In honor of a special birthday and our 50th anniversary my husband upsized my diamond and had my original diamond set into a beautiful pendant. Everyone at the Bauble Patch was wonderful to work with and so helpful. We are delighted with our choices and needless to say, I'm a very happy lady! I especially like that it isn't a big chain jewelery store. We felt very comfortable and no pressure. Highly recommend!

Sandy and the team were extremely helpful with their ideas for transferring stones from one piece to another for a custom setting. I also had a couple things re-sized. Everyone at Bauble Patch is helpful and courteous. It’s more than just a jewelry store. My wedding ring was custom made by them using my husband’s design 23 years ago. My finger had changed and it needed to be resized. They did a marvelous job reconditioning the setting and resizing it with an updated appraisal. The process was seamless and the ring looks brand new. Very satisfied.

My daughter needed a charm put on a chain. She could not do it because the loop on the end of the chain was too big. Bauble Patch Jewelers did the job in about 10 mins. They was very reasonable in price and time and professional as well! I would definitely go there again for our jewelry needs.

I worked with Sandy, Trina, and Sarah to redesign one ring and design a second ring. Sandy and Trina were VERY patient with all of my questions, emails, and visits, spent A LOT of time with me discussing ideas and options, gave suggestions and advice about designs, and helped me figure out just the right thing. The CAD designer Erin turned the ideas into wonderful 3D representations, and the head jeweler Sarah did an amazing job turning the representations into reality. The first ring was discussed primarily via email, the design was extremely detailed, and it turned out beautifully. When the second custom ring was finished, I asked to have some things changed about it, and Sarah was very understanding and happy to make the alterations so that everything was just the way I envisioned it. That ring turned out beautifully as well. I am incredibly picky about my jewelry, and I can easily say that both rings they did for me are stunning!

Years ago I came in because my wedding bands for a terrible marriage were almost embedded in my finger! They were totally amazing and helped so gently to get my rings cut off!! Sandy, the assistant manager walked me through the entire process from my rough idea into a beautiful piece with a new diamond. I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in. Excellent service, took my jewelry in for repair. Needed new clasps on multiple bracelets and chains. They got it done in just a few days. Cleaned and polished all of the jewelry too. Nothing short of satisfactory service.
