I am one of the ones that really was sad to see the bookstore go. I also really love Marshalls. I had / have hopes for the store. It always feels pretty empty with stock. Lots of shelves with nothing on them. The workers there are sweet and kind so that is a plus. But I would just rather drive a bit further out right now to do my Marshalls shopping until the store is better... Like much better

I like a deal, so a Marshalls in the neighborhood makes me happy. Less than a year old, this location is clean and organized (except makeup, of course). The inventory is fresh and interesting without feeling crowded or overwhelming. I picked up pantry bins last night and was in and out in no time because the check out is well-staffed. If I had gone to target so close to closing time, I'd still be waiting in line. This is my new go-to for discounts, gifts, and retail therapy.

Marshall's is another one of my favorite places to shop, especially for specialty items. I recently purchased a string of solar lights for my pergola project but after 2 days, the solar panel simply did not charge. However, returning the lights for a refund was a breeze. It would have been a perfect score if I could have done an exchange rather than a refund because the product specs were exactly what I was looking for, 30 ft & 20 solar lights.

Store was exceptionally organized. Was able to find what I needed in less than 5 mins. Kudos.

My family has been hoping for Marshall's to move into this shopping center for years. Unfortunately, it came at the expense of B&N. That said, this store seems to have a limited selection & supply (this may be due to the smaller overall size/layout of this location). Don't get me wrong, it is convenient and cheap... just "limited." If they have what you want/need the location is great!

Terrible customer service. A lady with red glasses and clear frames was ringing me out, she constantly expressed how tired she was and was irritated as I she began to bag my items. Long story short… if you pick a service job it is your job to provide CUSTOMER SERVICE. The entire staff included the manger looked disgusting. Avoid this location shoppers.

I watched the young lady ring up my items so I didn't feel the need to check my receipt until I got home. I purchased several items but the very first item a ACCSSRS/LUGG price 9.99 I was absolutely clueless about and very upset that I missed this. So I believe this item was already rung up and register wasn't cleared so I payed for an item I never had in my cart and once you leave the store you're unable to prove your case hard lesson learned.

The Buyer for this store has great taste. The clothes were more stylish then most. If my husband wasn't rushing me I could have been there for hours!!!

I really want to like this store, but compared to several I have been in the selection can be lacking and I don't really know why. Regardless, it is new and feels very nice to browse in by comparison to other discount stores I've been in.

Nassima is the best. I’ve been to the twice this month and she was helpful both times. You guys need more people like her at the front counter/ register.

Google says the close at 11pm, got here at 10:15pm…and they had locked the doors. Staff (about 8-10 ppl) just stared on the other side.
