My family always can have a craving for Olive garden. There's just something about never ending bread sticks & soup. A few things about the location on Walden Avenue. It was clean, the service was great, the food was fresh and it didn't take forever to be seated or to receive the food in a timely fashion.

This experoence started off on the wrong foot. When the front desk quotes 30 minutes to every party of two for 45 minutes and you are one of those parties of two sitting there that long, it is not good. I saw a lady with a headset and tablet so I asked where we stood and she said there were two larger parties ahead of us. Not seeing any parties leaving to make the quoted 30 minutes even possible, I suggested that they start quoting a longer time, such as 45 minutes, then a guest could be pleasantly surprised if it were less, or decide at the beginning that they wanted to go elsewhere. She dismissed my suggestion and noted they are low-staffed. I respect that, but it validates even more why they should be giving the longer wait times. We waited an hour, only because at that time, I did not have the energy to go wait somewhere else. Our server, Chloe, was bubbly, sweet and delightful. I can only imagine how much better the experience had been if the wait was quoted properly. She was attentive and quick as she could be, but after waiting a bit for our food, I asked if when it was ready she could just pack it up to go. I gave a larger than normal tip, because it was not her fault that the front of the house was handling things poorly. They wondered why people were not responding when finally called, probably because the wait was longer than usual. The food was typical Olive Garden and decent, even if eaten out of a to-go container.

Wonderful dining experience, the food tasted just as it should and the price was reasonable especially for the take home meal. Staff were friendly and checked on the time often. Restaurant was clean.

It had been years since going to the Olive Garden and we were visiting from Canada. Decided to have dinner here as a family. We didn’t wait long for a table around dinner time on a Saturday. Our server Raekwon was amazing. He was very polite and attentive to us. Always making sure we had refills on everything even before we asked. Communication was great! Our food was so delicious. We ordered crispy chicken Alfredo, shrimp Alfredo, and the tour of Italy. Everything was hot, portions were enormous, and the flavour was amazing. The dish with the shrimp had a huge amount of shrimp. Over all we had Avery memorable meal experience here! It’s a must stop.

It’s pretty crowded and the wait time to get seated was 30mins even though when we were seated there were bunch of empty tables. The food was a solid 2/5 but good if you’re starving and price-wise, it’s very affordable. The server was kind of odd, they took our order then gave our appetizers and was asking us if we’re ready for the bill.. when we haven’t even gotten our mains. Then, when we got our mains, he approached us again literally 3 mins after to ask if we need take out containers and the bill. We were not even half done with our meal. Overall a very odd experience.

Ordered a chicken parmigiana. Upon the first cut into my chicken the chicken looked pink throughout. So I cut into the second piece and when I cut into that piece the chicken was completely Raw and not just pink like the first piece. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from salmonella and find somewhere else to eat where the cooks actually know how to cook the food they serve. It is actually very disturbing how anyone who calls them self a chef could serve chicken this way.

Had a great experience today celebrating my daughters 16th birthday. The server was excellent. We got to celebrate with another table for their family members graduation, then they celebrated with us for our happy birthday. Today was great & the food came out well.

Me and my family are visiting the area. so excited to eat in Olive garden.but we were so disappointing with the service and cleanliness of the restaurant. We end up waiting for a table 40 min when you could it see haft of the restaurant with empty tables. The restroom was dirty. The room table that we got to seat was dirty. The table was dirty the floor and around us.The food was cold, we never got the cup of hot water we asked the server ,bread sticks were so oily. This is nothing like the Olive garden I'm used too.Not a good experience We couldn't see a manager arround.

I go to olive garden at least once a week. You can't beat the all you can eat soup/salad. Never had a bad experience. Food is always great!

The waiter was very nice, no complaints on her part. The food took forever to arrive at the table, we ended up thinking to leave and go somewhere else. We started with soup and bread, they brought the soup and after 15-20 minutes they brought the bread sticks. We end up sending the bread back because we couldn’t eat bread by itself, the bread sticks are perfect in combination with soup. Then we ordered pasta and again took forever to arrive!!! No wonder the wait time to get inside is soooo long. The service is unreal slow never before we experience this slowness. We did understand was not the waiter fault. We left very disappointed, we will not return.

Went last Saturday for dinner. Go early and expect to wait a bit. Many people from out of town (like us). Staff were mainly younger employees, but were efficient and friendly. Had to wait longer than expected for drinks. Food was GREAT! Big portions, great taste and plenty of options and customization available. We will be back!

We came over here from Toronto and the food was definitely fresh to order. The customer service was great and the waitress tended to every need. The only downside of my experience was the smell of the establishment. It had an Oder of wet mop and dirty sponge. We also came to our seat and they had some bread crumbs still on the table.

To be honest, it was a rough start. The host was extremely rude and seemed miserable. Maybe she was just having a bad day. But our server Janelle more than made up for it, she was so friendly and personable it totally turned the experience around and the food was super tasty as well! The doughnuts are to die for!

Came here with our friends on our quick trip to Buffalo. The wait wasn’t too long, food came really quick and the service was perfect. Just a warning to my fellow Canadians, the portion sizes are very generous. The Tour of Italy was great and the shrimp fritto misto was a perfect way to start our meal. A great Olive Garden experience.

