Edit: (Review #2) Seriously… I really love whoever it is that recognizes when I’m trying to order a Quesarito through UberEats, and grills it for me even though the app doesn’t offer the option. Whoever you are, you’re awesome! ================ (Original) I go to this location fairly regularly and almost always the food is good and the staff is friendly. I wanted to leave a review today though because of my experience ordering via UberEats. I was craving a Quesarito which Taco Bell no longer serves unless you order through the app. In an attempt to recreate it, I ordered a Beefy 5-Layer, sub beans for rice, and add chipotle. When my food arrives, I’m greeted with my food labeled as pictured (“Quesarito (clever)”). That employee knew what was up. Not only that, but they went ahead and grilled the burrito like a Quesarito should be. Now THAT is knowing your customer and going the extra mile for them.

Not the worst case of diarrhea I've ever had, but it's up there. The food was...food. I hit the drive thru and ordered the party pack because I'm single and I hate myself.about halfway home and 4 soft tacos in.....the rumble. I've got a solid 6 minutes before the show starts, yadda yadda yadda,I get home. Run to the bathroom,drop trou, and pray. I'll spare the details,but my dog was worried about me after 30 minutes of groaning and wailing. Any ways. The food and service were pretty decent. The dude working the window was awesome.

I never wrote a bad review for any restaurant till today. If I could chose a 0 star I would. I ordered bean and rice and I couldn't believe my eyes once I opened it. It's not even worthy of 10 cents.

I had specifically mentioned for a veggie mexican pizza, instead I received a beef pizza for to go. This was my 3rd experience in tacobell wherein even after mentioning for a veggie meal I have received a non-veg. This is not acceptable. Tacobell needs to be very vigilant while doing so and should take steps for this asap.

This location is usually not available to order ahead on the app but that's okay because at least it's not like the one on Union that is an absolute crapshoot if you're even going to be served or if they'll process the order THEN tell you they aren't serving you and then can't get a refund because of it. If you can drive the extra 8-10 minutes go here instead of Union Rd.

This Taco Bell gets A rating from me. The cashier was friendly and thorough in listening, getting my order done correctly the first time.

This location served us our food when the location on Union road refused to. I'll continue going to this location instead. It's a shame they don't accept mobile orders.

This specific location also had a kfc! I had that and my girlfriend had taco bell ALL EXTREMELY YUMMY

Went there today n the lady that was running the front counter was told by by the guys that were preparing food to stop taking orders until they caught up.we waited for 20: min just to order than another 20 min for our food then the workers were arguing loudly dropping that F-bomb back n forth.then top it off got our order wrong.will never go back there again for anything was a true ripoff for 38.00 the food was terribly made like it was just thrown together.n the language that was being used by employees was very unacceptable...terrible terrible service understand things can get frustrating but you do not act n talk to each other especially when you have customers in store..terrible experience...

I actually love their food, but they have become too expensive for the amount of food.
