Last time at this location and it doesn’t deserve one star! I understand it’s still hard to find workers, but train your current ones to be great. I went in for a Philly cheese steak. Service was HORRIBLE! After I paid, they said they were out of white bread. A man came in after me and got white bread. Plus they communication with customers are off! I love Jersey Mike but this location is not worth it!

Truly had the most wonderful experience here. Went in for a sub and Nicolas just had the most wonderful customer service. He was kind and attentive and just really brightened our day! Thanks for a delicious sub and a pleasant Sunday afternoon!

I go to the Jersey Mikes Brookhaven location regularly, and they never disappoint! Fresh and delicious subs made to order, friendly service, and a quick moving line. Very clean as well. Highly recommend!

I love Jersey Mike's and worked at one for a while. The subs are as good here as any JM but the customer service is just kinda weird. I got in touch with a bunch of people about an application they had me write on a guest check and was told they'd get a manager to call me back. That was just the beginning of the journey and no, a manager never called me and I have a different job now.

The customer service was the worst I've seen at a sub place. They can't get orders straight, have really bad attitudes, and are slow. Save your money and go to Jimmy John's.

I go to Jersey Mike’s for the consistency across the country. I travel a lot and use Jersey Mike’s often. This location has to be the 2 star, the sandwich was made how the lady wants to make it. Will not return.
