This
experoence
started
off
on
the
wrong
foot.
When
the
front
desk
quotes
30
minutes
to
every
party
of
two
for
45
minutes
and
you
are
one
of
those
parties
of
two
sitting
there
that
long,
it
is
not
good.
I
saw
a
lady
with
a
headset
and
tablet
so
I
asked
where
we
stood
and
she
said
there
were
two
larger
parties
ahead
of
us.
Not
seeing
any
parties
leaving
to
make
the
quoted
30
minutes
even
possible,
I
suggested
that
they
start
quoting
a
longer
time,
such
as
45
minutes,
then
a
guest
could
be
pleasantly
surprised
if
it
were
less,
or
decide
at
the
beginning
that
they
wanted
to
go
elsewhere.
She
dismissed
my
suggestion
and
noted
they
are
low-staffed.
I
respect
that,
but
it
validates
even
more
why
they
should
be
giving
the
longer
wait
times.
We
waited
an
hour,
only
because
at
that
time,
I
did
not
have
the
energy
to
go
wait
somewhere
else.
Our
server,
Chloe,
was
bubbly,
sweet
and
delightful.
I
can
only
imagine
how
much
better
the
experience
had
been
if
the
wait
was
quoted
properly.
She
was
attentive
and
quick
as
she
could
be,
but
after
waiting
a
bit
for
our
food,
I
asked
if
when
it
was
ready
she
could
just
pack
it
up
to
go.
I
gave
a
larger
than
normal
tip,
because
it
was
not
her
fault
that
the
front
of
the
house
was
handling
things
poorly.
They
wondered
why
people
were
not
responding
when
finally
called,
probably
because
the
wait
was
longer
than
usual.
The
food
was
typical
Olive
Garden
and
decent,
even
if
eaten
out
of
a
to-go
container.