Olive garden is great for their unlimited breadsticks, salads and soups. We went for dinner after a trip over to Buffalo. There was a bit of wait but nothing more than the 15-20 mins. The service was great and super friendly. I really enjoyed the food and their breadsticks!! I would skip on the chicken scampi there was no flavour and it was just not great. The tour of italy was delicious with alfredo, lasagna and a parmesan chicken. This is a franchise and it didn’t disappoint. Just go in with the mindset that it’s a chain restaurant :)

Sunday evening so it was very busy. Service was acceptable even though it was very busy. Food was good except for my Chicken Parmigiana. It tasted like it was sitting around for a long time and had way too much breading on it that was crispy? I should have ordered one of the daily specials like my wife did, which was very good. I should have said something, but I didn't because it was only the parm that was terrible. Everything else was fine.

Since this restaurant closed in Canad, I had always wanted to go back and haven't until this year, I have been 2 times this year and both times different locations the food has been fantastic, our service has been amazing and reminds me why I loved this place so much as a kid!!!

This was our first time at an olive garden and it definitely won't be the last. I had the spaghetti with meat sauce and my wife had the tour of Italy. She really liked the idea of trying a small portion of three different dishes and thoroughly enjoyed the carbonara so much that she will likely order the full plate if it next time. The meat sauce was a bit too chunky for my personal taste but was still really good. I will likely try the spaghetti with marinara next time. The breadsticks 100% live up to the reputation and are the best I have ever had. Now for the service. This is a prime example of where I like to tip. I generally am not a huge supporter of tipping but like to do so in a high amount when someone goes above and beyond. Our server Justin did just that. We saw that he likely was exhausted or just a little frazzled as can happen to anyone at work but he was extremely friendly and always asking what he could do to help at the right times. He had forgot our appetizer but we weren't complaining as we were so full from everything else we doubt we would ever order one again. However, he was so apologetic when we brought it up at the end of our meal he not only made sure it wasn't on our bill but gave us the appetizer in a carry out container before we left to enjoy at home. All in all, a great birthday dinner that will result in return visits to this location and other Olive Garden's in the future.

There is something incredibly nostalgic about Olive Garden, which still offers unlimited soup or salad. To be honest, we came here because The Cheesecake Factory was too busy but this was a solid North American Italian meal. Portions are generous and everything was well cooked. It is a solid option if you're hungry. You can choose one of the pre-set pasta dishes or build your own picking the pasta, sauce and protein. I had the rigatoni with mushroom sauce and crispy chicken. The mushroom sauce is very reminiscent of cream of mushroom soup but has enough cream and butter to make it "sauce". And the chicken was perfectly cooked, crispy and juicy. One of my favourites though was the mozzarella sticks which had amazing cheese pull (see picture). I LOVE mozzarella sticks so this alone, makes me want to come back. Is this the most authentic, healthiest Italian meal? No, certainly not but it hits the spot for NA style Italian food

As US portions are always immensely massive, Olive Garden was no exception. Every entree comes with unlimited soup or salad AND breadsticks! We made the following mistakes: 1. Coming super hungry 2. Ordering an appetizer 3. Not sharing an entree Since we were visiting the US and don’t have an Olive Garden in Canada, we wanted to try a bit of everything. That’s where our main mistake was! Their food is more comfort food rather than actual Italian cuisine. One entree could feed a family of 4 and that’s no lie! Their service was spot on though; our server was very attentive and prompt. The ambiance feels like a generic establishment, nothing too crazy. Just call ahead and add your name to the waitlist, since they don’t take reservations. The wait goes up to over an hour long!

Went there with a large party for lunch. Called the week before and was told to call back the day of right at opening. Called the day of and was told to call an hour before to be put on the wait list. Arrived at the resturant after being put on the wait list 30 minutes early to make sure everything was ready. Wound up sitting at the bar for 20 extra minutes after my party arrived waiting for the server to seat us. Food was great but the service left a bit to be desired. I still like olive garden but next time I have a group I'll go somewhere else.

If the pasta can be more el dente, it will be more enjoyable. It was too soft. But our waitress Jekovia always come with a big smile.

We decided to eat here for an early dinner on our way home from Buffalo. We got it and had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. There's 5 of us (3 kids 2 adults).half the restaurant was empty so couldn't figure out why we had to wait. When we did get seated out water was very nice and friendly to all of us. We got our drinks then shortly after that we got our food. The food was good and the place is very clean

The chicken soup is always my favorite dish at Olive Garden. I had 3 bowls, it’s always consistent and really good. This location has plenty of parking and short wait time, we waited for 10 mins or less. We enjoyed our dinner and drinks, the food was good. Our server was very pleasant, checked up on us in between her other tables, she was smiling and explained what was new on the menu. Overall we had a very pleasant evening, delicious food.

Food is still good but no longer anything special. The service is not terrible but guests feel like just another number. Yes, I've asked others that happen to share my opinion. The location on Walden was not filthy but was not clean either. The wait and busser staff consistently walked past garbage on the floor. My guest asked me if Olive Garden was on the way down as a good place to enjoy a meal.

Great value for the money with variety of food dishes and the portions provided. Our server was courteous and made small talk and make suggestions..took dessert to go as too full to to enjoy at the moment. Great job to our server. Also noted we weren't addressed as you guys or you want cheese on the salad..as overheard by other servers he was spot on polite .

I really enjoyed my time at the Olive Garden, especially after a long drive from Toronto. Marisa S. helped me out with recommendations, made sure I was okay and provided 10/10 service. I would go back again
