quick, efficient, and polite. I've never had an issue here (I have at other local JL's). Antoine and Norm did my latest oil change and they were great. And, you stay in your car now with COVID and it was neat to watch the tools and machines they use.
