Sammy from the Diamond Box is wonderful. I brought Sammy a few rings and a chain to be repaired. Prongs needed to be fixed, new diamonds and sapphires needed to be added, bands needed to be adjusted, along with cleaning and polishing. They all came out great. The Diamond Box has such a wonderful collection of pieces, diamonds, emeralds, sapphires, garnets, and much much more. I ended up leaving with a great stackable to add to my collection. The prices are fair, the quality is excellent, and the service is top-notch.
