I really like the doctors here. But the front desk staff is not good. It is hard to get them to pick up the phone and they don’t call back when I have questions. Also, it is not possible to get same-day appointments without paying for an “urgent” visit, but it seems like they keep a lot of appointments open for “urgent” care just to make extra money off it. Like I said, I think the doctors are good and care about the animals, but will likely look for another practice that doesn’t nickel and dime us and has responsive front desk staff.

HORRIBLE annual visit for 2 cats. Paid a fortune and was rushed out in minutes after waiting in an empty room for approximately an hour waiting on someone (my cat actually climbed back in the carrier and started to take a nap). No discussion about their health just silence, told to sit in the lobby and wait for your results, and go pay. We’ve been a patient for multiple years and it has taken me a long time to write a review but we will not return. I had many people tell me about bad experience here like a pet dying because they did not detect an illness. Do NOT suggest if you want good and thorough care for your treasured pet(s).

Brookstone Animal Hospital is awesome. Dr. Jordan West is the best.. He has been our fur baby's and her puppies Dr for as long as I can remember. He is very thorough and explains everything and made sure we understood everything. The front office staff and Dr assistants was great also. I give Brookstone a 10 out of 10. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends. Actually my daughter brings her fur babies to Brookstone she recommended them to me.

Everyone was so sweet and welcoming. Winston has become somewhat afraid of vets and new situations because of bad experiences in the past. You were all super patient and compassionate with him and he loved his experience! Thank you for being so kind!

We board our 3 dogs with Brookstone Animal Hospital and they are wonderful. We have 2 very easy going dogs and then one extremely reactive dog. They handle him with kindness! They are the only place we have been who can handle him plus!!! They are able to bath him. They also helped us with a very sick kitty and what is a terrible situation they helped us work our way through it. So highly recommend Brookstone Animal Hospital! Such a great team of caring people.

The vets are wonderful. The front desk not so much. I waited 30 minutes for my cat. The front desk called for her over about 3 other calls. When I asked she called again and I had my cat in less than three minutes. I had an appointment and called to say I’d be 5 minutes late. I was told I had to reschedule. It’s hard to get an appointment. I need a vet I can get to when I have a sick animal. Unfortunately Brookstone is not that vet. Too many patients. Not enough vets or techs. Also prices are too high! It hurts me to say this. Brookstone has been my vet for 9 years. 😥

Outstanding Vet practice. Staff is incredibly polite and loves on ALL of the animals with equal care and compassion. Dr. West is very knowledgeable, professional, and cares about every animal that comes through the door... Boarding and grooming services are also TOP NOTCH!!

Brookstone is an amazing vet! Dr. West is by far the best vet with the absolute most caring heart, very knowledgeable and best bedside manner I've ever experienced. He truly cares. We said goodbye to our sweet Golden Retriever today and he walked us through every step of her disease and care with kindness, patience & love. Thank you Dr. West! Also, the office is very clean, receptionists are very kind.

Izzy saw Dr. West and his assistant, Swan. The veterinarian was very attentive, listened well, showed interest in our dog, and also, didn't keep us waiting. Swan was also attentive and personable. I was pleased that she performed the check-out procedure in the exam room thus, eliminating us standing in-line at the reception desk. I felt this step was faster and a much more efficient and accurate way to process our payment. FYI -My canine has been a regular patient for five years at another vet hospital whom we are satisfied with. Their office visit fee is less expensive; we will continue to use them. Thank you for accepting us to your hospital when our usual vet was already booked. I have already referred a client.

I b have loved taking my new puppy to Brookstone Animal Hospital. They have received Lily so wonderfully, and made us both feel comfortable. . The doctor calls me personally after every visit to discuss results from tests. The groomer has been great, too!

The doctors and the staff are always amazing… Yesterday we had to say goodbye to our nine-month-old puppy. I cannot say enough about how loving, respectful, and patient the staff was with us at 6 o’clock yesterday afternoon. Dr Long did such a wonderful job, helping us come to terms with the decision that we had to make. I could tell that he truly was in the moment with us, which helped me know that when my other pups are there him and the staff care for them, as if they are part of their family as well. Even though they had worked all day and we’re ready to go home, they did not rush us through the process. And the love respect and care they gave to our sweet Therapy when it was time to prepare him to sent him home with us was just incredible. If you were looking for a veterinarians office that you can feel confident in Brookstone animal hospital is definitely where you want to be.

Love this office! Everyone is so kind and personable. The techs are very good with our dog every time he visits. Dr Heirs is amazing. She is so personable and so thorough. She explains everything and takes the time to answer all our questions and concerns. She always sends emails and then follows up with a phone call to go over test results. We are fortunate to have found this office!

This was our first visit and we LOVED it! Very friendly staff and love how they told us to come back for “happy visits” Update: Everyone here has been amazing, Maverick loves going. Whenever anything is wrong with him I know I can go there and trust that he’ll be taken care of!

I genuinely love Brookstone Animal Hospital. My sweet Rae has always received the best treatment here. Her vet, Dr. West, is an absolute sweet heart who is always ready to help take care of my baby and he seems like he genuinely cares for her. The other staff has also been lovely! Starla is also a wonderful groomer! Rae always comes back so clean and cared for. I love this place!

Brookstone Animal Hospital was great yesterday for my visit with Sophie. They worked me in within a few hours and were very thorough with exam and gave me options.. she is better now 👏🏻… I love that they always call the next day to check on her! That means a lot to me..💕🐶

Dr. West and Dr. Long are awesome. They get you in right away and spend the time to ensure your pet gets the best care. They are very thorough and call to check in on your pets and to give you updates on lab reports. I’ve always had a great experience with them and would highly recommend them.

We had a great experience at Brookstone Animal Hospital. All the the staff was caring and helpful in working with us and treating our dog. We enjoyed what could have been a difficult and hard experience and felt that we had the best care for our pet.

Brookstone Animal Hosp has always been wonderful. I have taken my dog to them since they opened and I have never had a bad experience. They are wonderful. Dr. West and Dr Mizell are the best. Brookstone Animal Hospital truly cares for your pet and wants to see them at their healthiest and happiest. I use Dr. West for my dog's care, and he is very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. I also use Brookstone AH for my dog's boarding -- whether it's for a weekend or those long vacations. They really show how much love and attention they give her during boarding, so I am never worried about how she is treated or the care she is given while I'm away! I highly recommend Brookstone AH for your pet's care and boarding needs.

My husband and I were so blessed to find Brookstone Animal Hospital! All of the staff members are so welcoming and kind. Dr.West is so patient and loving to our dog Harvey. The exam rooms and waiting area are always extremely clean and well kept. Although there are many other animal hospitals in our area, we will always make the drive to Brookstone! There is no other place we would want to bring our crazy boy, Harvey!
