Worst management ever. I should give no stars. My husband and I are renting an apartment in Coventry, on the day of our move in the apartment we had wet carpets. The smaller room had pet pee on the floor, stinky closets and light at the entrance of the main door was never fixed. We kept contacting the management time and again to get the carpets replaced but they agreed to partially replace and partially clean it. The issue was not resolve though, my husband has his work station in the room where there was pet pee and he developed small boils on his leg. We went to the doctor for this issue and to our surprise the doctor said it’s flea from pet. The management does not pay attention to cleanliness. It just seams like the most important thing for them is to save money. Worst place to stay, if u find an option to stay just skip Coventry. Not worth the stress

We moved in last year Feb end, they did not allow us to see the apartments before. After moving we saw lot of issues. Water leakage in bathroom sinks, kitched sinks, washroom comod has water droplets, when we asked about this they said its common in every apartments because of heater itseems. After couple of months laundry door broke it might have literally fallen on any of us. That was supposed to be treated as emergency but it was fixed after 3 days. And in July during a rainy our house was filled with drainage water, full of wet carpets in dining room, living room and walk way. We had to call them many times so that someone can come and fix they could come only after 3 hours, after that too it was not fixed. Same thing happened again after 10 to 15 days. And later in December our car was stolen, we went told the management, all they could say was sorry this happened to you. No security management is not helpful also lot of plumbing issues.

I love living here. Staff is very accommodating. We requested a few alterations before moving in, and they ensured everything was fixed asap and didn't give us any grief about it. Maintenance staff is also friendly and helpful. Parking is always sufficient. Apartments are very nice, everyone that enters our place is always very impressed by them. Yes rents are on the high end but seem reasonable when you consider this area and the school district (one of the best in WNY). My only negative view on Coventry Green is that I wish there was someplace for my kids to play. They have a nice dog park but I do wish they had something for kids also. A playground would be wonderful.

AC has been broke for nearly two weeks now with no date on when it will be fixed. I understand in NYS it is not a law to have AC but when you pay for it monthly and don’t have it that’s an issue. I also understand stuff breaks, that’s normal. When I paid last months rent I asked if they could adjust it to compensate for not having AC and the answer was a hard no twice. Wish I would’ve read reviews before I moved in but hopefully I can help future tenants. Don’t do it.

My husband and I rented a furnished appartement with our two boys in Coventry for two months and it was perfect! We spoke to Suzan who was very nice and helpful, she made sure everything was ready for us before we arrived. We had everything we needed in the apartment, towels, sheets, kitchen ware. The apartment was clean and cozy and very warming in the winter snow of Buffalo. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. Very recommended!

Toured Coventry and the clubhouse and pool area is absolutely stunning. Love the look of the buildings with beautiful stone and the fact that cable television and high speed internet is included in the rent. Excellent location near all of the Transit Road shopping centers a I-90.

Been living here for a little over 2 years and I definitely wouldn’t call it “luxury” lol. The pool is tiny and the “fitness center” is essentially a closet with a treadmill that shocks you due to it being on carpet. Archaic fitness machines. The “dog park” is a tiny bit bigger than the size of a bed room. They don’t answer the phone. I had to walk to the office at 3pm (they close at 5pm) since they didn’t answer and the lady looked like she just woke up, bags under her eyes, ratty bun, T shirt etc, just looking very un-presentable for work.. let alone a “luxury apt” office. Snow removal is slow. Weeds spread like crazy in the spring. They increased the rent twice in two years. It’s a decent place, don’t get me wrong. But don’t expect luxury at all. Wasn’t quite what we expected for the price. Can’t wait until we can move out.

Spent three years with my girlfriend before we moved out last November. This is a beautiful neighborhood which offers proximity to the airport and quick access to I-90, huge plus for frequent travelers. I also had great experience whenever in need of help from the management team. Credits to both Susan and Dave who helped to form such a great experience from our Day 1. It’s a pity that we have to move out due to job relocation, but we surely will be missing that place.
