Just left my massage with David wow I feel brand new... definitely booking my next appointment. Edit I just called to make an appointment and the female on the phone was very bothered I called im sorry I like to speak to a human when I make an appointment unfortunately she wasn't in any way willing to help with my request to have my therapist call me back to schedule but wasn't willing to schedule an appointment for me I've decided I'll just find a new place that actually wants my business it's really unfortunate these places just don't have any customer service anymore...

Jen was amazing ! She took a lot of care in working out my issues as well as explaining why I was having certain pains! I felt so comfortable and today my body feels so much better. My massage felt like I was getting true therapy !! Thank you so much I can't wait to come back!!

Laurel did a great job working on my sore areas. I prefer deep tissue and she delivered with consistent pressure. She really strives to help you feel better. I would definitely go back! Everyone at Focus 4 is friendly and the team is very knowledgeable on massage techniques. Highly recommend.

While on vacation, my husband and I wanted a massage, so we booked a couples massage. From start to end, it was handled professionally and politely. Austin gave me a wonderful relaxation massage and Jacemyein gave my hubby a deep tissue massage! We walked away happy and feeling good! Highly recommended

Hands down the BEST massage I’ve ever had!!!!! Jacemyein was amazing!!!! Prior to the massage, we talked about my problem areas and she tackled them head on! I told her I wanted medium to deep pressure and she delivered! My body hasn’t felt this good in months, and I haven’t had one headache since I left! I will definitely be a regular here, and will be telling all of my friends!!!

I had a fabulous massage with therapist Jacemyein. Hands down, the best massage I’ve ever had. She was attentive to my requests and very professional. A few days later, I’m happy to report that her massage has significantly improved the chronic issues I was having with muscle tension in my legs. I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve now seen Jen twice and she is phenomenal!! Both massages were also tailored to my problem areas the perfect way. I highly recommend Focus to everyone but especially Jen! 10/10!!!

I love the "no frills". I get a great massage with light conversation. I don't leave needing a shower from the oils. I'm only in Chattanooga for vacations and made sure this is where I returned after my first visit in Dec!
