I had the most wonderful experience at this store. The cashier that checked me out, Rachel, was phenomenal. She was so incredibly sweet and caring. We had a great conversation. She deserves every raise and promotion available!!!

Walked in 15 minutes til closing on a mission to find a specific type of jeans. Rena Beth I believe was her name and she had an amazing attitude! Most places I’ve been to before closing, you could tell had an attitude because their thinking “oh gosh now we are never going to be able to close.” But Rena Beth was super helpful with helping me find a certain type of jeans. WITH A SMILE ON HER FACE. Customer service was A1!!!

Wonderful customer service! Extremely helpful told me all about the sale that was going on that day. Even made a dressing room available with the clothes I was holding so I could shop easier until I was ready.

We were attended to by very friendly and helpful young ladies. I trust this is the main reason why this outlet has a very good and homey atmosphere. The selection is smaller than in some other AE stores, but we found what we needed. The store is very clean. No merchandise was unfolded or in the wrong shelves. Staff has attended to all customers swiftly and also put everything back in order right away. Thanks for a great experience!
